I called Friday for an appointment, went in on Monday for a consultation for an abscessed tooth and was able to be treated on Wednesday! PHENOMENAL from start to finish! Thank you all so much! Dr Nobiltt, Kaylee and Carlie treated me like I was a family member, not just another patient. I was a nervous wreck, and they put me at ease right away! The procedure was quick and honestly pretty painless. I would highly recommend them to anyone! ♥️ Thanks guys!

This was hands down the best dental experience I have had. As someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists, I was full of anxiety. But the doctor was super straight forward and honest. He gave his opinion but didn’t make that what had to happen. Everyone in the building was wonderful, caring and really friendly. Doctor Brady was awesome. They worked me in on a full day and I am so appreciative. Anything else I need bet I will go here hands down.

I was referred by dentist to OM3 and the care and work that was done, was amazing!! Dr. Altmann was my surgeon, and him and his operating staff were kind and great! I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. At the end of the day, he personally called to ask how my recovery was (was there at 9am for a surgery) in the evening and informed me that I could call the clinic if any problems arose. I highly recommend them. Front desk staff were just as lovely!

I strongly recommend this place!I was referred from my local dentist office to go to OM3 to get my wisdom teeth removed. I remember my fiance had his wisdom teeth removed by them as well and he was very satisfied.I am extremely happy with their services and their customer service. I had my procedure done at the Everett office. I had an issue with my insurance, as my insurance company decided to postpone my eligibility until mid-May. The women at the front desk accommodated fo the change right away and were my advocates in front of the insurance company. They have called the insurance multiple times to make sure I would receive my benefits. Thank you to McKenzie, Sonia and the rest of the front desk staff. My doctor was Benjamin Noblitt. During my first visit, he made sure to explain everything to me, regarding procedures and type of anesthetic I would receive. Since Im terrified of the IV sedation, I went with the local anesthetic. In the surgery room, Kaylee took very good care of me in helping me relieve my anxiety. As someone who is terrified of needles, she made sure I didnt see any of them. The whole process was fast and to be honest pretty painless. After I got home, a few hours later I received a call from the doctor to check on my recovery. I am thankful to the whole Everett team for their kindness and professionalism.

I came to OM3 for a surgery consultation and left feeling very uneasy, so I went back to my dentist and asked for another referral to a differentsurgeon. From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted by a persnickety woman who seemed to have zero time for me. Then asked me why they didnt have my x-rays on file. Gee lady, I dont know. Do I look like Im a fax machine? Then I waited 20 minutes passed my appointment time, which was fine until I was brought back and sat in my exam room for another 20 minutes without any intake done. The doctor was a nice enough gentleman and answered my questions regarding the surgery but really lacked compassionate bedside manner. Finally I go to meet with their finance gal and that was when I told myself, Nope. Thank you, next. That woman went through my options for financing and all the fees that would be included. Fine, seemed okay. But then when we got to the decision about the type of anesthesia I wanted, she proceeded to tell me that she knew I would want general anesthesia and local anesthetic and that I would need to make arrangements for pick up after my procedure... okay, so hold up. Are you my body? Do you know how I feel pain and discomfort? She was incredibly pushy and it just summed up my entire experience.Needless to say that I went elsewhere and I suggest you do as well.Rude staff and super unprofessional behavior all around. No thanks!

The entire staff was wonderful and got me in quickly to see Dr Altmann after a fall that had me concerned that my jaw may be broken. The Doctor and entire staff was caring, helpful, thorough and professional. I very much appreciated their concern for my comfort and wellbeing. I highly recommend Dr Altmann and his staff if you are ever in need of an oral surgeon.

These are the greediest people. Hmmmm y are they the only dentist open... they don’t take people’s insurance and instead of automatic pay they do a manual pay with your card they have on file. So they can decide whatever day of the month they want to take your payment out. If you come in to get checked they make you sit in waiting room and once you get in there charge 100 and they didn’t even barely do anything. After waiting I saw dental for 5 minutes for a quick look at my teeth and than charge 100 for it. They are SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Go anywhere else. My new dentist is amazing!!!

Wife was referred by her dentist for some work since she went here before. The first time was quite awhile ago and all seemed fine. The 2nd time was completely different. Did the initial visit for the Scam 20 second $100 visit and told she needed to schedule work to be done. They were given ALL the insurances to contact for payments. After a couple weeks we were contacted that our 1 insurance would not pay. But then nothing else for another few weeks and then said they needed us to pay the balance. we asked if they contacted the other insurances and they said WE had to do that. WHICH IS NOT TRUE. They asked for all the info and we provided it to them, guess that is too much work for them to do their job. After we contacted them about THEIR failure to bill the insurances we now have received a notice that a collection company may be called in. We are going to pay the bill ourselves to save our OUTSTANDING Credit and ENCOURAGE anyone to go anywhere else.

Went it for a very complex situation which will require lots of time and effort to remedy. Dr. Altmann took lots of time to explain everything to me, answered my relentless questions. The receptionists were very pleasant, in fact, the only time I saw either being short was with my insurance when they kept giving them the run around. Once my initial consultation was complete, which took over 30 minutes, McKenzie explained the next few steps, the costs, and even looked into a medication I was concerned about. Everyone was super kind, caring, and patient. This was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had and look forward to the long road to getting my mouth and jaw back!

OM3 was recommended to me by a client of mine. I was so nervous to just pick someone out of the air, and I didnt quite trust my dentist This recommendation helped ease my mind since she was so happy with the treatment her son received. I saw Dr. Kim. He was personable and professional. After a biopsy he had to give me bad news and he and his staff were very supportive. He recommended me to an excellent surgeon for further treatment. I didnt have any insurance and his prices were very fair, especially after what my regular dentist charged. Peace!

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Wahan for the removal of my 3 impacted wisdom teeth. During my consultation, Dr. Wahan took his time in answering all of my questions. I generally have a lot of anxiety and some white coat syndrome, but he made me feel comfortable & confident that everything will be okay. He has a kind soothing voice and you can tell that he has a passion for what he does. Its always a good sign when someone has their heart in their work. After my consultation, OM3s team then helped me with figuring out what my insurance would/wouldnt cover, that way I was financially prepared come surgery day. The office was clean and the staff were happy and cheerful. My surgery wasnt as bad as I thought it would be; I was nervous for no real reason. The only good thing about the recovery was my excuse to eat a lot of Ice Cream ;)

I am thoroughly disappointed with the care I received at this location. I had a consult at the Snohomish location, and scheduled my procedure at the Hoyt location due to scheduling constraints. The front desk staff were friendly, and showed obvious attempts to maintain cleanliness and social distancing during intake. This was the best part of the visit.I was taken back by the tech, who did not introduce herself to me. Placed in a room, and sat while the tech silently set up the sterile field. She left the room with gloves, and returned with the same gloves on. She touched the sterile field with non-sterile gloves. The provider came in, and also did not introduce himself or explain at all what they were doing during the procedure. I had to drag out information including whether there would be stitches and what the aftercare would be. The provider completed the procedure then immediately left the room without any follow up.I understand healthcare providers are under stress during this time. I am a frontline worker as a RN in acute care. I know it’s possible to stay protected, utilize PPE, and still provide high quality, safe patient care. This is not what I received here.I would not let anyone I know come to this location. The care was inadequate.

I had the same bad experience as others who went here and also feel scammed. This place must make a killing charging people $99 who they know can not afford it without a payment plan. How do they know you ask? Because I literally spelled it out for them and they told me to come in anyway acting like we would be able to work something out.I wonder how many 5 minute patients they see a day at $99 a pop without having to do more. *shake my headSurgeon didn’t even say a word to me and spent about 5 seconds looking at my tooth and now I’m out $99 that I could have put towards an extraction elsewhere, and I still have a broken tooth. So they have only done more harm at this point and made getting my tooth pulled even harder, if not impossible now. Also, the manager and receptionists that I spoke with were words that I should not repeat here. No compassion or help whatsoever, rude, rude, and rude.

Visited for wisdom teeth removal which is already a nerve racking experience. Arrived a half hour early even though they only requested 15 minutes. And I waited in the waiting room to be seen for over an hour. A driver was needed for this appointment, so its two peoples schedules who got messed up. No one checked in with us. No one told us what was going on or offered any solutions. Extremely disappointed.

I was referred to OM3 by my dentist to get my wisdom teeth out. I needed to have all 4 removed, and they were all impacted. Dr. Brady did the surgery last week, and it went really well. I was impressed with the office - very clean and nice looking - and after the initial exam I felt comfortable with Dr. Brady. I was a bit anxious about the surgery (Id put it off for 3 years) but it went without a hitch. I ended up having minimal swelling and pain and no nausea, so the recovery was much easier than I thought it would be! Id definitely recommend OM3 and specifically Dr. Brady for anybody needing to get their wisdom teeth out.

SCAM!!!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would. I am disgusted by both their practices as well as their attitude and manner. Not only are these people INCREDIBLY rude and condescending, but they scam you by being vague saying they can’t tell you anything until they see you, and then quite literally charge you $100 UP FRONT to have a surgeon/dentist walk in for approximately 10 SECONDS to even tell you if they can help you or not. Now I understand needing money for the work they do, but $99 for less than a minutes worth of work is way beyond highway robbery and should be illegal, but unfortunately, they get away with this and will continue to unless people stop going to them.Keep in mind that many of these people that seek their help are in immense amounts of pain and are desperate enough to take pliers to their own tooth/teeth to remove it/them, so they are preying on vulnerable, sick people and should be ashamed of themselves. They are treating and trying to act like this is a vanity service and not a human need in most cases. This is NOT equivalent to getting nails or hair done, or getting a massage, tattoo, or eating out. This is very possibly life threatening to some people and at the very least extremely painful for others to the point that it’s keeping them from working and sleep! Yet these people don’t give a rats a$$ about anything but their bottom line and should not be in the care industry.NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER THIS MUCH OR HAVE THEIR LIFE CONTINUE TO BE IN DANGER DUE TO AN INFECTION IN A TOOTH! NO ONE! So pay them almost a grand for 1-2 teeth, or risk an infection that goes down your throat to your heart and kills you-if it doesn’t cut off your airflow first. This is tantamount to blackmail when someone is hurting this badly. They said if we didn’t get approved for a dental credit line, personal loan or couldn’t pay upfront to go to the ER, well anyone who’s been in this situation knows that an ER can’t help and do not have dentists on call, and you bet your britches that these people KNOW darn well that and are just telling you to go there so they can wash their hands of anyone who doesn’t line their pockets. So basically you go in to these legal scam artists for them to use your desperation to charge you $100 for under a minutes worth of work, just to tell you that it will cost you almost a grand to get one tooth pulled that has to be paid UPFRONT if you don’t have phenomenal credit or savings accrued. So pretty much only people above middle class can afford and deserve dental care now, even when it’s a life threatening emergency. Don’t bother, these people do not care one way or another about anything but money.*FYI- I was never asking for free services, just a payment plan around $100-$200 a month. There are numerous reasons why a working family, or anyone for that matter would not have a grand to just throw at them all at once. I am truly sickened by both our “system”, as well as places like this that take advantage.

I was referred by my dentist to this business. I called ahead to make sure that they took my insurance (Delta). They said yes. I gave them my card at the desk, they said they did take this insurance. I went in and the doctor recommended that I get a CAT scan (expensive). I did so in tbe office, went to check k kut at the front desk and they informed me that they did NOT take my insurance! I was then stuck with the bill. Can you say SCAM?
