Had some questions at my cleaning about a replacement bridge. Dr. Pearce has done fantastic work so far and really alleviated any fears I had. Truly the best and most compassionate dentist in the area!

My mother in law was very pleased that Dr. Pearce was gentle and reassuring, and only recommended truly necessary treatment. He was very informative about the whole process of dentures and in her case she did not need completely new dentures, just new bases for the existing ones. Definitely recommended. This Dr. was also recommended by our regular dentist!

Doctor Pierce and his staff are extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. Dr. P has a great sense of humor and made my first visit incredibly easy and fun. My first cleaning with Margaret was so fun she kept me laughing between her hands in my mouth 🤣. It’s been a great comfort to be so welcomed by this staff as a new client.

Dr. Pearce, Annie, Angie and Margaret are great. They are very professional, knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. I have been going there for several years and I cant imagine going anywhere else .they almost make going to the dentist fun. Really! I have always hated the dentist since I was a small child, I never grew out of that and my teeth suffered for it. My whole world changed when I found Dr. Pearce and his lovely staff, they changed everything I hated about going to the dentist and made it manageable. They all make you feel as comfortable as possible from the beginning to the end, from the paperwork to teeth pulling. Dr. Pearce is very knowledgeable and it only took him a minute to know what was going on with my crown and implant and how to fix it and what to do and made my smile amazing once again, even youll fall in love with it. Doctor Pearce is for me the most comfortable Dentist to be around. At 68 years old I have had many Dentists. Dr Pearce has been our dentist for the past 15 years and is by far our favorite. He believes in fixing a problem to keep your teeth healthy but does not believe in doing dental work that doesn’t really need to be done, this I really appreciate. His dental work is painless and well done. Dr Pearce has a great sense of humor,, that’s always important when in a dentist chair. Also, his office staff are kind and caring people, always doing what’s best to support their patients. I’d highly recommend people looking for a dentist to Dr Pearce. I have friends I’ve referred to Dr Pearce, they are very happy with their care, Dr and office staff👍👍👍👍👍

Thru the steps of better oral health, the dentist and staff walked me thru the process. Very communicable and put me at ease with answers to my questions. Though not done with everything that needs to happen, I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere. I live in a different city 35 miles away, that have a lot of dentists, but not have found a better place for myself to go to. I think that’s the best thing I could say as going there is worth the trip.

My family and I moved to the Everett area and was referred to this office by a husbands co-worker. I have had a long history of odontophobia (fear of dentistry) due to a really bad dentist I had as a kid. He was very gentle and patient with my children when they had to have their first fillings done and they were nervous. He was able to give them an injection and they didnt even know! Very nice technicians, knowledgeable and they had a hilarious good cop bad cop routine going on.

I was referred here by 1-800-Dentist. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment. I live 25 miles away from their offices and had a 7:00am appointment. I got stuck in unexpected traffic and called them at 7:05am to inform them I was almost there (literally right around the corner). The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending informing me they would refuse to take my daughter in. I pleaded with her telling her I took the morning off of work and my daughter REALLY needed to see a dentist. She was not understanding what so ever and said she was willing to lose a new patient over this. I will not be coming back and I will tell my friends and family about this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
