My family has gone to see Miles for as long as I can remember. We love it there. A+ for professionalism, kindness and atmosphere. everyone I’ve recommended to see him can’t imagine changing dentists ever again. (Writing this next part for anyone who has anxiety)I also have really bad anxiety and had to get 13 fillings! However, everyone there is so reassuring and will talk you through the procedure if you’re scared. I’m also SUPER scared of needles and being numbed but the way Miles does it is painless and easy breezy. If you’re lucky enough to get Marie as your dental assistant, ask her about her crystals! She let me hold her healing crystals during the procedures I had which just brought peace to my mind. The picture I posted is actually a gift from her! She wanted me to have a crystal to take home for any other anxiety I might have. ❤️ That just goes to show how this office goes above and beyond. Look no further for your family dentist office. 😊

Outstanding service, integrity, and compassion.People always laugh when I tell them that I love going to the dentist and its true!

Everyone at the office is so warm and welcoming! I would go to this office even if my insurance didn’t cover it. I look forward to my dentist appointments, if you can believe that!I totally trust Dr. Neff and his team to let me know what’s really going on and to only do the work that should be done. They’re not just doing procedures to do them or for money.

I have had nothing but good experiences going to Dr. Neff. I just went today and had my teeth cleaned .I was more than happy with the way things were handled no pain at all thank you Dr. Neff and your staff they are just great

I had a crown fall out over a weekend. Dr. Neffs staff got me in first thing the next morning. The whole staff is welcoming, kind, and efficient. Dr. Neff is personable and professional. Impressed me so much, I made an appointment for the following day to get my teeth cleaned.

Dr. Neff is my forever dentist. Extremely well read to keep current with medical issues. Very caring and focused on the patient as a human being.Only issue is that he should charge more, but I dont think it is in his heart to do so.

Misty, his office manager is amazing, I think Dr. Neff would be lost without her, and I love Karolyn, for the first time ever I dont dread having my teeth cleaned...she is amazing! Thanks to all of Dr. Neffs staff for making me feel comfortable and safe when I come in for a procedure.

Super friendly staff. They act like theyve known you forever. Very gentle and curious when they work on your teeth. Best dentist Ive ever had hands down.

Yesterday I had my first hygiene appointment for a cleaning and check up. As far as a hygiene appointment goes, it was great. Thorough and really more comfortable than I thought it would be. My hygienist, Mary Jane, was nice and very accommodating. What was nice is I didnt get scolded for my little perio issue, and I know better. So far after 2 visits, this has been a very easy and comfortable office. I like these guys, even though they found a cavity that needs to be fixed.

Ive been coming here for years now and always have a great experience. This practice is very organized; I receive intermittent texts about when my next appointment is and Ive never had to wait long before they see me. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone at Miless office is super-friendly and nice; over the years I have gotten to know all of them; Miles is a great dentist! Shout out especially to Misty who runs the front desk/appointments; so accessible and responsive!

Was able to get in not once but twice on an emergency. Just found my new dentist. Had a cleaning today with Mary Jane and she was great!

Went for my check up, a year and a half late due to covid. No cavities, best news ever. The office did great, teeth cleaning went easy and Dr. Neff talked about the Mariners. Hee, hee. Highly recommend this office.
