Our son had his first dental appt here today and I was blown away at how smoothly it went. The office was incredibly clean and the covid protocol made us feel safe. Every single staff member was in a great mood and made us feel so welcome. So happy we chose this center and would recommend 100%!

Kids were very bummed that after 9 years at our old dentist, we had to find a new one for insurance purposes. To our sweet surprise, they absolutely loved this location and had a wonderful first experience. All the staff and Dr. are very kind and polite and have a way with kids. I loved hearing both of my kids say they love this location even more than our last one! :) Oh and the little surprise gifts at the end of their visit was the cherry on top! :)

I recommend this Pediatric dentist over and over to parents, friends, colleagues and even my patients. There’s not a lot of places I’ve been to in my lifetime over and over that continue to impress me each time I show up, but Dr. Seetin’s team never disappoints.Even in a medical crisis where my daughter landed on her face, I was given a cell# and invited to the office to help the issue way past normal business hours. Dr. Seetin goes above and beyond for his patients, no doubt, a good experience will come from anyone who goes to this office!

Totally unbiased opinion, my kids love coming to see Dr. Seetin and the assistants (my daughter loves Lexi)! They are so patient and speak to each of my kids in an age appropriate, very informative way. They are completely comfortable here and definitely enjoy the jungle theme of the office; pointing out and discovering new animals and insects at each visit. This office & Dr. Seetin are truly a gem & I am glad to have found it!

We took our daughter for her first dentist appointment today.....The office itself was decorated so cute!!And the whole office was AMAZING! They were so sweet and patient with her, even though she definitely wasn’t an easy patient. They helped ease her, and we were afraid she wouldn’t relax.One thing we really appreciate is our daughter has never been to the dentist...and she’s 7. The office wasn’t judge mental, they were very comforting.So happy we found this place!

We love it here thats why we are willing to drive about 1 hour just to have my daughters dental work done. DR. SEETIN is amazing, gentle, and so humble. Lexi is so efficient and incredible along with the rest of the staff. Very clean in and out of the office beyond detailed work in everything they do! Making every visit fun to look forward to so my daughter isnt afraid of the dentist takes a lot of work. Must try this clinic for your kids!! 🥰

We had a wonderful experience for my 4 year olds first appointment back at a dentist since the start of the pandemic. Everyone was kind and patient.

The entire staff is so friendly and genuine and Dr Seetin always takes extra time with us. All 3 of my kids have been going there since their first dentist appts. My oldest is now 18. We love this dentist! 2 of my kids are special needs and everyone is so great with them!

I cant express enough how wonderful the entire staff at Childrens Dental Center is. My 3 year old needed a tooth pulled and everyone was so kind and patient with my nervous little guy. It was a success and I highly recommend! I drive from Whidbey Island just to come see Dr. Seetin and his team!

First I want to say they are taking so much precaution with Covid-19 and I love it! My child is only 14mo so she wont wear mask. Having us wait and do paperwork in the car and take temperature before coming in was wonderful and relaxed me as a parent. The whole staff were very friendly. When things calm down I can see my child finding the waiting room and whole building not terrifying to visit. The Dr. was friendly and knew her outfit was Trolls related with just a glance so top notch knowledge on kids things! Im very happy with how it went for her first dentist visit and Im glad we found them!

Dr. Seetin and his whole team (including the front desk staff) are all amazing and true professionals. Their level of care is unmatched, we will not take our kids to any other dentist in the area and have had outstanding experiences each and every time!

My son has been going here since his very first visit. He is now 7. We love the way they treat you like family, know you by name and always make you feel comfortable. My son had to have a surgery when he was 2 and they did everything possible to make sure he was happy and comfortable. Both my girls been going here for years now! They take really good care of them! My youngest always had fear of dentists. I remembered how many times I had to change dentist because she just wouldn’t stop crying.. till I came to this place. They made her feel so comfortable, she actually enjoys coming to the dentist. My 4 year old crashed while riding his bike and our normal dentist called Dr. Seetin to get his recommendation. Dr. Seetin called me directly, reviewed pictures via text message, then had me come in after hours to remove a fractured tooth. My child was nervous and did not want to lose his tooth but Dr. Seetin and his front office were great! Dr. Seetin explained everything as he went using terms my child could understand. He was extremely patient and made sure my child was fully numbed and relaxed before starting the procedure. Taking that extra time, especially after hours really impressed me. Tooth extraction went well and my kid loved the treasure box he got to take the tooth home in. Little touches like letting the kid pick the color of the treasure box, seeing the x-ray, picking a movie to watch, etc. allowed an injured kid to feel heard and like he had some control of the situation. The next day, Dr. Seetin texted me to follow-up and to provide some more care instructions. Throughout the whole experience I felt like we were in extremely capable hands. A very calm and reassuring experience for such a traumatic event.

Sigrid loves seeing Dr. Seeting. When she had her first dentist-pulled tooth, she says she didnt feel it at all. Dr and staff put her at ease, she watched a movie and it was over quickly. Love this practice!

My 3 kiddos have been coming here since they were toddlers. All the hygienists are gentle and wonderful and the Dentist is fantastic as well. We have never had any issues for the last 9-10 years that we have come. Highly recommend!

Really nice place! We recently moved to Everett and decided on them for my two daughters (9 and 1 yrs old) From the moment I walked in everything was great. Super kid friendly environment ( the decor and theme is super cute), the staff from the moment you walk in is super friendly and caring...and they talked every step of the way with my 9 yr old and made her feel very comfortable. Hands down one of the best Ive been to. Highly recommend if you are looking into it!

I have been taking my daughter here for years! The staff has always been so kind and patient when she was young and very nervous about the dentist...now she is a teenager and we are still coming! Dr. Seetin is great, he takes a little time to get to know patients which can be tough to connect with teenagers but she came out saying, hes so cool!

Hands down, the best Childrens dentist that you could ever take you child to. The whole staff is so great with my 4 year old son, that he actually loves going to the dentist! I have been a loyal customer, sending my 2 boys to Childrens Dental Center for a total of about 10 years. I am private pay and ALWAYS pay in full at the time of the visit. Ive recently experienced some unprofessional and unkind behavior by one of the office staff members who insists that I owe a balance of $14 but has been unable to tell me why x 3. Its not about the money. I want to definitely pay what is mine. However, this person continually harasses me by phone and mail even without documentation of WHY I owe this. Instead of treating me like the loyal customer that I am who has spent thousands of dollars at the office, I am being treated like I dont matter at all. I am saddened and surprised that the dentist would allow for this kind of behavior. The customer service is atrocious. They have just lost 2 long standing patients and any good recommendations.

I have known Dr.Ortuzar for several years and her love of children is so great that she dedicates a lot of her off time committed to helping families who have a hard time affording dentistry. I know of no other pediatric dentist that is that committed. Many of the families in her office are very appreciative of her care and generosity.

Seriously exceeded mine and my very nervous daughters expectations. She needs to have some dental work done but I feel like we’re in excellent hands. She was so scared at her first appt but about 5 mins in she felt at ease and it’s all because of the care of everyone in the office. Dr Seetin is great, you can tell he loves working with children.

If you are looking for a compassionate, sympathetic, and understanding dentist for your child, go somewhere else. I have talked to many people too who have had negative experiences with having Dr. Ortuzar as their childhood dentist, and have left her dentistry for the same reasons. Many of them say that she has pulled children off of the tree in the lobby, said negative comments about ones appearance, covers childrens mouths with her hand for no particular reason when they are in the chair, and has told me as a child to shut up when she pricked my gum with a dental tool. If your child has severe anxiety about going to the dentist, do not take them to this dentist because she only causes more problems than solutions.

We have come here for the last 7 years. The change in ownership a couple years ago was flawless. All my kids feel comfortable and relaxed with the wonderful staff: front desk, hygentists, and Dr. Seetin.Recently, my son broke part of his front tooth off while playing. Of course it was after hours on a Friday! I calmedcalled Dr. Seetins cell; he calmed my concerns, assessed the situation and planned to see him Tuesday. Thankfully, my son wasnt in much pain. Sunday, I get a call from the doctor checking in on my son! Then he offered to have us come in on Monday, when the office is closed, which I greatly appreciated!After checking him out, no internal damage, but a rebuild of the tooth would be needed. They fit us in Wednesday so my son wouldnt have to spent more time that day laid up.Wednesday, Dr. Seetin and staff were ready to go and did an amazing job rebuilding his front tooth. I was concerned how it would look, but both my son and I were very pleased with how it turned out. While the procedure took some time, my son was comfortable with the meds used and movie. Dr. Seetin is so great with kids and is an asset to the profession.We already liked the office, but Dr. Seetin really sealed the deal that not all dentists are the same, especially pediatric.
