I came here on recommendation after having a prior dentist tell me I needed three crowns after six years of never mentioning a problem. Soft care told me I actually only needed two fillings. That’s an incredible difference.The office is run by a great staff who actually seem to enjoy their job. The dentists are top notch and great at what they do.If you’re looking for an honest dentist office that you look forward to going to, this is the place for you.

One of the worst. I was a patient there years ago. They did a root canal and a crown. The crown wasnt precise leaving extra space for things to go get through. My current dentist is awesome and has been helping out. Insurance only covers one of these every 5 years. I dont think I needed all this to begin with so they were most likely after insurance money. I legally changed my name, I dont have the wrong office ;). Ill also keep updating the review so people are aware.

I had the best experience at soft Care Dental. Which is a huge compliment coming from me because Ive always been afraid of the dentist. Soft Care Dental is clean and nice, and the staff are very friendly and very good at their jobs. They made me feel very safe and comfortable. The doctors really listened to me and cared about my personal needs and wants concerning my teeth. I actually look forward to going back there. Today, they put three crowns on my front teeth. My smile has never looked so good. My teeth have never been this straight or this white before. I am thrilled. I told dr. Tran that she would have to treat me like a child, and she did just that. She was especially gentle, and she talks to me and made me feel like she really cared.

Been going now for about a year with very good results. This is the only dental office where I actually look forward to going. And theyve earned their reputation of being soft care..

Great service. They greeted me be name. Welcome back. Both dentist and staff let me know exactly what would happen and when. My 4th appointment in about 2 weeks. They were ready for me exactly at my appointment times. Been to a lot of dentists, but they have won my loyalty and confidence.

Dr. Jean and his staff are amazing. Ive been with them for 8 years and would never consider going anywhere else. They are kind, thoughtful in their plan of care and will do everything possible to make sure it is affordable to the patient. Front staff is amazing and friendly. Still old school with live people making reminder calls. Very hands on. Would not want it any other way!

My family has been going to Dr Jean since 1996. He is one of the most conscientious dentist I have known. He always stands by his work and makes time for emergencies. He is a true professional along with having great patient rapport. I highly recommended Dr Jean.

Best dentist I have been to in a while! I needed an emergency root canal and they were so understanding of my situation and got me in right away. My teeth need some work after a few years without insurance and they have been going above and beyond to make sure Im taken care of and that I stay within insurance peramiters so I can get treatment without going into debt. All 3 of the dentists that have worked with me at this location have been very professional and courteous and I cannot recommend the other staff enough.

Dr. Jean is AMAZING! Ive been going there for years for routine check ups, cleanings, and filling repairs. He really cares for his patients and listens to their concerns/goals. Hes the best Dentist Ive ever had. He cares for your overall health and well being. He sees so many patients but always greets me by my first name, and remembers my teeth:) You want to go to a Dentist that knows your teeth. The staff is also awesome and professional.

Simply fantastic dentists. They referred me to see an endodontist due to complicated issues with a root canal done at a different dentist. I found one that was in my dental network but that had no affiliation with Soft Care Dental. The endo left a high spot which led to an incredible amount of pain. The endo could not see me again due to her schedule. I called Soft Care Dental, and they got me into the office the same day. Dr. Jean diagnosed the high spot and fixed it right away. Pain gone!They never try to sell me anything expensive, and I truly think they are always giving me truthful information about my dental health. Could not be happier.
