Dentist was so awesome. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Did excellent work cleaning my teeth. Explained everything clearly and with importance of what comes first and so on.. I will recommend everyone that I know to come see him. Great atmosphere and wonderful people.

Dr. Dang was very kind, and informative. I have autism, and he made sure the room I was in was calm and I was okay before we proceeded. I was seen here two years ago for an extraction... Dr. Dang warned me that I also needed a whole mother tooth pulled and I declined... Turns out two years later that tooth got infected and my face/gums swollen .. I should have listened! I honestly thought he was maybe trying to get money but he was only trying to help me. Yes, he explained the cost difference with taking my state insurance and the loss he takes in order to help patients like me... but he does it anyway. Obviously the man is just trying to keep his business running. He was very kind the entire visit. He made sure I was totally numb ... even my eye lid was numb!! I am a repeat patient there because he does his job well and that is all I care about!

I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted about a week and a half ago, and the sutures out today! Yay! Dr. Dang and his staff took really good care of me! Dr. Dang made sure I was comfortable on extraction day and answered all my questions thoroughly. I even stopped in once, (I thought my sutures had busted, but they did not) and he quickly brought me back to take a look. Very kind, professional and clean office. I would recommend!

Dr. Dang was extremely rude, condescending and very unprofessional. Below is a description of my experience with him. It’s obvious people with state insurance are mere peasants so beware!I had my first experience with Dr. Kevin Dang on Nov 16th 2020 after filling out the paperwork I noticed the last sheet there was a laminated chart that described how we should be inclined to tip him because of how little he receives per tooth extraction. The sheet implied that my service would be better if I were to tip the Dr. According to Dr. Kevin Dang a $325 extraction, the state only pays $80. And out of the goodness of his heart he pays the difference. Why he would tell a patient that is beyond me. I should note that I was using state insurance and I’m positive that’s why my experience was so terrible. He would ask me a question and while I was answering he would cut me off and ask something else, I didn’t feel he was hearing me or cared. We discussed which teeth and how many needed to be extracted.He repeated that he had 20 years in the business, I assumed he would have some knowledge with tooth extractions and the best way to proceed with this kind of procedure. I asked him if it’s best to leave some teeth in or pull them all at once for the dentures to be more secure. His response was “how am I supposed to know I take care of my teeth and have never had dentures”. During my visit I am also witnessing him belittle and degrade his assistant in front of me and the other staff.Day of procedure January 29th 2021Arrived in the morning, we go in the back. I asked a few questions and he would say “be quiet, don’t worry about that”.. I declined the gas because it was an extra $200 out of pocket and I couldn’t afford that at the time. We proceeded with him injecting the numbing in my gums and the roof of my mouth. I was anxious about this and tensed up when he started injecting and grabbed the arm rest. He swatted my hands and said to stop and open my palms. He then started to scold me for squirming around and yelled “you are being very disrespectful!”.. I told him I was in pain and couldn’t help the squirming. He then proceeded to say “ you don’t listen to me” and got up shut the lights off and walked out of the room. The assistant sitting there witnessed this entire interaction and said nothing. She seemed to be fearful of this Dr. I sat in the dark with half my mouth numb for ten minutes before he walked by the room and I asked him if we are going to continue. He said “I don’t know, it’s up to you..” I started to get upset because I couldn’t figure out what was happening. I’ve never had any experience like this in my life. He finally came back in and finished numbing my mouth. While he extracting my teeth I am still in pain and making some noises from the pain. He would tell me I am NOT in pain and to not make any noise. During my squirming he reminded me that I declined the gas and the pain I am in is my fault for declining.Out of 6 teeth he pulled, he broke two and was extremely rough with my teeth. One tooth he broke exposed the nerve and he squirted freezing water on the nerve and I almost shot out of the chair in agony. He said “I’m not even close to your nerve calm down”. He then went to give me more numbing and poked my bottom lip with the needle and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for closing my mouth (which I did not). While he was extracting the broken teeth he tore myGums to shreds which led to 4 stitches in one and one stitch in another.Once we were done, he handed me a sheet with an appt to get my stitches out. Didn’t say a word to me and I left.I’ve never experienced a so called professional like this. The dentist is normally a scary experience and he made this a nightmare. I recommend running far away from this place. He needs to be shut down. And his poor staff needs to get the hell out!

Literally the WORST experience! My bf went in for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation, he told him his state insurance would only cover $50 and if he wanted the procedure done he would have to donate to his business. Also forced to make appointments over text? not professional at all. Rude doctor who doesnt seem to know what hes doing.

Worst dentist i have ever been to. If u have state insurance and are recommended there, he will think of you as needy people. Thats what he called me and my grandmother for asking for a 200 refund for sedation that I never had. He is rude and I highly highly recommend you find a different dentist. His name is Dr dang and the first thing I thought when I seen what he did to my mouth!! First thing I thought was Dang he screwed up my mouth..

Dr. Dang was super helpful. I came in today for a 2nd opinion because my prior dentist had told me I needed two crowns and a root canal ASAP which were going to cost me $4200 out of pocket with no insurance. Dr Dang told me I did not need crowns, that I just needed two fillings! I cant believe I almost paid another place to do dental work that I didnt need. I really appreciated Dr Dangs honesty and his help. I will be back to see Dr Dang again for sure

He managed a difficult extraction (I was referred because my dentist thought it was too difficult), and he made it seem easy! His demeanor was very calm, which kept me very calm throughout the procedure (I have bad dental anxiety).10/10, would recommend!!!

I have recently had some dental work here at Silver Creek Dental and I was very happy with the results.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, there was hardly any waiting time.Dr. Dang was very straight forward, but respectable. He was also able to help me greatly with the financial portion of the visit.Dr. Dang is a extremely skilled dentist. I have a slight phobia of needles so it helped how easy he made everything and barely caused any discomfort. He extracted 18 of my teeth and I barely needed any pain killers except for the first two days.I would definitely recommend Dr. Dang to anyone who doesnt like or is fearful of going to the dentist. He will make your appointments a cake-walk from now on.

Had a great experience. Got my eyes exam done with no hassle. The dentist was nice and got my tooth pull the same day as the assessment of my tooth.

I have seen Dr. Dang for emergency extractions in the past and more recently found out I needed a full mouth extraction because the enamel on my teeth was completely wearing away. I was able to get in to see Dr. Dang and I was able to have sedation for my procedure.He made me feel completely comfortable, even going as far as covering me with a blanket and dimming the lights. I was extremely comfortable calm and felt very safe. I recommend him to all of my friends and family! He is a great dentist and takes patient care above and beyond every time. I just love him!!

We had a good experience seeing Kevin Dang, DDS. The receptionist was kind and helpful. When we were taken in the room for a consultation Kevin explained everything very well and explained how he would be able to do the procedure we needed and made the patient (my mom) feel a lot more relaxed about everything. We scheduled the procedure and when we came back he took everything slow and steady, and never rushed us. My mom was able to get the procedure done and she says she doesnt remember a thing which is good because they pulled a lot of teeth for her. We are glad we found this dentist otherwise we would have had to wait months for the only other dentist who takes my moms state insurance plan. I would definitely recommend this dentist!

Dr. Kevin Dang dds was very polite and very willing to help me even though I only have apple health insurance. With past dentist I have felt I was being judged or set to lower priority level strictly base on my insurance. Dr.Dang showed no hesitation to provide me urgent care the following morning from receiving the referral to his office. He made sure I was comfortable during and after the procedure and explained his answer to any questions asked. Silver Creek Dental and Vision is a great!

Dr. Kevin is an awesome dentist!! I first visited his office 4 years ago. You can trust and know you are in good hands with him. A large number of us that have our medical/dental insurance coverage through the state know our dental coverage is quite limited in some aspects. For example, the state pays very little for an extraction. On a $300 bill the state will only pay about $60. If you have ever found yourself in the position of needing to have a tooth pulled, you know what a quite painful and unexpected situation it is. Personally, I can never afford to pay out of pocket for such an emergency. Dr. Kevin has you covered for this exact situation. His office always (at least for my few experiences) gets you scheduled in to be seen within the next day or two at the most. Sadly, with my poor diet and lack of keeping up on my own dental care over the years, I have had to have more than10 (+2 more today) of my teeth pulled. Dr. Kevin has done every one of them. He gets you right in and out, always with the utmost professionalism.**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**Heres the best part...HE CHARGES YOU ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...ZIP...ZILCH...ZERO!!! Thats right, I said $0.00!!! He donates his time to help out those of us that cant afford to pay out of pocket, but needing urgent dental care. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dang this morning. I called yesterday and didnt expect to be seen as soon as I was, but luckily it worked out and I was seen first thing this morning. He was easy to talk to and explained the process very well. I hate needing to go to the dentist, even for a cleaning, so needing an extraction right away I was terrified. This was the most pleasant dental experience Ive ever had! I am pregnant and needed to have 2 extractions. I was SO nervous but right from minute Dr. Dang walked into the room he made me feel very comfortable. He has a very calm demeanor and soothing voice and talked me through the entire process making sure that I was breathing and relaxed. I have read a lot of reviews on here about how he talks about how much he gets paid by the state, and I have to say that I didnt find that offensive at all! I think he is doing the community a huge favor and he has the right to boast. I didnt find him to be rude or cocky at all, I think he is proud of what he does and wants people to spread the word. It has been a few days since my extractions and I am healing well with NO pain at all! I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Dang!

I just had my four wisdom teeth extracted today and I could not have hoped and prayed for a better dentist thank you Dr.kenvin Dang!! He beyond made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. He is such a kind understanding man he even worked with me financially something no ones has done for me in a long time. Update**Went in for my extractions today. It was so snowy and icey out and I ended up being the only patient at the time so I got his full undivided attention. Im a scaredy cat when it comes to dentist and I have to say I had nothing to fear. I used only the novacaine and had 8 extractions. He was so patient & put me right at ease. I felt absolutely no pain and didnt feel rushed. He took his time, talked me through each step and when I would start to panic he calmed me right down. I highly recommend this dentist. He knows what hes doing and does it well. I have had no issues during the healing period. Went in for my follow up and all went well. I do not recommend dentist very often. So to say I would go back to him and recommend him is a big deal. Thank you Dr. for a positive experience!Went in for my first appointment and consult today. First of all, they got me an appointment much quicker than previous dentist. The appointment went well. Dr Dang was very informative, explained everything to me. He was very calm and gentle. Hello, my name is Matthew Moore. Just a couple months ago I had my remaining teeth extracted by Kevin Dang. I have just one more appointment before I get my full set of dentures. If you could please tell Mr. Dang a Thank You I would really appreciate it. If he would of never extracted my infected teeth I dont know what I would of been able to do. I feel so much healthier and I was also able to quit smoking cigarettes just a week ago after having smoked for over 10 years. Kevin made it possible for me to quit smoking by taking away all the tooth pain I ever had away. He was so professional and quick with extracting my teeth I almost couldnt believe it happened so quickly and with minimal pain. In all my experiences with dentists, Kevin Dang is by far the best in the dental industry. My daughter had a terrifying experience at another dds office.She went through pain for months out of fear of another dds visit.I called Dr Dangs office,after finding out they offered oral sedation.Her and I were both worried she wouldnt let him near her mouth with any tools at all.After the mild sedative,she was able to relax.She said Dr Dang was very gentle and understanding. I just wish I found them sooner!It is so hard seeing your loved ones in pain,and the receptionist and Dr Dang were both very understanding to that.Thank you both so much for all you did for us!

The WORST experience we have ever had! He is so disrespectful and degrading just because my husband was on state insurance. He kept telling my husband that he was a charity case and if he quite smoking then maybe we could afford his services even though he takes state insurance he wants cash so he dosnt have to do taxes on it. He told my husband he wasnt going to see him because he smoked a cigarette before his appointment though he was never givin any instructions before hand not to and he told my husband it was common sense and asked him if he wanted him to breath for him to and a ton of other things. Im extremely amazed and happy with this company. Dr. Dang and his employees took great care of me. I had to have alot of oral surgery done and Dr. Dang was very informative about every step that was going to be performed and offered me multiple ways of making me comfortable and less nervous. And the after care that I have received has been amazing as well. Everytime that I go into his office everyone there welcomes me with a smile, his assistants are very easy to talk to and answer any and all my questions. I wont be going to any other dentist office. I like him a lot because he is direct with me about the truth. Most Dentist Ive seen just drill me and push me out the door. I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Dang took great care of me and made sure I was able to get the pain gone before I left. (My own Google account is being weird, so Im having to write a review on my friends alt account.) I was seen there today for an emergency and it was the first time being there. They worked hard to fit me in while every other place I called sent me away. They were friendly and to the point. Told me what needs to be done and so on. They didnt try to force me to do anything right then and there, which is something Ive had happen in the past from other dentists, which is something I hate because it makes me freak out as Im scared of most dental procedures. I definitely recommend going here if you have the money (or insurance that they accept). I definitely plan to go back there soon to finish the work I need done on my teeth.

I have been to a few dentist,and I needed all my teeth removed. Dr.Kevin Dang is an absolute angel of a man. He took over 30 teeth and some he had to perform surgery on to remove. My insurance only paid 1/4 of the bill and this very generous man ate the rest of the bill, he does not have to do this but he chooses to. I will continue to sing his praises,and refer him to every person asking about a dentist.. The oral surgeon Doctor Kevin Dang is ONE OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL medical professionals I have ever encountered! I have worked in the medical field for a few years and I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced such immature behavior from a provider!! He is verbally abusive, discriminatory and flat out rude! His only objective is to make as much money off on his victims as he can! I would NEVER recommend this clinic to ANYONE not even my worst enemy!!!

I can not begin to tell you how great DR Dang is along with the staff, i have been going to a dentist by the arlington hospital up north for 4 years and have had to have their work redone numerous times( i am not joking )and they will only do one thing per visit Ie one filling even if you need more done, one tooth pulled etc etc Dr Dang did more work in 30 minutes than my other dentist up north did in 7 or 8 months, i had an emergency and i was in and out in 30 minutes or so ( and the 30 minutes was from checking in, paper work, getting me numb etc the actual teeth pulled was no more than 10 minutes maybe less ) Dr Dang did over a thousand dollars worth of work for around $200 i am so pleased with everything at the clinic if you need work done Go to Dr Dang you will not be disappointed, very good rates, friendly staff, beautiful office that relaxes you but the last 4 years with the dentist i WAS seeing would have made 4 different appointments to pull those teeth and 2 or 3 months in between each appointment and Dr Dang did it in 30 minutes its good to have a positive dentist and gets the work done with out pain, the office is very nice with a good atmosphere I am rambling sorry it that i am so pleased with this Dentist God BlessThank you Dr Dang and staff

This is my first time having a teeth pulled( wisdom tooth). I regret ever having It pulled there. I waited for 1 hour with anybody saying anything to me. When I finally got called I shared that I can reschedule because Im getting inpatient.It seems like the clinic over booked appointments and they were overwhelmed.The very rude(dental assistant) was there when I walked into the exam room, she said nothing to me but stared. I dont know why she still works there. She has zero customer service skills. One of my previous appointments she was busy arguing with the dentist.The dentist finally came in, told me to open my mouth. He did not work me through the process. I just felt a sharp needle in my cheeks and gum, this was done few times to numb the area before the extraction. I was left there for another 15-20minutes.The dental assistant, not the Caucasian lady came in to ask me how my mouth feels and I responded.The dentist came back, looked in my mouth and started pressing down, no bed manners.He pushed down really hard and started to pull. I started crying because it was very painful. He asked if i feel pain I said yes. At this time my mouth is bleeding and full of secretion. He then said do you want me to continue I said no, then he he said Im done. He said stop crying, I cant continue if you are crying. He Took off his glove and told the staff stitch her up.So I was hoping Im done. He came back looked in my mouth, I think at this point He couldnt leave my teeth like that. He proceeded with the pressing and pulling without my consent. I can hear him saying she is just impatient, it more of emotional than technical.The only pleasant and comforting person was the Caucasian dental assistant. She held my hand, and spoke to me. She was patient and kind. I had a very bad experience, done with that clinic.My son is scheduled for an extraction there in couple weeks that will be his first extraction not happening there. Shopping around for another dentist as soon as possible.My husband had since told me to change provider I did not listen. I regret not listening, I thought it was just the one rude dental assistant but Im wrong.

Best dentist I have ever seen by far! My first impression of him was cocky but after I have him a chance. I knew why he was, he is so skilled at what he does! Painless and quick!

I had a good experience there ,the Dr explained everything before he did it so there were no surprises which was nice because I was nervous about getting a extraction.The office is clean and nicely decorated the staff were all friendly and one of the most important details were that they take medicaid unless you are on medicaid you have no idea how hard it is to find a dentist that will take it,I would recommend it to anyoneR.Baldwin

Great experience today. I had to have a tooth pulled, I was in pain and nervous but Dr. Dang was wonderful and calmed my nerves. This is the place to go. Very nice staff as well.

Two terrible experiences! The first visit for extractions Dr.Dang hit a nerve in my face which immediately caused severe pain in my head like the most intense migraine you have ever felt . It was so unbearable I really wanted to go to to the hospital. I had to re schedule another appointment to have the rest of the work I needed done. I left there black eye and face swollen and pain in my head for over 10 days. I paid $200 out of pocket before the next visit to get prescriptions for pills for sedation so I would not be awake during the next procedure. These pills were covered by my state insurance. I woke up while he was sticking needles in my face and doing extractions! he wasted so much time that the pills wore off and I woke up before he started. I paid to be asleep! I left with stitches in my mouth and no appointment to have them removed because I was still groggy. His staff shows up when the feel like it and he yelled at them while my fiance was in the waiting room. The first thing that comes out of the mans mouth when you are on state insurance is how he only gets a small percent and appreciates gratuity from his state clients. I couldnt really afford that $200 because I am disabled and cant work. I pulled my own stitches so I didnt have to suffer any more incompetence at the hands of Dang and his staff. 12 days since I was there and havent heard anything from them to see if Im doing okay or about the stitches.Thanks for the horrible memorys!

This is my 3rd experience with Dr.Dang & Staff. If you want a No nonsense Dentist to help you immediately with Extractions Dr Kevin Dang is your guy. He also took his free time to clean my bottom teeth no charge!!!!!

I have been in constant pain with horrible teeth for years due to no insurance coverage.i was referred to Dr.Kevin Dang i am pleased to say this his office staff was caring,compassionate,professional and got me in immediately. I would recommend Dr Kevin Dang and his staff to anyone needing dental work. I had 6 extractions in less than 30 minutes and my roots were long & curved if i was in pain Dr.gave more numbing meds immediately. Words cannot express how amazing this Dentist & staff are!!!! I will be able to smile again thanks to Dr Dang & staff thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!

So today I had my second visit with D.S.S. K.Dang even better than my first visit .had and infected molar on the bottom my first visit ....so I was already stressed I really dislike the dentist K.Dang was very genital talked me threw the hole visit .next to no pain healed beautiful couldnt have asked for a better trio to the dentist. And today a broken molar witch broke during the pull .once again no pain....would suggest him to all my family and anyone else who will listen

I been in this dental clinic for 5 years i experienced it and i didnt complain about it. the assistance were nice and so was dr.dang when they told me i have 10 cavities i new something is wrong. also i heard other people were saying the same thing about this place. i decided to go to a different doctor next door they told me you have 1 cavity. thats why you should look after your teeth because you want get another pair of them. buy the way the famous ZEDD said the same thing about this place!!!!!!!!!!!

I called today in horrible pain with a broken wisdom tooth and this office was absouletly amazing. So helpful and compassionate to my needs. Nice to be somewhere where helping the patient is the number 1 priority not money! Thank you so much guys!!!

My son needs his wisdom teeth out like yesterday so his insurance recommended this place as they are in the network. After several weeks of waiting for the appointment he was seen by the Oral Surgeon for a consult. The Oral Surgeon confirmed his wisdom teeth needed to come out asap as one is sitting too close to a nerve that has the potential of doing serious damage. Then proceeded to tell him that because his insurance doesnt pay them enough, he wouldnt do the procedure for him. Though they were well aware of what his insurance was BEFORE they set him up with the appointment. Now my son is left at square one again looking for another Oral Surgeon with limited time to have this done.CLASSIC case of the Oral Surgeon caring more about what he gets paid then the health needs of his patients. I could never recommend this place to anyone.If he doesnt want to do the work then he shouldnt accept the insurance, simple as that!Now my son is left with the same problem and in need of finding someone that actually cares!P.S.Trying to get a call back from this place during the process was absolutely rediculous! Have to leave several messages to get a call back. Best bet, if you need to talk to someone, go inwhere they cant avoid you.

As always, Dr. Dang and his staff were wonderful. This is the only dental office that I have ever had complete confidence in. I found out from talking with friends that they had had the same experiences at their visits.

I have went to Silver Creek for several years now and I have received the best treatment from the office staff to the Dental staff mostly gone in for tooth extraction. The Dr. has a wonderful personality and will work with you in whatever your plans are with your teeth..

I been here twice and have had 4 teeth pulled and have not had any problems actually everything is healing nicely the staff is wonderful and I would highly recommend them everytime

I really like Dr Dang and Dr Ngo, but the office is notorious for not putting scheduled appts in their system. I always have to call and confirm my daughters appt the day before. Frustrating.

Ill say very friendly nice and clean yes its a very good place to go. A + Medicare Yes they take it! Does Medicare cover the cost for a garage adult with problem teath? It is ok though no out of poker for patent at any time and no Medicare does not cover it all so they are doing some work on good faith or charity workand with one favor in return that is this rating witch yea its worth the other 300 or so I should be paying out of pocket thank God for you for referrals.

Allow me to preface my review by saying that I had a very extensive procedure performed, and that it was done under Apple Health, which only pays a small portion of the typical rates. I also did a fair amount of research into this procedure and read page after page of peoples experiences and they typically experienced a prolonged period of discomfort, etc., and so I had a lot of anxiety about the experience.Dr. Dang and his entire staff were very kind & reassuring. Dr. Dang made it clear to me that, even though he was only receiving a fraction of the typical fee, that he made no differentiation between Apple Health subscribers or any other patient in his care and this quickly became apparent. Not only was the staff very supportive, professional & reassuring, but Dr. Dang took great care in my treatment. Despite the extensive work done, only 24-hours later I have not had to take pain meds , and I am certain that is due - in large part - to the skills & professionalism of Dr. Dang. (I have a relative who had the exact same procedure done in another part of the state who severe discomfort and required extensive pain care for an entire week afterwards).A co-care provider (who does not know Dr. Dang) saw me today for follow-up care, and said that he, ...did excellent work, and that it made his, ...job much easier.Whether under Apple Health or a top-shelf insurer, I dont think you will find more skilled or caring services than Dr. Dang and his staff. Highly recommended!

I have a fear of dentist but Dr. Dang is the most gentle dentist i have ever been to he made me feel comfortable and i didnt feel anything while having 2 teeth removed today i highly recommend going to him especially if your scared because he is by far the best dentist i have ever been to ifni could id give him a 10 stars out of 5

My boyfriend had an appointment to get his tooth pulled here. When they called him about his appointment he was told 8 AM. We get here and they dont even open until 8:30. Then, once we get inside, we are informed that his appointment isnt even until 10 AM. He missed a day of work for this bs. Not happy at all.

As a single working mother Dr. Dang and Dr. Ngo have always been very accommodating to my familys busy schedule. The kids have never cried or complained about getting cavities filled. Dr Ngo took her time to show my 6th grade son how to insert and take care of his contacts properly and with patience. We have been here 6 years and counting!

I had the best experience ...I hate the dentist and my teeth show it...last week I had a abscess tooth so bad my face was killing me...I receive the best treatment by Dr Dang and his staff..I will go back I have never been so comfortable with a dentist he showed he really cared. And had me out of a throbbing pain in less then an hr...I cant thank you and your staff enough..

Went there today which is January 24, 2017.The doctor didnt bother announcing that he was entering the area or even introducing himself, he just sat down beside me and began a range of his tools, we talked about my wisdom teeth for a minute and then he began arranging his tools again then picked up the syringe and bent the needle. I asked him if he was going to use any numbing gel which is extremely common to put numbing gel on the gums before injecting them with Novocain as the needle has to go pretty deep. He said no and tried to inject the Novocain into my gums without waiting for a reply.Due to having an extremely high tolerance to any numbing agents or painkillers, I need five or six rounds of Novacaine to be completely numb and I was not interested in feeling that needle five or six times, I had a previous experience with not having any numbing gel put onto a site that a needle was going to be injected into and it was horrifically painful and I felt each shot.He immediately got up and walked out of the area when I told him I would not be having the procedure done without any numbing gel first and began gossiping about me to whoever was in the next room. Excuse me, for one its extremely unprofessional to gossip about your clients especially when you are so rude to them, second at least wait until they are out of the building. That was legitimately the most stupid childish thing I had ever seen any so-called professional do.Before this, he sat down and we started talking about my wisdom teeth. I came in for one extraction of my bottom right wisdom tooth. I told him the bottom right one is the one I was mainly interested in getting out and then he immediately started guilt tripping me, complaining and whining like a child about how the state only pays him $50 for each tooth and he normally charges $300 and began saying he is doing me a favor and I should be grateful that hes even doing this, how no other dentist will take my insurance if I only want to have one tooth removed and that he doesnt do this for free. Immediately started complaining that I only wanted one tooth taken out, as that was my main concern because the other teeth had already erupted and caused no pain.The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, I was a bit irritated over the phone because I kept having to repeat myself but she stayed very professional and polite, she was very nice when I entered the lobby and helpful. Even when I forgot to fill out a few parts of the application. The office was extremely clean but the doctor was very childish and rude.Do not go here unless you want to be guilt trip about your insurance and how he only gets paid this much. It is your choice to continue taking patients with state insurance, if you are going to complain about it then stop taking that insurance, its your choice and not our fault or problem that you continue to take Medicaid when you know they dont pay you nearly as much as they should. It just really shows you care more about getting paid then your patients health and what they want. This person is by far not professional. Very childish and rude. I politely and quickly declined to have the procedure done there when he said they do not use numbing gel.

I had seen Dr dang a few times for extractions including todays I have had bad experience with dentist in the past but Dr dang and his assistant was very reassuring and caring and showed me they had my best interest at heart. During the extraction they would tell me what they were doing and what to expect also they would tell me how good I was doin . They have great personality and made me smile and laugh. I recently had 3 teeth pulled there and the dentist made me feel horrible for having cheap Insurance, telling me that hes doing me a favor he should be getting paid $700 for my 3 teeth but hes only getting $50 per tooth before that he entered the room and saw me on FB and demanded i put my phone away saying i shouldnt be on my phone maybe i should be taking better care of my teeth instead and then he went on about how i should take better care of my teeth because he saw me before and now im getting more teeth pulled.. I just started crying since i was already horrified and scatedbto have 3 teeth pulled at once! And this dentist made me feel horrible and i never want to go back... 😭

Went to get my tooth pulled and Dr.dang already had my info sent to him by my dentist and what needed to be done but he decided to start grilling me and treating me like less than dirt, like I was looking for drugs, telling me my insurance isnt good enough and he is doing me a favor by even looking at it, my tooth is so broken it cuts my tongue, and all he did is give me antibiotics, f this place! , I will never ever ever ever come here again and i will make sure to tell everyone I know how crappy this place was.

Last month, I brought my 4 yr old son here for teeth cleaning, I was very disappointed about this clinic. first, my son had cleaning nothing happened yet. finally, when the Dentist came to do the final cleaning check my son had a little scare he just cried a little not to much he has a very good behavior as I expect, but the dentist said he is not ready...he kind of .... and he stop do his check refer us to other clinic. what the h... he did i dont really care but this guy kind of lacking experience to do his job w/ children. SO BAD never come back again.

I am someone that does not like giving bad reviews and grateful to have my tooth taken care of, however Dr. Dang of the (location of office) and his assistant had the worst bedside manners I have ever dealt with. I had been in the ER several days prior due to an abscess and was told to see a Dr to have my tooth removed. I was referred to Dr. Dang by Pleasant Smile in Marysville, so I went there due to being able to be seen sooner. After I arrived, I was called back into the room, after the dentist injected me 3-4 times and denied my request to numb the area like I had been when I visited the University of Washington Dental School before the injecting began. I started crying due to the pain and Dr. Dang told me, Be quiet, you will scare the patient next to you. Then I asked if my best friend who drove me could come back to sit with me for moral support. Dr. Dang said This isnt a visitation room, this isnt visiting hours. After that he and his assistant turned off the lights and left the room while I still laid flat in the chair which was quite uncomfortable.Approximately 15-20 mins later the dentist had the front desk receptionist come in to ask me if I was numb. Another 10-15 mins later the dentist finally came back in and started pulling a tooth. He told me, “Be still and calm,” I might hear cracking but that was normal as long as I dont have pain. Suddenly I felt part of my tooth that had broken off in the back of my throat. During this whole process there is no assistant which I thought was strange but I tried to mutter to him that I had part of a tooth in the back of my throat. Dr. Dang got very upset and told me Im the Dr. so dont tell me how to do my job, its ok if you swallow your tooth...it will just come out the other end in a few days.At the very beginning of the assessment after the X-rays had been taken when I was chatting with the Dr. about my dental history and how I got referred to him he made a remark that I had Medicaid Insurance and he is the only doctor in the county that is willing to be paid nothing to do the extraction.Overall, this was the worst experience of my dental history. I am sure he has other good reviews and maybe this was just a bad day but this was the 1st time I had ever been to this office and it was an overall bad experience.On a positive note, thank you Dr. Dang for pulling my tooth despite the experience I had.

Dr.Dang was the absolute most appallingly rude man I have ever met! I actually left a review on his companys facebook page after the incident where of course there was a plethora of the same stories as mine.I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction. Appointment had been made weeks before, so this wasnt a last minute emergency deal. I was pregnant and just entered my 2nd trimester (this is the recommendation to get dental work in the 2nd tri).Lets begin:He reprimanded his female dental assistant right in front of me. It was a very trivial matter, she hadnt displayed the xrays the way he would have liked her to.He told me that I had too many children already (I was alone, it was my first time meeting him)He told me my husband should get a better job so he can get real insurance for us since he cant even afford to pay his staff for one hour with how little he will get paid for my visit.He told me I should have dealt with this wisdom tooth issue when I was younger.I knew that my one wisdom tooth was embedded within a facial nerve and it would be a tricky surgery where I needed to be put to sleep as if I moved I could be paralyzed on one side of my face. He basically told me it was no big deal and he could do that one in office no problem.He then twlls me he doesnt want to do my tooth extraction that day because he wants a letter from my OBGYN saying I am cleared for dental work. I take out my phone and text my husband the words come back now please probably took me less than 15 seconds to write and put my phone away. He then completely flipped out on me telling me he doesnt text his wide and check his facebook and have phone conversations while he is with me. I told him that I needed to tell my husband to come back and get me as he thought I would be there for about an hour and a half and was planning on going a bit aways. He didnt care and proceeded to call me names like a child.I got up and walked out. I did not schedule an appointment for an extraction and immediatly called my husband crying. What a sick man. Im not sure how he is still in business. I really wish I would have called the BBB and the Health Board as his behavior is unacceptable and atrocious!There are doctors who take state insurance that are both good at what they do and have good bedside manner. Give this place a pass. I highly doubt he has changed in a year.

The receptionist denied to set me up with an appointment and treated my condition like a joke. Nonetheless, the office will only answer their phones once an hour. I will be taking this to corporate. Completely unacceptable. She completely ignored my questions and hung up while laughing saying, have a good day I will be taking this to court.

Met Kevin Dang first time a week ago when we took our 3 and 4 year old to his clinic for a first meeting and check up after moving to the area.The staf was really nice.Kevin Dang not so much.No introduction, rude, completely ignoring you and immediately whining about how little he gets paid for his services.First impression NOT GOOD!Today I had to go back for an appointment because our 3 year old did have a minor cavity that needed to be taken care of.Staf was nice again.Kevin Dang, once again, not at all.He came busting in to the room and without even trying to pretend that he cared that he had a scared little 3 year old boy in his chair he ordered my son to open up and he dug right in with his drill only to get annoyed because the kid was choking on water that was running down his throat while rather forcefully keeping the kids mouth open.My 4 year old being curious as to what he (Dang) was doing to his little brother came looking around his side (by no means was he misbehaving and you can trust me that I know when he is).As I was holding my 3 year old his hands and try to calm him down, there was little I could do about keeping my 4 year old seated.Kevin Dang could barely contain himself from actually being violent and nearly swatted the kid away while swearing.At that point he continued to throw his instruments beside him and stormed out of the room without saying a Dang word like a petulant little spoiled brat not to be seen again.I hope that at least he finished the procedure properly.This man should have his hands broken and not be allowed to come near any clients, let alone very young ones.This is in no way a professional way of dealing with any client, regardless of how they are insured.He was lucky he disappeared immediately while I had my hands full consoling my 3 year old.I would gladly use his own drill on his teeth to teach him some manners.We will not return to this douchebag.
