Great one dentist practice. I’ve been going to Dr Yamaguchi for the last 15 years or so. He can do fillings to oral surgery. I’m happy I can communicate with him in my native language. His staff is very friendly and courteous. I’ve never had problem with $$ as they can give you how much procedures would cost upfront. During the pandemic, this office has done really good job with separated spaces for patients with an air purifier in each space, acrylic divider between patients and front staff, staff wearing completely covered clothing. Highly recommended!

They are excellent in all ways. Great staff, great Dentist, great hygienist. Since finding Dr Yamaguchi I have had my teeth looking and feeling good . I have recommended some friends who were extremely happy with him also.

I thought my last dentist was pretty good, but Dr. Yamaguchi is amazing. He really seems to enjoy his profession and makes a commitment to employ all of the latest technology. I recently needed a crown and instead of waiting a week for it to be made at an offsite lab he was able to use his computer generated modeling equipment to craft my new crown in less than an hour. The end product was perfect. The front office staff, Kelli the hygienist, and everyone there are very friendly and efficient. My whole family now goes to see Dr. Yamaguchi and we have all been very happy with the services he and his staff provide.

I enjoyed my visit fill very comfortable with receptionist very polite and makes me feel right at home. Gives me the best advice I just want too keep in contact I dont want too change. Thank you so much shuichi Yamaguchi. Your great 5 stars.

I called at least 20 dentists when my back molar got infected and I was in pain. I have no dental insurance.Most dentists wanted over $500 to pull the tooth, but Dr Yamaguchi saved me $200, and was so wonderful.. Very patient and kind, and understanding of how anxious I was.I highly recommend him, and 19th Ave Dental.The whole staff treated me so kindly.Excellent place !!!

One stop shop for denture/implant needs. They have a fantastic staff and the doctor has a great bedside manor. My dads dentures/implants turned out amazing and were 1/10th of the cost of other places. I’m so happy for him. He can finally chew again comfortably and has a gorgeous smile which looks very natural. Highly recommend!

Kelly is the best Hygenist ever! She is passionate about dental health. So is Doctor Yamaguchi. He is always using the newest technology to improve the patients dental health and experience while in the office. The administrative staff are very kind people who are great at working the schedule and making you feel welcome.

I had a very good time in this dental office with teeth cleaning today. Kelly is amazing: very experienced, accurate, gentle. Even though she could not use ultrasound equipment now (safety concerns), she did a very hard work by hands and she is really good in that. Thank you Kelly!And also, in this hard pandemic time looks like the office is very well-prepared to take patients. They care about patients and staff safety doing a temperature measurement, making sure nobody have any symptoms, everybody wearing masks, and a lot more. It seems pretty safe to come and have a dental treatment there.

Very expensive.they overly charged us for fillings, cleaning services. Bad customer service they booked an appointment for one of my family members without the patient approval and when she didn’t show up because she didn’t know about the appointment they charged her a no show fee.

Most people would say they dont like going to the dentist. I can say that I enjoy each visit I make to Dr. Yamaguchis office. The staff is genuinely kind and friendly. I loved that they took the time to consult with me and explained any procedures and costs. Full disclosure. There were no changes whenever I made a visit. The atmosphere is pleasant and I love his sense of humor.

I have to say that I enjoy having my teeth cleaned every 4 months with Kelly! She is one outstanding lady and she is always happy to see me ! I enjoy listening to her share her life with me! And she does one amazing jobs on my teeth!

First impression I got regarding the office is that it wasn’t cold. The office had a warm. Comfortable feeling and it was probably the Cleanest dental office I have been to. This really impressed me as so many dental offices have that white coat and cold kind of feeling. Most people have a nervousness on going to the dentist but the girls behind the counter were friendly and informative for any questions I had. You go in to discuss things you would like done but Dr. Yamaguchi, Dr. Yama, for those having difficulty saying they name, was very thorough and asked a lot of questions on what my goal was for my teeth. After going back for a consultation after taking xrays and such on the first visit, he had 3 different proposals and discussed what you wanted done as well as his thoughts. He actually took pictures of my mouth so I could see exactly what he sees along with xrays. After reviewing the options, he said he realizes dental work is expensive so he gave me ideas and figured out a plan. It wasn’t where you just go in and a dentist says you need this and that done. I was part of the discussion. And for those scared of shots, he has several options to make your dental experience pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Yamaguchi to anyone who wants to be comfortable with their dental experience. Oh and I forgot, he has a sense of humor. That’s an added plus. I was referred to Dr. Yamaguchi by someone who recently worked for him at 19th Ave Dental, and Im delighted with the whole experience there. After a full survey of my teeth and reviewing my chart and X-rays, Dr. Yamaguchi met with me and went over his recommendations and answered all my many questions, referring to the X-rays for clarity. He laid out a treatment plan that took into consideration when my years insurance would max out, and what could be safely be put on hold until the new benefit year. This was the first time a dentist had sat down with me to discuss in such detail a path of treatment and all the options .It happened that the Dental Hygienist is one I used to see at a previous practice. She had done a great job in clearing up issues in the past. Im so happy to be back under her care.Dr. Yamaguchi can deal with just about any dental procedure, which meant I didnt have to go to an oral surgeon for an extraction, and hell do my bridge work. He and everyone in his office is friendly, helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend 19th Ave Dental.

Been here many times and have had great experience so far. Very friendly and reasonable prices. They were quick to get me in for my root canal as I was having a lot of pain. Highly recommended.

Dr Yamaguchi and his staff give excellent care for my 90 year mother and he can converse with her in her native language Japanese as well as English. The staff is very attentive and helps her where she needs it. I would recommend his dental practice.

My mother went to Dr. Yamaguchi and he was INAPPROPRIATE on two occasions in regards to how he handled her face. He slapped her face when blood was going down her throat as she tried to clear her throat during an extraction which she forgave. Today however, was the last time she will ever walk through the door of that practice. When checking her bite she was unable to follow his directions, he used his whole hand to push her whole face aggressively and in a demeaning fashion into the dental chair, to the point she was in tears. The dental assistant was empathetic enough to wipe her tears away and hold her hand, but unfortunately this dentist lacked basic bedside manner and patient care.

Ive been to many dentists through the years across the U.S. Dr. Yamaguchi will earn your respect with his approach to accuracy, scope, follow-thu, safety and sensitivity. You are treated with care and approachability from his Front Office and Clinical providers. One of his most winning traits is his mastery of all facets in the elimination of pain for the patient. I am blessed to have a place like this to go to when i am hurting. I am writing this because i dont know how to thank all of them for their care that they have given to me through the years.

This doctor gave me back my life! I went to Dr. Yamaguchi in desperation, after 2 years of pain and inability to chew because of an ill-fitting crown that my previous dentist would not replace or correct. I knew my dental plan would not cover a crown on the same tooth so soon, so I responded to Dr. Yamaguchis ad to cover 30% off crowns not covered by insurance.Immediately he put me on an antibiotic to treat the infection I didnt know I had in the crowned tooth. Within 2 weeks, I had full range of motion in my neck, for which I had been seeing a physical therapist (to no avail). He replaced my crown and I can now eat anything with impunity, can move my head and neck without pain. He is wonderful! His staff are amazingly helpful; Kellie the hygienist is the best in the business. This dentist has skill, integrity and class: all at affordable treatment.Get in here!

I’ve had my teeth cleaned biannually her for many years now, as well as a wisdom tooth extraction. The service is always excellent and the people are kind.

I just received my permanent dentures. I can tell you that it is like having my original teeth again. The fit and bite are so good I can wear them without need of adhesives of any kind. While I some times do use a little on the lowers most of the time it is not necessary. I only used adhesive when I am working because I dont always have time to get to a place to rinse and clean them. But because the fit is so good most of the time there is little to clean. Dr. Yamaguchi is not unlike the many master craftsmen of his native country of Japan. The quality of his work is above awesome, it is near perfection. Anyone even needing dental work or denture and especially dentures, Dr. Yamaguchi is the best around. I am so pleased with his work that I cannot say enough how happy I am with his work. He is so dedicated to his work and taking care of his patients that he is a rare find in dentist. I would tell anyone for the best dental work go see Dr. Yamaguchi at the 19th Ave Dental in Everett, Wa.

I found Dr Yamaguchi by accident in 2002 and it was the best thing that has happened to me. I lost my teeth at 19 due to neglect and had declining lower jaw bone over the years. To the point where my lower denture would hardly stay in place and I could not even bite a carrot. My life was really hard. Dr Yamaguchi did an intricate implant on my lower jaw that involved 3 surgeries and months to heal. It has been 14 years now and my jaw bone has grown again and I can eat anything. He and his wonderful staff changed my life. He was also much cheaper than the other estimates we had gotten. I am so grateful to have found this wonderful caring office and superb dentist. We had moved to Eastern Washington for 7 years until recently. I had 4 dentists that did not know how to clean my implants nor were even familiar with this type of implant. I am SO glad to be back with Dr Yama.My husband has been going to Dr Yamaguchi for almost as long as me and he had some issues too due to bad dental care. He had deep pockets that required surgery and Dr Yamaguchi and staff got him healthy until we moved to Eastern Washington. He also had dentists that did not give him proper care. Now Dr Yama and staff are getting his teeth back where they should be. We are NEVER leaving again. This dentist is one in a million.We LOVE him and the office!
