We were visiting Dr. Malinovska for several years and considered her as our family dentist until late August 2021 when we found an abscess above our 6-year daughters primary molar that had been filled by Dr. Malinovska in June 2021. As a result, we were forced to prematurely extract that tooth. This was the second abscess our daughter suffered after a filling performed by Dr. Malinovska (the first one happened in August 2020 and resulted in premature tooth removal as well, all procedures were charged to us in full). Our daughter was seeing Dr. Malinovska on a regular basis since her first dentist visit and has never had abscesses other than those developed after the treatment performed by Dr. Malinovska. I know that our daughter is not the only person who had troubles after Dr. Malinovskas services. I understand that nothing is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, the difference is how one handles them. Dr. Malinovska could not properly take and interpret our daughters X-rays, behaved unethically and unprofessionally in handling that situation and finally just referred her to a kids dentist openly claiming that she is not a specialist in kids dentistry, after several years of providing dental services to our kid and in spite of the fact that her website advertises pediatric dentistry among their services. So, all our family has left Dr. Malinovska heavy hearted, with a deep breach of trust feeling and more than $1,000 in unplanned dental expenses. If you do not want to gamble with your and your loved ones teeth visiting a dentist who would claim that she is not a specialist after you or your child experience(s) a problem following her treatment, run away.

I have been so happy with Dr. Kathy and her staff. She truly cares for my well being and listens to my concerns and wishes. I have my family coming here!

I have a very sensitive mouth- because of gum disease. Dr. Kathy and staff are so mindful of my sensitivities and use treatment that allows me to have my teeth and gums cared for.

Love everyone here at the office! I have been going here for a couple years now. They are all so nice and comforting! Josie is amazing at the front desk, very efficient and accommodating. And Dr. Kathy is a great dentist! She is very thorough with her exams and will go over everything with you so you know exactly what’s happening or what needs to be done. Great staff!

If I could no star I would. I had insurance went in paid $100 to get a xray and see whats wrong. She said its an extraction that she cant do there. I said ok. I went somewhere else tried to get my xrays sent over but she wouldnt. Now she sent me a bill of $150 because I didnt go to her office and I went somewhere else. They love to scam people.

What a wonderful clinic! I’ve been a patient for about two years now, and the staff is fantastic! Very professional, caring and kind.I wish I had taken before and after photos for my teeth whitening appointment because the results were amazing just from the first session!Dr. Malinovska’t just an excellent dentist but also a talented painter and you can see her bright and colorful work in the office.Oh, and as an add-on bonus, the office has an amazing view on Cascades!

I was very impressed, the first time I went to Cascade Dental Group, Dr. Kathy presented herself to me very nicely and friendly. She explained to me the work she would do to my teeth. She started with the anesthesia, and it was quick and painless. She did a perfect job on the work she did on my teeth. I really recomend everyone to go with Dr.Kathy for any dental work. Dr. Kathy Malinovska and her team are tremendously warm, welcoming, and thoroughly professional. While few of us relish a trip to the dentist even for a cleaning, it’s been my experience that my comfort -as well as my continued dental health - is a priority here. Josie, who works the front desk, is a miracle in that her understanding of dental insurance plans is amazing; she’ll be able to tell what isn’t covered, what is and for how long, all the differing co-pays and deductibles and coverage limits... so do yourselves a favor, people, even if you love your current dentist, give Dr. Kathy at Cascade Dental Group serious consideration. I’ve been a patient here for six years and wouldn’t leave for anything.

DR Kathy is the best Dentist I have ever been to. The whole staff is very caring. They did what was best for me not what would make the most money. They never tried to up sell me unlike most of the other Dentists I have been to. The job they did was very fast and good. I was so very happy to get right in and out. There was very little pain. I will tell everyone I know to try them out. I know they will be as happy as I am about the service they provide.

Recently Dr. Kathy analyzed a toothache I had. A prescription of antibiotic and oral rinse is addressing that. I am pain free!! I look forward to my upcoming deep cleaning and followup regular cleanings again from Margaret. I had let them wain unfortunately and unnecessarily during these times we find ourselves in.I was very comfortable with the extra care Dr. Kathy and her entire staff take there following the latest A.D.A COVID protocols for providing service during these times.Dr. Kathy always gives great guidance and feedback to my questions, to adjust my brushing and flossing routines as needed. 👍🏻

I have been seeing Dr. K. for 3 years now and she has done everything from filling cavities, pulling some infected teeth, to putting me in partials. I would recommend these people for any kind of dental problem. These people are professional while giving you the very best treatment. At the first appointment several treatment options were offered to me. Dr. Kathy Malinovska does not push you towards any of the options, but simply explains pros and cons. Josey at the front desk was very helpful with my insurance questions. Oh, and by the way, they have hot towels at the end of the visit. Feels like a dental spa ☺.

Doctor Kathy is a great dentist everyone is friendly and professional Shelly and I are always happy with the care we receive.

So I really dont like going to the dentist.Who does? But several things I want to point out about this dental office. First off the nice lady at the front desk named Josey knows how the insurance billing works really well so I paid nothing for the visit. She was very thorough and happy to assist me with everything I needed. The dentist, named Kathy Malinovska did a thorough exam and explained it all so I knew what was going on. She also explained the treatment plan so I understood why there was a need for it and the results expected. End result: Very happy and this is my new dentist. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate how sensitive Dr. Kathy is to her patient’s comfort level! During exams, she continually checks in to be sure I’m not experiencing any discomfort, making adjustments if needed, without comment. While giving me a filling, she continues this practice, noticing my building anxiety -again, regularly checking in with me- and afterwards places a warm, pleasantly scented cloth on my face to help relax me. After work is completed, Dr. Kathy checks in one last time inviting me to share the experience with willingness to make any necessary changes I may suggest for my next visit. Not incidentally, she’s hired staff who are equally sensitive and willing to make adjustments as needed.I’m 58 years old and have rarely had such caregiving with my dental experiences!
