It is a one atop clinic where customer service is highly valued and care is taken to see that every patient is treated equally.

I normally dont write reviews because we are all make mistakes, thats human. However, I cant handle the poor excuse for health care at this facility any longer and something needs to be done about it. This is only 1 example of so many.I went to make an appt for a few symptoms and one being shortness of breath. Since that is a covid symptom, I was told they wouldnt see me and that I needed to go to urgent care or ER. So without a choice, I went to urgent care. After 2 simple xrays I was diagnosed with bronchitis and given an inhaler. When did Navy Drs start to decide who they treat and who they dont treat. Ended up costing $51 out of pocket for the inhaler since urgent care calls their scripts in.I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Would not recommend going here. You would be better off going to the emergency room. The doctor that I had could not read mri’s and prescribed ibuprofen for a broken arm. The doctor said he would call me the same day with my results and he didn’t. It took over two weeks to get my results and the excuse was “this isn’t his only office.”

What clinic?! Its impossible to get any treatments and services in this so-called health clinic

My family has experienced 2 different misdiagnoses and, at times, very judgmental doctors. One of the misdiagnoses was my husbands wrist. He hurt his wrist so of course they took x-rays. The doctor looked at them and said, cant see anything broken. You sprained your wrist. The doctor failed to mention that for a fresh break, sometimes the swelling can alter the image so my husband needed to get more x-rays in a few days to about a week. The doctor never told us anything about that. Then 3 MONTHS later my husband couldnt understand why his wrist was hurting super bad. He got his wrist checked out again. They take a few x-rays, and we were not expecting the response we got at all. A different doctor said, oh yeah, your wrist is definitely broken. Its been broken the entire time. So unbenonced to us, all the stretches they had my husband doing for his sprained wrist actually kept re-breaking his wrist over and over again. Because 3 months had passed before discovering it was actually broken, he end up needing surgery, and had to wear a cast twice as long as normal.

I hate reviews but This place is a joke... My eye doctor gave me a pair of contacts with no prescription and said to come back in a week... they put me on a waitlist and told me a week later when I showed up that there is STILL no schedule so now I have no contacts or glasses to see with.Not only that, I call multiple times a day and no one ever answers so the only way I can get in is to drive to the clinic and schedule. When I do, its for weeks out when its just to get a referral. Id rather be sick and dying than have to come here. :)

I been in the U.S Army for 9 years and currently a Recruiter within 50 miles of this Navy Base. By far the worst phone service I ever experienced . I waited for an hour and got 3 dropped calls from them while trying to speak with their agent. On my third call, I asked if they can write my number down to call me back. They said they can not do that and again the phone call was dropped. I have full bar 4GLTE. Just called again and said there is nothing they can do and the call was dropped again. They need to fix their communication system immediately. I hope they read this review and hear the recording and realize that they have a big issue with their phone lines. Still havent be able to make my appointment. Unbelievable

Sways prompt service at the Pharmacy.

This place has a low rating for some reason, but I have never really had a bad experience save for the long (really long) wait for prescriptions.

I had first visit within 5 days of calling. Was seen, labs done and walked out with scripts in less than 1 1/2 hours of arriving. Great friendly service!

I don’t think the staff here knows what they’re doing.

Have a filling fall out this weekend in pain and they tell me oh sorry we can see you in two weeks ....

Cant even get my shot records. Its been months if waiting for then to just get shot records!

Con:- average medical care- below average services- physical exam rarely pick up the phone or return phone call (not accountability)Pro: The restroom are clean

They really don’t have a clue what they are doing and don’t care about patients at all. The doctor literally laughs when you’re trying to get help from him.

This place is horrible.
