Recently I needed to have an extraction after seeing multiple dentists in the south shore area who were repeatedly causing problems for my teeth. I had been seeing Dr. Kao prior to moving from the Malden area and trusted only her and her team to perform the necessary work. They squeezed me in and what’s the most amazing is how painlessly Dr. Chow was able to pull my tooth. I seriously had considered using an office that offered sedation dentistry, but in their hands, not necessary. I will be coming back to have them continue to perform all necessary dental work - even if I have to drive 40 minutes. They’re worth it. Special thanks to Paula at the front desk who was amazingly informative and helpful throughout the entire process.

I saw Dr.Kao and she is Amazing! Dr.Kao made me feel at ease and she answered all of my questions.My husband saw Dr.Chow and he is Great.The staff are polite and the front desk is efficient.I had a great experience and I would recommend to my family and friends.

Dr. Chen did my teeth alignment using ClearCorrect. Very happy with my experience not only with the staff and the clinic environment, but of course with Dr. Chen. He is a charmer and makes a genuine effort to make his patients feel comfortable. Very experienced and handles things with absolute confidence. He knew that I have had bad experiences with different dentists before and he made each of my visits efficient and great! I highly recommend coming to this office for his care. The location is very easy to find and it has free parking right behind the clinic. Im so excited to find this office that i can come regularly with my family!

I am so impressed, Professional dentists and great customer service. I highly recommend family and friends for this pro dental office. I conducted couple of services with them including cleaning, crowns and fillings. I visit them every 6 months on a regular basis. The staff are friendly.and the dentist make sure that if you have any concern will get back to you, will reply to email or text.

Dr. Kao is the BEST! My wife is very picky about dentists; but after she saw Dr. Kao she couldnt say enough about her. We went to the appointment together. Dr. Kao is a very thorough dentist, she reviews and explains everything nicely and takes away your fear. She even flosses all your teeth after the cleaning, we feel like a VIP with her!! My wife will he going back to her for fillings soon, so happy we finally found a dentist we can stay with!!

They let me wait for an hour before start the cleaning, which took 6 minutes to be finished. Yes 6 minutes.I will never go back and don’t recommend anyone going there.The place wasn’t clean as I expected for a dentist office.

Not really a fan of this place. The hygienists all seem super new at their job and the dentist I saw was rude and didnt have great bedside manner. They arent awful but I wont be going back

The staff are friendly and the dentist insures any questions or concerns are addressed promptly. A suggestion would to add a email/text reminder service.
