I paid for a more expensive up graded denture. The fit was okay. One tooth broke and the lower denture broken half all within the first year and they charged me to repair it, totally unreasonable now Im even wondering if I got the upgrade I paid for

Dr. Ra is outstanding. Shes kind and caring. Everyone here has gone out of their way to help me feel comfortable. They were kind enough to accommodate me with bringing my 5 year old. Highly recommend them!

Always helpful and appt made easily and convenient to my schedule. Samples of adhesive and denture first aid cream given freely. Very thorough and cheerful to deal with. Have been to this office and the Oak Harbor one, same great service and good people at both. Highly recommend these folks

Lower partial broke in half. Went to Northwest Dental. They were able to repair it and have it back in my possession, in what seemed like minutes. Partial now fits better then it did before it broke. Much appreciated

My fiance had his dentures made here about 7 years ago and they have broken several times and he normally just buys a denture repair kit from the drug store and it works just fine but this time he figured hed have them fixed professionally so he took them into Northwest Dental and paid them $200 to fix them and now he cant even wear them because they are now twisted and dont even fit him now and they wont do anything else to fix the problem. They basically said too bad and kept his $200 and said that he needs new dentures and the old ones are unfixable so why would they take our $200 if they are not fixable. If my fiance would have just fixed them at home like we usually do they would have been fine but now we cant even do that because they Rio ed them and the dentist wouldnt e en come out and talk to us about it. All they said was we dont do refunds. So were out $200 and now he has no bottom dentures to wear because theyve ruined them.

Super place, very professional. Very best and organized. Nice rooms, clean. Dr was nice, and all the staff.

They dont have alot of availability however very wonder customer service. I dont know about the other reviews because this office just opened. I go to natural way chiropractic next door (which I 100% reccomend) and decided to try a new dentist. Nothing really went wrong here just expect to have your appointment a month out.

They was amazing during the process of getting the dentures made understanding and I even bragged about them. However once I needed a re adjustment of said dentures it was a night and day difference. I was treated like dirt. I was called a liar which is worse. I still have the tube of denture paste that was GIVEN to me although the front desk person decided to state that they NEVER gave out samples. I would not now recomend my worst enemy to them. Sadly they are the only ones who take the government medical card for dentures so Im pretty well screwed. Heaven forbid you go there and have to go back once or more than once for a re adjustment of your dentures you will be treated badly..
