Had a great experience getting eyebrows shaded. The salon is really nice, extremely clean and the staff was great. Tiffany did my brows and she is awesome, did not hurt at all! I would recommend to anyone!!!

Unfortunately they do not follow the Covid-19 safety guidelines here. Edit: When I arrived only one person in the salon was wearing a mask. I had to cancel my appointment because of this. This was very disappointing and completely different from my last appointment last year.

I have been here twice and they have done an awesome job both times. I left very happy with both cuts. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Im leaving this review based on the last 3 times I was at this salon. I would give the quality of haircuts 5 stars but the level of customer service 2-3. I got two haircuts here in the last year because my normal place wasnt doing washing during thepandemic. The haircut last summer was great. For my haircut in January for my birthday I asked on the phone if they could do a braid, would that be extra and how much. I also paid a deposit for an eyebrow wax for the same day. I asked if she knew someone good with braids so she picked a specific stylist. She said shed get back to me if a braid would be extra and I never heard back. The day came and the stylist was running 45 minutes late. The stylist later told me during the appointment she showed up to work late that day after oversleeping. She was not aware about a braid and wasnt confident in her skills. not sure why the front desk recommended her if she doesnt do that normally. She asked another stylist to help with the braid and it came out really cute. She also didnt have time to do the eyebrow wax so had another stylist do it. No problem just a disorganized appt. I recently stopped by to ask if a stylist could dye my roots using the dye I use. They explained they dont use dye a customer brings in. A stylist who used to work here 3-4 years ago under the old management said they can pick up dye at Cosmo that you like so I thought Id ask. They took a picture of the professional-level dye I use. I normally do it at home with my husband. They said they would get back to me either way that day and never did or the next day. The manager said this would be $85, girl why dont you do it yourself youve got it right here? Knowing that they might not be able to find the dye. I explained that when my husband and I do it at home its not easier for us cuz we have a packed schedule and sometimes were tired so decide to skip it. I was willing to pay for the service and convenience but they are not willing to call you back or follow through with people. Disappointing. I wont be back.

Great! Been getting my hair cut here since moving to Everett. At first I was a little hesitant since I have curly hair, but I was pleasantly surprised how well it has always come out looking.

After reading many reviews on the different salons in my area I decided on this one. I called and they gave me a same day appointment. I definitely had the Covid hair style going on, long overdue roots and no style long hair! When I arrived, my stylist, Desiree greeted me and I feel comfortable with her right away. She listen to me when I explained what I wanted, and believe me I can be a big pain in the a..😂 she had her work cut out for her. I had color, highlights and a cut. She did a fabulous job I was very pleased with her work! Not only was she a great stylist but a very sweet and personable person. Definitely found someone that knows what I like.

I see Kim for my regular 5-6 week color with occasional hi and low light placement; sometimes we incorporate a style cut when needed. Kim is really good at her job and it shows in her attitude and art. I always walk out amazed and so happy with my hair. Since going to this salon my hair is healthier and longer than it ever has been. Kim listens to what I’m asking for even though sometimes I’m not 100% sure of how to ask for a specific style. She is also up to date on the latest styles and when I show her a photo of my vision, she examines it really well and is almost always on point with the final result. ( no photo is guaranteed an exact look...right:)!I recommend this salon and most importantly my stylist,Kim.As an added bonus,they even offer blankets if you get cold during your service..The front scheduling people are also very friendly and the pricing is very affordable and that is why I keep coming back every 5-6 weeks.Thank you!

I went to get a haircut and I showed her a picture of layering and she basically gave me a trim and didn’t really even do what I wanted.Went back and they gave me a free cut to fix and give me what I wanted. I like the outcome a lot and the stylist Kimberly was very nice!

I came in as I wasn’t 100% happy with the outcome of my color from another salon, and they were booked out for a month so I couldn’t get it corrected. I found this place from a Google search and saw they had some good reviews so I thought I’d give them a try. I booked a partial foil to lighten up my almost black hair. After discussing with Desiree the look I was going for with pictures I saved on my phone we came up with a plan. We ended up doing a partial balayage with caramel highlights to brighten up my super dark hair. I walked out of there super happy with my results. It was exactly the look I was going for! She even gave me some tips on how to deal with my cowlick that I’m self-conscious of. The next day I got a lot of compliments at work about my hair color. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. I went there yesterday for a foil, I went all grey and Arielle did my hair, she did an excellent job! I would recommend them (Bella Dolce to anyone whos looking for someone whos very nice, very professional, and it seemed like she was pretty fast.

First time in today as a new customer and I LOVE it. My stylist was very knowledgeable, friendly and really listened to what I was wanting. I asked for a low light foil and a trim. My hair is past my waist but she was great with the length too. Seriously, they are my new go to.

It was OK when they cancelled same day due to stylist out sick, but not when I did. I think it may have happened twice actually this year. No complaints about the actual service.

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement, I booked three color appointments in total, the first was with Rachel F and I loved it. Second appointment on Nov 2nd was not as good, Rachel was off but I was told in advance that Desiree could take me and my color details were saved on my card so I agreed.Two hours in my hair was dyed blonde, which shocked me as my hair was brown with lowlights and I explained what I wanted at the start of the appointment. Desiree apologized and fixed it before I left (taking just over another hour) saying there was a mix up with the color cards. Both the first and second appointments were booked as a Gloss service. When I made the third appointment less than 6 weeks later with Rachel I noted in an email sent a week beforehand that the services I was booked for which were a balayage partial with a colour & cut did not seem correct as the previous apps were for a “Gloss” and I had only been in a few weeks ago. I honestly thought it would be a root touch up and toner on the now much lighter lowlights, I noted this in my email too.My last appointment on Fri Dec 11th the lowlights which should have been a cooper color came out as blonde ( which I said to Rachel ) and it was more expensive than what I had previously paid especially in comparison to the second app which had a lot more color involved and a haircut.When paying I was told the increase was because of the services booked, I tried to explain my last two appointments I walked out with the same color ( minus the lowlight issue) but now it is more expensive? I thought it was labelled wrong in the system. I left and checked my emails with the previous booking information calling back 15 mins later to further explain that I believe and still believe I was overcharged. I was told they would look into it and call me back, I am still waiting for that call. If you promise to call a customer back please be polite and do so.I can honestly say I do not recommend this Salon, 2 out of 3 appointments I have had issues and will not be booking a 4th.

Rachel is just fabulous! I have been searching for a great new stylist for awhile now and I’ve found her. I went in for a cut and color and Rachel took the time to confirm what I was looking and explained how we would achieve those goals. She is a master at blunt cuts it was perfection. I walked out feeling wonderful.Plus.... I love Aveda products!

Morning appt. for a facial with CINDY - upon arrival you fill out forms if youre new out in your car and take your temp. Cindy wears a mask while giving you a facial, does a consult on your skin and her opinion at the end was knowledgeable and honest, not trying to upsell but actually tells you what would work best for you in the future/consistency. Very relaxing- did the acne one hour facial. Leaves your skin feeling super fresh and clean. Thanks!

Hair is about an inch longer on one side than rest of my hair

First time at Bella Dolche Salon and I was not dissapointed. From first walking in, there was a welcoming environment. I had my hair done by Desiree and it was amazing. Beyond happy and cant wait to come back. Happy to have found my new salon.

Ive been coming here for years, but unfortunately the staff that I was familiar with are gone and now just see a bunch of new faces. Its not the same as it used to be. I definitely dont get treated the same. I usually dont get hair services here, but everything else had been a good experience before, I felt I had a lot of trust and faith in this salon.Unfortunately it only took one awful hair appointment that has made me decide Im never coming back. I have never been in so much pain while someone brushed my hair. I came here to feel relaxed for a color and cut and instead I got the opposite. On top of that, I was charged extra for the re-toning. After paying more than I expected and being treated like an animal, I think its time to go elsewhere.Edit: The girl at the front desk, Barbie (girl who used to do my facials) and any nail tech Ive seen have not been around. The gal who did my hair even told me she had been there only for a few months? My hair appointment was literally painful. I dont know how someone who says they have been doing hair for 11 years brushes hair the way she did. I came to get rid of my split ends and left with more damaged hair than prior to this. I wasnt looking for a stellar hair appointment, just had the expectation that this type of service wasnt allowed here.

Today was my first visit to Bella Dolche and I was beyond impressed. I was a walk-in and was immediately greeted with a smile and offered something to drink. They were able to squeeze me in almost immediately. Nicki did my manicure and pedicure. She chatted with me, made sure I was comfortable and did a fantastic job.Becky was able to get me in for a hair cut and she was so sweet and made me feel great. My hair and nails both look amazing thanks to these lovely ladies! Definitely worth the price and I will most certainly be going back!

Arielle is fabulous to work with. She cuts exactly the way I want and listens. Great atmosphere. Nice music and complimentary drink. I love their tea.

My usual hair stylist was booked out months, so I was definitely nervous going to a new salon. Worth it! This salon was not only beautiful and relaxing, but the people were so lovely! Rachel did a phenomenol job; she listened to everything I wanted, looked all my pictures, and let me know what would and wouldnt work with the style I was going for. She was awesome and sweet, and she gives a great scalp massage. Highly recommend!

Kimberly is fantastic! Shes thorough with a great eye for the right cut.I gave her pretty much full rein of my hair and she pulled off another amazing style and color.

Went in with my boyfriend to get my hair cut for the first time in six years. They immediately offered us water, coffee, or tea and sat us in their gorgeous waiting room. When it was time to get my hair cut Rachel was so sweet and understanding and just wanted to make sure I was happy. Not only did I get a trim to save all the length I could, but she framed my face and Im totally in love. I would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Bella Dolche for almost a year, and I have never been disappointed. I always go to Carmell, and she is amazing! My hair always looks fantastic, every single time I leave. She is also one of the nicest people that Ive ever met! The girls out front are always very friendly, and greet you immediately. They then will ask if you would like something to drink (as soon as theyre not busy with other clients). Bella Dolche is definitely the best salon I have been to around here.

I went here to get my lashes done. Merrick was super sweet and totally worth the money, they offer tea, water, coffee, and for the 21 and over wine a beer! the ladies at the front desk are super helpful and sweet and everyone there is so pretty and stylish

I show the stylish a picture of a perm I wanted, so when she did the perm. it didnt look like anything like the picture! It just turn out real bad! Now I want the stylish to fix it and she giving me the run around! I paid $175! I told her I didnt like my perm! If cant do the perm ! then say you cant! I just want to cry! Cause I got to walk around with this bad perm!

I get very nervous getting my hair cut. It had been a few years since I had one. My hair is very thick and was very long. I decided to get an inverted bob and dye with a partial. They also squeezed me in on a saturday I got lucky. It turned out beautifully. Best hair experience I have ever had. I definitely will be going back. My hair stylist was stephanie. She made me feel comfortable and her work is amazing. Also the rest of the staff was very friendly which made the experience even more pleasant. Thanks so much for making the experience great. I am very appreciative.

Ive had my eye on this salon to give it a try since I follow their instagram account and love how Arielle does an awesome job with balayage. It was also a great opportunity to use the 20% coupon they have on their site for first timers. She did a great job on my hair and spent about 2.5-3 hours for cut and balayage. However the reason for not 5/5 stars is because of the lack of customer service/care. I booked my appointment a month in advance for a 15 min consult, hair cut and balayage. For starters, I did not sense she was friendly whatsoever. And unfortunately I did not feel like I was consulted. Arielle was in a rush (I guess because balayage takes a long time) and I had a lot of questions and different pictures to show and ask for her expert opinion for what kind of hair cut would suit me and shade of blonde but I felt rushed and brushed off. Her attitude was also very catty. I did not feel like she took her time to explain to me, she just suggested the color shade I wanted would need another appointment and shell make my hair cut cute. I did not feel heard. She also ended up cutting a bit shorter than what I asked. Not to mention the amount of times she said you have a lot of hair probably like 4-5 times. Im not sure what Im supposed to do with that. I have been to my fair share of hair salons but for the first time I felt uncomfortable. I felt more like a burden. I thought maybe she was having a rough day but when I asked she said she was just starting her day, I was her first client. So not sure what that was about. I was then quoted $200 for full balayage and haircut and was told for any extra product would be an extra $10 each. Once I was done I got a total of $272 (before discount). I am not sure how we got there. It was my fault I did not ask for the breakdown of that, I should have asked but also a salon should let the client know what the total entails exactly. Overall the hair looks great but experience not so much. Ill go elsewhere next time, and stay within my area in Redmond instead of drive 30 min to get here.

Decided last minute to cut my hair and my usual stylist at a different salon wasnt available on my day off so I thought Id try Bella Dolce. Not only is it closer to my house, but Becky did a great job on my hair! I think I may have found a new salon...

I left a salon that kept randomly changing my appointment times and dropping services I had requested. I chose Bella Dolche because its Aveda as well. I walked in and spoke to the gal at the counter, explained what my problem was, and went on to tell her what I was looking for in a stylist. I said my hair is thin and fine, and grows super slow. Menopause hair, you know... Im growing my hair out and Im really leary of hairdressers because they tend to do what they want, not necessarily what you ask. She was super helpful and understanding, and scheduled me with a stylist she thought would be good for me. Two days before my appointment I got a reminder text about the appointment. And again the following day. On the day of my appointment as I was making the hour drive from my house to the salon, I got another text. This time with an appointment time two hours after my scheduled time. I pulled over and called. I was informed that I dont have voicemail set up (which is true), and the stylist was out sick. Soooo... You clearly have my phone number that texts me of my appointment time. Someone couldnt text me and ask me to give a call to see if said changed time works for me? Anyhow, I changed my appointment to the following day, with someone other than her original recommendation, and turned around and drove home. Next day, I drove to the salon, met Stephanie, who did my brow tint and cut. I explained I was growing my hair out, and to trim just the ends, no more than half an inch. Brow tint turned out great. Hair cut.... She trimmed all the ends, just like I asked. Did facial framing, just like I asked. She neglected to trim the long layers I have, and at the very last second combed straight up what would be my bang area, and whacked of two inches. I gasped loudly. She said it would give me more oomph. Um. I dont want oomph, I want length. She styled it nicely, I got compliments from other patrons about how gorgeous my hair is, so I decided to let it go. I actually held the little clump of hair for a minute, LOL. Anyhow. Next time I showered I styled my hair as usual, and those two inches look like four with my curls. Facial framing be damned, I have long bangs that do not blend at all with the facial framing. So bummed. Off to the next salon.

I Love this Salon! I have been going here for years and I Love everyone there Becky is my artist who never disappoints. The products made my hair grow and strengthen and that is a first! You have to try Bella Dolce to see what Im talking about!

My stylist, Carmell, is not only phenomenal at what she does, but shes also so personable and fun to talk to. I felt so pampered, while also feeling like I was amongst friends. Everytime i go in here the ladies are very warm and welcoming, they always work hard to accomplish what I ask and give advice on what I should do to better maintain my hair. I would expect not to schedule anything close to your appointment here because they do a very thorough job which sometimes takes a while, I highly recommend this salon.

I visited to have a massage at Laurel Wellbeing. The masseuse rents space at Bella Dolche. I have going to this masseuse and she is very rofessional and excellent at her profession. I highly recommend.

Salon Dolce is truly a first-class establishment where you go and treat yourself when you want to look the best you possibly can. I have been going to Naomi since January 2008 and have been nothing but pleased when her and her artistic abilities to create something beautiful and easily manageable with my hair. The environment is simply amazing; all of the ladies are respectful and professional to their clients as well as each other. It is a team effort in this shop... everyone helps everyone else and the culture is one where all the professionals try to better themselves, whether it be through extra learning workshops or seminars or simply by asking their neighbor to show them what they are working on. Aveda products are always fully stocked, the shop is kept very clean and is tastefully decorated. Parking is not a problem at all... I am extremely pleased and lucky to have found Naomi and been able to work with her. :-)
