Luz Beauty Salon is the best salon in Everett! I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Miguelina is one of the stylists at the salon and she is one of the very few people I let touch my hair! I’m extremely tender headed and she’s very gentle to the touch! She’s constantly talking me through while I’m on her chair lol! But she’s the best! If you’re looking for a salon or a stylist, schedule your appointment with Luz Beauty Salon! Every time, I go over there, with or without an appointment they try to turn me away.Last week was the last straw. I made an appointment last Saturday for 2 pm, and as I am walking in, the lady started shaking her head, saying no, they are full. (They are supposedly closed at 5pm on Saturdays). I told her that I had a 2pm appointment, and she questioned my word. Asking me if I was sure that the person I spoke with confirmed the time? Mind you, she was the one who confirmed her availability and accepted the appointment. What is the whole point of taking appointments, if you are going to refuse services to someone who has an appointment three hours before closing time? They need to learn to keep tap on their schedule. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism.

I had a great experience. Miguelina was the hair stylist that did my hair and she was very nice and my hair came out beautiful! Ill be back!

I did my hair a month ago there, I have a 4c type hair all I wanted was a cut. they fried my hair.

The owner is amazing. My hair looked amazing for my birthday.

They did a good job on my hair but I feel like they over price.

Over charges on blow outs 100.00. Then has no experience dying hair charges 250.00 on thin hair... talk about unexperienced and a scam.

The ladies are very theral does a great job always of course I have my favorite her name is Beba see her shes very professional
