My stylist was Judy and she did an excellent job, she gave me pretty much exactly the cut I asked for. She was very careful and thorough, but not ponderous. Judy checked in frequently to make sure I was satisfied with her progress. The shop was well kept and all staff that I saw there were professional and welcoming. A minor word of caution they will probably try to upsell you on something, which is part of their job anyways.

They did a great job with my kids haircuts as they always do. Today the stylist removed gum from my childs hair (thank you!) I ALWAYS appreciate the work they do and the care they give us. Thanks.

They took my sons in close to closing time... They wouldnt take care of their Pandemic mops and they protested Dad cutting their hair. They did a good job and my kids dont look like vagabonds anymore. Oh happy day

Worst haircut I have ever received. Does not look at all like the picture I showed her 3 times (I think her name was Debbie). Cut an extra 3 or so inches off my hair even though I repeatedly asked her to keep the length & would show her the picture but she didnt care she had it set in her mind how she was cutting my hair and so she kept cutting it shorter and shorter and kept saying it was breaking off even though i watched her cut the strands off in a careless motion, plus there was no damage at this point after cutting 6+ inches of hair off! (It is now all the way up to my chin when I asked for it it be 2 inches below my shoulders and the damage was on the ends - that is a HUGE difference). Didnt want to be rude so I just sat there and let her atleast try to salvage the terrible blunt cuts and uneven lengths.. but it still looks like a 10 year old cut my hair unless you use a round comb and heavily fold it in to hide the ends.. Used hair clippers mostly instead of scissors and cut my neck all up on all sides to where it stings constantly even after aloe and a shower (see pic). Her coworkers kept walking by looking at my hair and I had to assume they were also thinking what a terrible job she was doing cause they kept asking her questions about it. Ive gotten the same haircut numerous times and no one has ever messed it up this bad. Not even friends. Ive done a better job cutting it myself. She kept trying to blame my hair for her terrible hair cutting skills and I would just sit quietly trying not to erupt into a full blown karen. Would stop working on my hair to gossip with other people in the building. Not even sure why she cuts hair she obviously has zero passion or care for it. To be fair I cant say every hair dresser in the place is bad they seemed to take more care with their clients but regardless i will never be going back here or to any great cuts. Will have to go have a real professional fix it in a couple weeks when I calm down and can convince myself that this was an isolated incident and shouldnt happen again.

Ive never had any issues going here until today when I went to get an undercut and the lines are completely crooked and it just looks all around awful. Im just going to shave the rest of it off since its so short and I doubt it can be fixed at all. Pretty annoying. 🙄

Me and my husband went here, i have an undercut, and was just getting the under part shaved down, and he was getting the same thing we had the same problem with them messing up our lines and cutting into parts they werent supposed too. Thier customer service was good, they were strictly fallowing covid guidelines, and they were friendly but i cant deny i was upset with the service i received.

Always get great service. The people who work here are always cheerful and very understanding when working with my son who is on the spectrum. Havent gone anywhere else in years.

My husband took our five year old in for a much needed cut, he’s always been really well behaved in spite of his obvious autism, never had a problem before and this time his hair on top was really uneven, and he had obvious nicks in his scalp where the stylist cut him. Won’t be going back ever! I completely lost my trust in this company. I can work with them messing up my haircut, but hurting my kids and expecting me to pay for it is another thing!

I used to take my mom here to get her hair washed, cut, and blow-dried/styled. My mom suffered from dementia and severe hearing impairment. The staff at Great Clips were so understanding... They let me walk back and stay beside my mom the whole time so she would feel safe. They were very gentle with her, and made her feel pampered and beautiful. She always came away from Great Clips looking fantastic, and the pricing cant be beat.

I went here with my four little ones. Ages 10-3 they are well behaved. I checked in online. From the moment I walked in there was an older employee who seemed to have an issue with me bringing all my kids here. She made comments to customers after I checked in saying apparently no one works/has a job. Very rude. She didn’t clean up around my sons neck/ears. Another younger female did a great job with my 3 year old every once in awhile he’d turn his head to say hi mommy, and she stopped and was patient while he turned back around. An older female Asian employee did my other two children she didn’t follow instructions which were short on the side, finger length on top and enough in the front to swipe to side my five year old looks like he got a buzz cut instead. Absolutely awful not worth the $16 per kid plus tip that I left. Will not be taking my kids back there.

I always get good service and good cuts here. They remember who their customers are pretty quickly and often remember the exact cut you want. That is always great for a positive experience. They do kids cuts very well and have great patience for children. Use the app to check in before you come down so you can see how long the wait is and then minimize it when you get there.

This is the worst haircut I have ever had. People who live in my apartment building ask me if I cut it myself. This is the 3rd time I have had problems with this salon. .

I had visited this location on a whim, due to needing a long overdue haircut. Checked in with their online check-in service and was seen around the estimated time, so it wasnt a long wait at all. Jenny had cut my hair exactly the way I had asked and I was very happy with the end result. She was extremely friendly and made sure I had a good time while I was there. Ill definitely be back. These ladies are always nice and sweet. They are reasonable and willing to help. I came in two times real late at almost close to closing and the manager help me get a last minute hair cut. She saved me both times as I needed it for interviews and school the next day. These ladies are always nice and do well at cutting some hair.

Ive been getting my haircuts here for years now. (3?) Always get out looking fresh and they are super nice and I always end up giving a big tip.

Showed up 15 min prior to open, was allowed in by my very nice stylist and waited in the Lobby. Meanwhile, the manager or other Stylist walked in and gave me a crazy look. All I can think was because I was inside waiting prior to open. So my advice would be dont show up prior to 9 at this location because you are not welcome.

The Great Clips in Evergreen way /Everett Mall Way offers inexpensive haircuts, clean environment and hair products. The hair stylist was both efficient and deligent in cutting hair. I am very pleased at how she listened well to my requests and suggestions on cutting my hair to achieve the haircut that I wanted. Suffice to say, I am delighted with my new haircut. Great place and affordable prices!!

Ive never had a good experience getting my hair cut, especially at a place like Great Clips. But they actually shaved my head really well so 5 stars for that and EXCELLENT customer service. Went during lunch so that might have helped out. Will go back.

A friend of mine suggested going to Great Clips to get my undercut trimmed. I went to the one on Everett near the mall. I figured why not, its so easy no one could ever mess that up, no matter where I go. Boy was I wrong. I went in with freshly washed hair (still wet), and I had pulled the long part up and out of the way in a scrunchy. This trim was as easy as it gets. Not only is it uneven (diff depths) on the sides (which I didnt notice until I looked up close in my car rear view mirror), she shaved a chunk of hair out of the long part. I found out when I got home and ran my hand thru my hair.

Its an okay place for a cheap haircut. You get what you pay for.

Ok so Im used to a more expensive experience first off. Now without all the frills of that, and quite literally just a haircut. Ruben was fantastic, quick efficient, and certainly worth asking for when you go! The store in a whole is clean and not usually over busy. Dont expect full salon treatment for the price, you go in get your haircut and move on . Again I havent had a haircut like this in some time Ruben knocked it out of the park. Two thumbs up!

This place is hit or miss. If youre looking for a consistently good haircut, this is not the place. Nice people though and some of the hairdressers are well trained.

I got a good cut from Jenny but when I went back, she was not available and I ended up with Lorna. I specifically told her I just needed a trim of the bottom back of head. She agreed not to take more than 1/4 to 1/2 off the top. I told her Not to thin my hair. Evidently, she does not absorb the word not. She gave me straight bangs and I had to stop her from cutting the top that I could see at least 2 to 3 . I then checked out what she did. I found half of my head of hair on the floor. She said she had to thin my hair. I reminded her I said no! Not only that, she cut the back of my head all the way to the crown in a Buzz cut! Its been 2 1/2 months trying to regrow my hair and it will take quite a few more months to get it where I want it. BEWARE OF THIS SCISSOR-HAPPY GIRL! I am scared to go back to even reshape my hair while it grows out. I wouldnt even let her groom a dog.

The environment is friendly and warm in greetings. The staff provides, excellent customer service and do a great job in satisfying the clients requests. Favorite location for me to go get my haircut :)

They dont do appointments, stop you can either walk in out check in online. If youre going on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, go online and check in before you head over. The website will tell you how long the wait is at each location, and their computer will hold your place in line up to a half hour after the wait time has elapsed. You might still have to sit and wait for the next beautician, but youre essentially next up. They keep an electronic record of the style you got at your last visit so you dont have to remember. I got my last haircut in Boise, and months later the beautician in Everett know that I got a #4 clipper with ½ on top! Great place to get an inexpensive, consistent haircut, and by beautician was delightful. It was only my second haircut at Great Clips, but I will keep using this chain.

DO NOT LET YESENIA CUT YOUR HAIR! Ive gone to this location for years and my most recent visit was a nightmare. I checked in online, they have record of what I prefer. Told her how to cut it, she started and it wasnt being done correctly. I told her and she immediately proceeded to say something I dont recall since attitude causes me to shut down. I asked her to check her attitude and please do as I, as the customer, was paying for. Her immediate response was You started it.... At that point I couldnt leave she had already began cutting. I told her I didnt start anything I was simply telling her how I wanted my hair cut. She then proceeded to continue to cut by Butchering my hair. I now look like a boy! Its uneven, layers can be seen, feathering is sporadic and not even at all! Needless to say she got no tip. She was very rude, pulled my hair, slapped my head with the comb, more than once, blew hair into my ears and down my shirt. There is NOTHING I can do to get it fixed ... its like I have a butch haircut. She needs her license taken away!

My hair cut was free for donating 10 inches of hair and my husband only gets his cuts there(Since it wont let me review it again Im going to edit this one I checked in online as they suggest, wait the 83mins and when it came to it the lady told me she couldnt do the conditioning on my daughters hair cause the wait time is too long really why do you think I waited so long? Very poor customer service.

There was hardly any wait. The stylist was friendly and did exactly what I requested. She even told me how I could get my bangs cut later without having to pay for entire haircut.

Horrible customer service. You have to go online to make a appointment. Opposed to calling in to reserve one. The lady was rude and didnt speak English very well and got mad when I asked her the same question twice. What a Joke these technologies are becoming these days. You cant even have a hair cut appointment if you dont want to go thrust all the B.S. of creating an account for some stupid place you may never go back to.

Ive had my hair cut here by four different people and it came out great every time.

Ive went here a few times in the last couple of years and everything was ok. But a few months ago, a woman messed my hair up very badly. The back of my head was uneven, my hairline in the back of my neck was INCREDIBLY uneven. i havent had a haircut since. Recently a friend of mine had a haircut here, and had a similar problem. He said he will not be going their again.
