They were so friendly and did an amazing job with my sons haircut! There was a bit of a wait when we arrived but they worked so quickly and we didn’t wait too long. Definitely our new favorite place to go!

Went to see the massage therapist, and let me tell you, if they do anything with hair as well as that lady massages then your in for a treat

My family and I have been going to Wapas Salon De Belleza for our haircuts for a year and half. I have been content with my haircuts and willing to drive from Green Lake to Everett for a haircut (thats 50 miles round trip). My last visit was very disappointing! I put my name on the sign in sheet and sat patiently in the waiting area for them to call my name. I waited for 1 1/2 hours and never heard them call my name. I went up to the counter to look at the sign in sheet to see when my name will be called. I discovered they had skipped over my name and they just called the fifth customers name below my name.I let the stylist know I have been sitting and waiting in the salon. She told me I will be next. That was the worst experiences I have ever had at this salon and one of the worst at any businesses I have been to. My family and I have been loyal customers. After this incident, we are looking for another salon to get our haircut.
