Make sure you call before your appointment to see if they cancelled it. I drove 40 minutes, and got to the office when they told me my appointment was cancelled. I even receieved a text to check in and everything. Nobody called or left a voicemail. I am highly annoyed.

Called to see if Dr. Morog was accepting new patients I was told he wasnt accepting new patients until the end of September. Before I got a chance to make my decision she hung up the phone on me, which i found to be very rude and unprofessional.

Terrible!!!!!!!!! This hospital is very kind to the doctors,but!!!!!!!!! the people at the front desk are too ugly and unkind. My heart hurts more comes out from where I’m sick. You have to change the people at the front desk to those who are prosperous.

Not sure why there is so many negative reviews. My first visit as a new patient was very pleasant, front staff was very accommodating. Nurses were helpful and very accommodating. Dr. Morog is great, hes very energetic and happy to answer any questions and help in any way. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good doctor and a pleasant and quick experience.

Love my doctor but the staff is awful. Doing their nails and talking amongst themselves takes priority over patient needs.Too busy to take blood pressure that later resulted in hospital stay, but their staff was too busy.Extended wait times on the phone.NO follow up to phone call.My job does not pay me to play on the phone or do my nails. This staff is being paid to play and do their nails. I’ve seen it.In order to get any communication I felt that I had to walk in the office.While I’m talking to the office manager the entire staff shuts down to listen. IF they had done their job this would not be happening.

I have been going to Dr. Morog for 12 years now. This is one of the few offices that has a long wait. I am normally called back on time. Easy to get an appointment. Dr. Morog is very personable. Thought out the many staff changes the have done considerably well. I would recommend this practice for your whole familys needs.

I have always been happy with the care Ive received from Dr. Rifino over my many years as her patient. I tend to agree with some other posts about staff. Ive experienced positve and negative interactions but mostly positive.

My first visit as a new patient was very pleasant front staff was very accommodating and helpful nurses were great and very helpful my kids were very happy because facility have kids corner with toys and free WiFi to keep them busy and best part was we got appointments very fast for whole family since we just moved here from New York will recommend to anyone who is looking for a good doctors and pleasant experience.

Staff and Doctor are great!!! Staff took the time to help me solve problems with my child. I would highly recommend this office.

Their receptionists are very unprofessional. I was on hold the first time for 20 minutes and the girl never got back to me on a simple question because I called again after the first time and she tried putting me on hold again and hung up on me. So I will definitely be looking for another person to go too.

The office staff are rude and the unprofessional, the doctor has fake smile and fake concern. you can just feel it. Safe yourself, make an appointment somewhere else.

Consistently terrible office staff. Often only one doctor is working and they cant accommodate same day appointments.They couldnt even tell me how much it would cost to get my records from them so I could go to another doctor, and hung up on me when I asked if she could find out.Im never going back there.

I arrived 20 minutes earlier than my appointment time to fill out paperwork due to being a new patient. 25 minutes had passed from my appointment time before I was called in to get my weight measured, blood pressure, heart rate, etc. checked and then I waited another 10-15 minutes for Dr. Rifino. She stated an emergency patient had come in; I would expect standard procedure/common courtesy would be to have the office staff notify me of the current situation, rather than to be told the doctor will be in shortly.Dr. Rifino wasnt really focused when she was speaking to me and couldnt retain the information I was telling her. She said we would be ordering a blood test; I was under the impression it would be completed at the facility. I went to the front desk and showed the staff the order sheet I was given and then I was told I could go to any Quest location to get blood drawn.I honestly left feeling like I had my time wasted and no benefit from this visit.

Good doctor but awful office staff. They will blame you when they dont properly notify you of when the doctor wants you to come in again, and dont return calls. Unfortunately, you have no access to your doctor without going through reception so avoid this place.
