Wait was longer than I liked but I walked in around 4:30 p.m. on a Friday. I did not have a scheduled appointment. Staff was professional and facility looked clean.

My experience in Concentra is very lovely the way I was attend to and the nurse that attend to me was excellent keep it up and let the light shos.

The Concentra in Elkridge is the friendliest and nicest one I’ve been to in MD. The wait was not ridiculously long and the staff were attentive.

Their DOT process is a SCAM….their blood pressure machine is RIGGED! They give out shorter terms for medical cards to make more profit!!! Warning do not go here!!!!

Terrible for people with appointments. Dont make an appointment as you will watch people literally walk in and be seen during your appointment time and will be forced to wait until a room you scheduled to become available after they serve the walk ins. Was fourth in line for a DOT Physical. Have been here since opening at 8:00am exactly. Still waiting at 10:30. Either these are extremely involved physicals (theyre not) or these people are inept at their jobs. Seems this place moves slower than the examiners at MEPS which I didnt know was possible.

Was seen quickly. Doctors are a hell of a lot better than doctors on the eastern shore of Maryland that’s for sure

I went to Concentra Elkridge location for DOT physical. I received prompt and courteous attention. This place is busy, but not too busy. Spacious waiting room. The staff here works constantly to get you in and out as fast as possible. If you need work related drug screens or physicals, this is the place to go. Thank you Concentra and also to their staff.

Unbelievable,not a great experience! FOR PHYSICALS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Definitely Not a great customer service culture. Apparently the take more people they can afford to deal with, 2 hours past my appointment and still waiting, they move you to a room about an hour and a half later JUST to keep you waiting and waiting, while staff can be heard chit chatting walking on the hallway!

Avoid this location at all costs. The average wait time is 2 hours at least. I had visited this location twice and the experience has been horrible.

I must say, I had an excellent experience at the Concentra in Elkridge, MD location for a DOT exam. I was in and out in no time. It usually take hours to complete. The staff was very organized and efficient. It was the fastest Ive ever had with a Concentra location during a DOT examination.

My recent visit to Concentra was a pleasant one. The staff was very polite and professional. Every step that was being performed and ever action that took place was explained to me. I felt I was Im a tutorial video and felt that very comfortable and well looked after.I would highly recommend Concentra Urgent care to anyone that is in need of urgent care.

This place is foul; worse than the DMV. Long waits with blatant lies about how long they will be. Staff is unhelpful and about as pleasant as DMV workers. I’d rather bite my arm off than ever come back. Completely and utterly disorganized about what forms need to be filled out.

Just not very friendly front desk experience. When I first showed up, instead of greeting me in any way, she just pointed at me and said, “what are you here for”? Then when I asked how long it would be, she kind a looked at me with disgust and said, “I have no idea.” Finally I just said forget it and just walked out.

Today wasnt so busyEveryone I came into contact with from the young lady who took me back to the Dr who seen me to the lady who checked me out. Everyone was friendly n courteous.A very pleasant experience

The personal was professional and caring, satisfy with the service. Did not awarded a 4 star because there were some issues on getting my prescription on time, took me up to the next day in the afternoon to get it. Prescription was not in the pharmacy registry try 4 pharmacies, originally sent to CVS charging me $325, 2 Walgreens and Walmart. At the end I contacted Concentra couple of times and finally have the clinic to fax me the prescription to the Walgreens “Soley” pharmacy in 1132 Annapolis Rd. Odenton Md.

Long wait times and a crowded waiting area with guys waiting for drug tests... The staff seemed disorganized today when I showed up for a walk in urgent care appointment. The woman who helped me seemed disappointed I wasnt there for a drug scene?First she insisted they didnt take my insurance. I told her I had verified with the carrier that they did- she insisted again but finally agreed to check online. They did.I have been here over an hour and still no doc in the room.I will give them a star for clean exam areas. The waiting area, not so much.The doc did a thorough job but now Im waiting over 30 minutes to leave with a prescription?

I literally drove past three Concentra locations to go to the Jessup service center as this place is absolutely fantastic as their service is outstanding and they are very time efficient

I have been here twice now and the staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and professional. No one likes being sick, but the staff is a delight.

Definitely not an urgent care. The staff was not friendly. Whatever emergency you are in, you will never get the care immediately. You are supposed to carry all your ID cards even at emergency, they wont treat you because you are not in the system. They didnt start the treatment in parallel even if someone else is ready to do the paper work. Even one star is not worth.

My DOT physical was detailed and quick. The doctor and his student observer were friendly and professional. Never done a physical in such a short time.

Very happy with the care I have received on my first visit. I felt they were all genuinely caring, super nice and fun to chat with and very attentive from the front desk staff to the X-ray tech to the nurse and doctor . Had a freakish accident on a early Thursday morning. Got a shard of glass stuck in my knuckle, extremely painful for such a small injury. They took me to the back immediately even with many others in the waiting room as I was bleeding and clearly hurting which I really appreciated. They did everything they could but the glass is stuck in deep tissue and they are sending me to a hand specialist. So Concentra Elkridge, thank you to everyone in your office and appreciate everything you all did very much. Probably the nicest quickest most genuine Dr. experience at a clinic I have experienced. You all are amazing I wish more practices had people like you All!

This was my first time going to Concentra and I was from out of state. Not only that I use their medical services for my CDL but also their Urgent Care. On both levels they were great. The staff was very nice and pleasant. They helped me through the process of seeing the doctor. I found out that I had strep throat and they were very concern for me and my well-being. I appreciate their helped and their concerns for me more than they know. Thank you

Dont think this place is covid ready. They didnt temperature test me this visit. Didnt see anyone wipe down the equipment after i was done with the physician on duty.

I was very pleased with my experience here all due to the awesome staff in the physical therapy area. Mr AJ Sowers, PT, DPT was the best, he was very supportive and his workout routines were spot-on. I was there after a lower back strain at work. After working with AJ the first time my back was feeling a lot better. Thank you AJ and the physical therapy support staff for making me 100% again I appreciate you all greatly..

Ive been here over three hours for a Dot Physical.

Customer service/front desk staff were nice! The only problem was it took them 4hours to attain to me after signing at the front desk. Maybe they need to employ for doctor or something to make services quicker. Not everyone has 4hour to sit there and wait.

I can say without a doubt this place is top quality. Dr. Jenelle literally saved my life by administering life saving aid. The whole staff was top quality and made me feel better throughout the whole process. I would definitely come back here again for medical needs.

To be honest, my experience for the most part was good. My time with the nurse was very relaxed and comfortable. The one issue for me was the waiting time to see the doctor. I was only there for a DOT recertification. I ended up spending, literally 3 hours there. If the wait times could be better than the experience would better. All in all 7 out of 10.

These ladies are always nice and efficient when I have to deal with them. The wait is never more then 30min when it’s really busy. Very nice ladies and I’m not just saying that because they all are attractive. They are consistent when it comes to getting you in and out no matter if drug test or complete physical.

Went in for an infected insect bite. I was greeted and processed right away, and saw a doctor pretty quickly. Staff was friendly and caring. I was able to get two prescriptions written and I was feeling 100% within a week. Will definitely be back.

The lady that worked the front desk with the glasses was just overall rude, terribly unpleasant and disorganized and if you dont enjoy working with all people customer service should not be your job. Other than that it was great everyone else was awesome and made the experience actually better than it would have been otherwise. It didnt take too long and one of the PTs actually offered me refreshments!

They put 20 people in a waiting room. You have to wait at least for 30 minutes in the same room. There was a patient who was not putting his mask properly but noone warned him. I was so nervous, if there was someone in the waiting room with covid.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Although there was some wait time it was kept at a minimum. All questions were answered in a comfortable tone, no one was rude or condescending. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The leading Physical Therapist at this location has a very negative attitude. He was argumentative and discouraging. The last thing he said to me was he did not mind if I found another location for my physical therapy. The next day, that is exactly what I did!

No waiting was nice to encounter, the reception of the staff was very pleasant. The Doctor was knowledgeable about her practice and made me feel good about opening my health history to her. I look forward to keeping my regiment in the gym to enhance my health, because of the dialogue we had.

My experience is always the same you go in for what should be a quick visit and you sit there for an hour and a 1/2 an hour and 45 minutes and then you have to get up and beg for someone to see you because you have to use the restroom so bad....There were maybe 5 people in front of me, so frustrating 😑

Staff offer an excellent service‼Since the receptionist til the doctor and then the therapists, all of then are wonderful and very professionals. Service is fast and you dont have to do a long wait‼Congratulations‼

The 2 ladies am I dealt with were awesome. Super nice ladies but I had to wait an hour and a half to have a urine test. That was way too long

I was very impressed with the staff at Concentra during my visit. The front desk employees were all friendly and quick to process my information. When called for my appointment the technicians and nurse were also very friendly and professional. All in all I can say I was immensely satisfied.

Unless you are ready for 2-hour wait and dealing with some insufficient nurses while you are sick, think about going to another urgent care.

Service heres is very bad. I have given samples for test at different places took like 20mins at the most. Though not lot of people it took the more than 1.30hours to give out samples. I dont recommend this place and not gonna visit this place again.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR URGENT CARE! They have a physical therapy component which may be faster service and possibly do some testing for some employment qualifications or something from what I overheard but I have never waited so long for things as this place! I have used different urgent care facilities primarily for the last 10 years. This is the worst! It wasnt busy and still took several hours to even be seen. I can only imagine if more testing was needed. This place seems outdated and you would think they get paid based on how long patients stay. Horrible experience! I kept waiting thinking it couldnt take much longer since it was clearly not busy compared to other places Ive been and I kept waiting and waiting and waiting... NEVER AGAIN!

Provided transportation when to an from the center. Kept me informed of what to expect. Followed up after all was complete to assure everything was ok.

The waiting time was somewhat long, but from the initial phone call I made, to leaving the facility, the staff was awesome. The people at the desk checked me in, were efficient and professional and very warm. Then I went to get my labs drawn. The first Labtech I met, sorry I forgot her name, did get in but my veins roll, and the blood did not flashback. She tried to find a vein but was unable to, and instead of pulling out so that I would have another stick, she called an associate. Associate came in after a very short while she was able to Get into the vein (with the same stick)and draw the blood although the blood came out slowly. I told her that I am an RN and that I probably would’ve pulled out and started again and I really appreciated that they took the time to do what they did and they were very successful at it! Plus they were very warm and caring folks. I gave a nine for the long time I had to wait but otherwiseEverything was really great

It depends on the time you go to Concentra Urgent Care. I went in the afternoon at lunch time and it was very very busy. Ended up walking out... The second time I went early morning and was in and out with in an hour!!! Doctor and everyone else was very nice and helpful.

In and out pretty fast even though the waiting room was crowded. Staff was very comforting and friendly. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit at this Concenta . I have been to a few of them and other clinics when renewing my DOT. There were 4 ladies behind the counter busy working .i was impressed how friendly and patient all of then were . The doctor and the nurse that did my DOT exam was very nice and courteous. This clinic did the full DOT correctly. Most of the others clinics i have visited, have been short cutting . Which is not helping the drivers. So hats off to the Concentra on Washington Boulevard in Elkridge Md for doing it right.ThanksJ. P.

The people or the team on duty who attended to me were so pleasant, they all made me comfortable. The female doctor who attended and examines me was so sweet with.

I was in and out fairly quickly on what seemed to be a busy Monday. Everyone from my nurse, to the doctor and people working the desk for checkin and checkout were very nice.
