While flossing one night, one of my molars broke, leaving it exposed to bacteria and very sensitive. Immediately upon entering the office, personnel at the front acknowledge your existence in a most courteous and professional manner.Once my paperwork is complete i am taken to a room by a very polite Dental assistant as she asks the purpose of my visit. i explain I drove from OKC to El Paso, Texas with the sole purpose of duplicating the denture i am wearing which i need to replace. My Dentist in OKC had informed me they could not do it. Upon meeting Dr. Rizk, the first thing he asked was for me to explain what i wanted, why I liked it and the difference between it and what i was referring to as a typical denture. That thick, gagging clump of orange holding teeth together that demands use of polident to refrain from spewing your denture into someone’s face when you sneeze, laugh or are just eating your food. Rather than say anything negative about what i did not like, he explained why sometimes what i am asking for does not work. He proceeded to examine me and assured me he could come as close to what I was wearing as possible and delivered. The value versus the price is/was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Rizk for your denture or dental needs. If you are having issues or problems with your dentures, this is the place to go!!

I was greeted warmly by my name when I first walked in. The receptionist wore a mask and wore a disposable safety gown. My temperature was taken and I was asked to fill out a short form with about 6 questions regarding how I was currently feeling physically and any travels I may have made. I sat in the waiting room with chairs socially distanced for only about 5 minutes. My hygienist called me back and was very polite as always. She made me feel comfortable. I was only getting a cleaning that day and no examination by Dr. Rizk, but soon he poked his head in the door and greeted me briefly and asked how I was doing. He was very pleasant. The cleaning was thorough. The hygienist gave me some feedback on my dental care and tips for better cleaning and did so with care and no judgement. It was a wonderful experience.

We love Dr. Rizk and every one at the office. Our entire family sees Dr. Rizk. Joanne welcomes us by name every time we walk in and the entire office staff is both kind and professional. As satisfied as I am with Dr Rizks work so far, I have to be honest and say right now Im not very happy with the results of the procedure done on 1Apr, having issues with that last work. I went in today to address this issue, he tried to correct it and recommended I call him right away if the pain continues . Well see on a couple of days.Updated after my most recent visit on 1 Apr 2021. Still so happy to be a patient of Dr Rizk, no complaints. This is the second dentist I have been to since I retired from the military three years ago. The first one I saw, I did not go back after the initial exam and cleaning, did not like the service and did not feel comfortable with the service and treatment. So I looked for another choice, found Dr Risk and am very satisfied so far. Wife and son also patients of his.
