Dishonest office. My family and I have been to this dentist three times this year and each time have paid over $400. I provided all my insurance information in our initial visit and it is clear through our conversation with the staff, that none of the claims were submitted through our medical insurance.In our second visit we were told that one of my boys would need eight baby teeth extracted. While paying for the days service it felt like I speaking to a car salesmen when trying to schedule the date for the extraction. In the week leading up to our next appointment for the extraction, my son pulled out two of his baby teeth. When we got to the office, I told the staff that he pulled two teeth out so there would be less for them to extract. They said they would re work the financials at the end of the appointment. At the end the Drs. tech brought me my son and said that eight teeth were still pulled but two of the teeth were destroyed in the extraction so they just threw them away. I was handed a nice plastic case with six teeth and asked to pay the same amount.After our appointment we went home and counted the extraction areas in my sons mouth and only found six! These people lied to my face to get $46!!! Who cares if the service and work is good if they are willing to lie to your face and steal your money! If you go, which I hope you dont, make sure you are on top of everything that is being done. And I guess count your teeth or the holes in your mouth afterwards to be sure your being charged fairly. Terrible!!!!!

I went into Westside Dentistry to fix the chips on my top two front teeth and get veneers. I was nervous for the process at first but Terah and Dr. Perkins made it a comfortable experience! Terah is super friendly and helps to make the experience enjoyable :) from the initial consultation the process took about 4 weeks. For the prep for the veneers Dr. Perkins hardly shaved any of my natural tooth so it still looked normal during the waiting process for the veneers to come in. They came out really nice and I love the final product! Westside dentistry was also very helpful when it came to figuring out my payment plan. I’m glad I went there !

Great visit. Moved out of El Paso over a year ago and I still fly in for my appointments at Westside Dentistry. Dr. Kimall was extremely nice and professional. Whenever I believed I had an tooth filling malfunction, he checked it out with no charge! The facilities are also very clean and spacious.

All the staff is very friendly, kind and professional. They helped me set up a payment plan that I could afford, which meant a lot to me. They are amazing!!! I recently switched from a dentist I had being seeing for years. Definitely the best decision I ever made.

Do not trust these dentists.The work is fine, but they constantly change prices, misquote prices, say they take your insurance and then change their mind after, encourage you to get unnecessary procedures, etc.Shady business practices ruin the fact that they are adequately skilled dentists.

Do not trust this place, they are not honest upfront, they didnt say they were not within network of Concordia through tricare, which means they charge whatever they want and the insurance will only cover what they deem is the right price. They are not even sending anything to the insurance, they are just charging whatever they see fit. This place is a scam, and then when we figured out the scam and called them out on it they still said they are going to try and charge a $75 dollar fee for canceling on the same day and then they even had the audacity to say we can take that payment over the phone, after 2 weeks ago they made my wife drive all the way over to make one of their other bogus payments, saying they couldnt take payment over the phone! #boguscharges

I have been a patient of Dr.Kimbal for many years and I am always pleased with my visits. The new hygienist Diane is very nice and informative. She made my appointment very enjoyable. Quick in and out visit with no wait time. Very pleased and will continue to come.

This was great service, called on a Friday at 12pm with a cracked tooth in really bad pain and they got me in at 3pm that same day. Very good dentist and all the assistants are good as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

Possibly the best dental experience Ive ever had. Everyone was extremely kind, patient, and gentle. Every employee I interacted with took the time to explain everything that was going on and assured I had no unanswered questions. Rosie, the dental hygienist, was phenomenal and quickly eased my tremendous dentist anxiety. My only issue is that they are out of network for my insurance but thats obviously not on them. If they fit what youre looking for, I definitely recommend it.

Today was a maintenance visit for me, but the entire staff has changed. Hopefully for the best. The hygienists that helped me today were great. I will return again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The entire appointment was extremely neglectful and traumatizing. The office staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. I was lied to and promised things that were never followed through. Upon arriving, I warned everyone I was terrified of dentists. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 10 years. My teeth are very bad and extensive work needs to be done. They assured me they would work with me and told me not to freight. I got an exam and they stated I needed almost $12,000 worth of work. I agreed to have the work done and financed the $12,000 in their office. $12,000!!!!!!!!! Well very long story short, but the doctor I saw got very frustrated with my anxiety and refused to work on me anymore (this is after he drilled out most of my tooth for a root canal). He left my root canal half done, pushed his chair away from mine and stormed out of the room. I could feel everything he was doing and I kept asking for more numbing medicine, this is what frustrated him. Once he refused to work on me anymore and I begged for him to finish so I wouldn’t be in pain anymore with that tooth, I left the office in tears and cried all the way home. The office manager promised me she’d immediately call in my medicine because I was in pain. FIVE HOURS LATER my medicine got called in after I kept calling and they assured me every time they were going to call it in. After five grueling hours of no pain meds, the office manager contacted me again to let me know my meds had just been called in and that they were dropping me as a patient and wouldn’t finish the work they started. I was confused, baffled, in pain and so upset. I contacted the owners and they were less than helpful and offered no solution or rectification for what I had to go through. No one ever called and apologized for the neglect and unprofessionalism. It was such a horrible experience. Please rethink before coming to this office, especially if you have anxiety or are fearful of dentists. They are not sympathetic to this, AT ALL!!!

If you like assembly line dentistry and like to spend a lot of money this place is for you. I went in for a cleaning. After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time a person came out and got my credit card and charged me $145, I guess for an office visit. After I paid a person came out got me and started taking x-rays , then a dentist came in mumbled her name looked in my mouth told me needed a lot of work and left. then another person came in looked in my mouth and said I needed a deep cleaning,. I was then taken out to a finance person that said the work I needed would be $6000. I told her I could not afford that and she started finding discounts, just like a used car dealer. I walked out and will not be back.

During my regular cleaning, some issues were brought to my attention that needed to be taken care of.The doctor and his staff took care of everything quickly, and pretty much pain free 😊. Im very happy with the work done, I didnt realize how important and what a big improvement the work that was done until afterwards.

Everyone here has an honest concern about my oral health and suggests various options when available.

I broke a tooth when i was younger i was told they needed to fix it again because the other one was going to fall either way it didn’t even last a year with the new one so disappointing!!

I would strongly recommend Westside Dentistry. I had my first visit today and found the practice to be polite, courteous and professional. I spent a little more time in the chair than Im used to but I also realized that it was because they seem to be focused on attention to thoroughness and attention to detail.

Arrived at 4:00 pm for my appointment just to realize the staff had left and there was nobody to take care of me! Excuse: I didn’t confirm my appointment?!! They texted and called me -and since I didn’t reply to any they “assumed” I wasn’t coming??Their office hours are 8:00-5:00 btwYou do realize people work and their time is valuable. I had to leave early from my job, go through the trouble of rushing through traffic to this conundrum!Totally hate this kind of service

The dentistry is clean and the workers are helpful and friendly. But it is a pity that they are out-of-network of PPO now. When I firstly visited there, it was in the network so I thought it is like a forever thing, but for the following several treatments (about 3-4 times), they charged me a higher out-of-network price without letting me know in advance.

I have honestly been to many dentist offices across the country while being in the military and I have never had such a great experience as I have at Dr. Kimball’s office. I was seen by Rosie who helped to clean my teeth and was beyond exceptional in explaining everything she was doing, checking and how my dental health was and how I could improve it. I just can’t say how happy I am to have visited this office. I just became a life time patient!

I have mixed emotions about posting this review. When I first started going, everyone was nice and explained everything that was being done. Lately it’s been a waiting game and it seems like Dr Kimball is just hurrying to go through each exam room. Had a procedure done yesterday and as I was waiting for my gum to be numb, I overheard the girls trying to guess how long he was going to take with each patient and who would be next.Now after my procedure, I was told multiple times that they would call in my pain medication to the pharmacy but to wait a couple of hours. 4 pm rolls around and I call the pharmacy to see if my prescription is ready and only to be told there’s nothing in. I then call the office to see if they sent it in and the excuse I got was “ oh I apologize the doctor has been very busy with patients all day and we will get it sent out right away.”So it’s Saturday and after a rough night I was hopeful to go pick up my pain meds. Arrived to the pharmacy and once again I’m told there is no order! So of course the office is closed on Saturday and nothing can be done.Really upset over this and now I’m questioning if I want to return.

I was very nervous and i was there for more dental work than i had originally thought but everyone was so caring and kind! My daughter recommended this office and i was very happy with Dr. Wong and his staff! Also, because of Covid i was worried about it being clean and it was very clean!

Westside Dentistry is a great clinic. They are very efficient and have modified all aspects of their operation to deal with the virus. I have had them as my dental clinic for five years and have no complaints about the care I have received.

This dental practice is unethical in the fees charged and their billing practices. They repeatedly misrepresented my copay amount, leaving me to pay over $500 for a cleaning and one filling with dental insurance. They are not upfront at all about their pricing, and then will seek more money at a later time. I strongly recommend finding a practice that is more ethical and transparent with what they are planning to charge you before they complete the services.

Been going here for about a year now and have always had an amazing experience!Today I had two chips in my front teeth fixed. It literally took Dr.Kimball and Marisol 20 minutes to do it. They had me in and out in no time feeling SOOOO much better with my new and improved teeth. Will recommend to anyone!

The staff was very friendly and put me at ease.They are very thorough and helpful. They did really good molds for my custom teeth whitening kit. They checked to make sure they fit well, and provided all the answers to questions I asked. You wont regret your visit!

First time customer, I specifically asked if my dental insurance was in network with their services, they were sure it was, not only it was a waste of time, but now receiving a bill for something i did not ask for, nor informed about. I had an appointment today at 11:30. I showed and had to wait but it’s probably because of covid restrictions and they had a room down. They apologized and explained. After the staff was very helpful nice and professional.

This is the third time I have been a patient here, I found them when i had a terrible toothache. The receptionists and dental hygienists are excellent. Their customer service was just impeccable. Dr. Kimball is also very courteous and fast. The waiting time is not bad at all, at least the three times i have been here. Very glad I found this place.

I love the customer service at the Westside dentistry. They are very welcoming, personable, and flexible. I dont know the name of my dental hygienist but Ive had her twice and shes kind and quite thorough. Blanca in the front office has amazing customer service and tries to schedule you at your convenience. Ive never seen this at a dentist office, but I appreciate all the reminders and notifications they provide.

First time at this dentist, I saw the google reviews and thought I would check it out. The staff was excellent! Everyone was really friendly and genuine. My cleaning was great too, very thorough. I’ve never had someone “check” my gums before or be able to remove all the staining on my teeth. They did in just one cleaning!I have to come back and get fillings and 2 crowns. So I appreciated how the doctor showed me photos and X-rays of my teeth and where the decay is. Then when I went to check out they gave me a print out of the payments for my the extra work I need and explained it all to me. I’ve never had a dentist office do that before!

Going to the dentist is literally number one on my list of fears , so it really took a lot for me to go. Once I was there I was embarrassed at myself for being so afraid. The staff here is TREMENDOUS! They make everything as easy and pain free as possible. I was helped by a woman named “patrica” and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I cannot thank her enough for being so kind and so knowledgeable. Honestly , if it was up to me, I’d promote her. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and you can tell she’s passionate about it. The doctor himself was AMAZING as well. He did a tremendous job! I’m beyond satisfied with how my appointment went today. It even made me feel more confident about returning to the dentist in the future. i cannot say enough about this place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The entire office is so nice and friendly. They were able to squeeze me in immediately and have my wisdom teeth extracted. They even respond promptly with email! I am definitely sticking around!

Being referred from another dentistry, I went in for the first time not to long ago. I had the worst experience! I was told I was going to be getting a cleaning/x rays done. After waiting a whole hour and half, I had been brought in for x rays that took about another 2 hours. Seemed that the lady did not seem to experienced, after asking to take several x rays of the same places she had already done. At that point my jaw had already been soar. After the 3 hours, I was prompted to go the front to share my “method of payment” .... I had asked about my cleaning, they stated there hadn’t been enough time, to reschedule for next time. I was so disappointed. Dr. Kimball did give me a personal call, which I appreciated but this whole thing could have been prevented. I felt comfortable when I read the good reviews on google but take it from me, it wasn’t good.

Excellent, efficient service and staff. Very caring and Dr. Kimball is thorough and knowledgeable. Wait times are a minimum especially for early appts. Four years of pain finally gone.

I found Dr. Kimball’s office by googling and reading all the amazing reviews he has. Going to a dental office is always scary but the office staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They treated me like family. If I had questions, they answered them straight forward. Everyone in the office was great! Friendly staff and very patient. Very little wait, efficient, and well organized. Dr. Kimball did and excellent job placing my crowns. Patricia was pivotal in keeping me calm during the whole process and was very knowledgeable.

Nice Team and Doctor

I am one of many people that use such colloquialisms as “worse than going to the dentist” or “would rather get my teeth pulled” when referring to awful experiences and how much I dislike getting my mouth worked on, but I must say, Dr. Kimball at Westside Dentistry is absolutely top notch. During the time that I lived in El Paso, I was a regular patient at Westside before Dr. Kimball took over a couple of years ago. I was never dissatisfied before, but he has turned a good facility into a great one. He has incorporated great new equipment to get the job done quickly and less evasive, his staff is always top notch, and despite his workload, Dr. Kimball always presents himself in a personable and friendly way during each visit and even during simple business communications. I cannot speak highly enough about the great facility and environment that he has created, and I was always happy to be supporting an owner that still takes the time to personally shake the hand of everyone that comes through his door. Great job doc, best of luck moving forward.

In Oct 2017 I moved from CA to El Paso. Nov 8, 2018 - I just had my first visit to Westside Dentistry and I am very pleased. I know I picked the right facility. My hygienist was Amanda and she took complete care of me during my X-rays, exam, and teeth cleaning. Dr. Kimball came in to examine my teeth and review the X-rays. He, too, gave me excellent personal attention. Blanca at the front desk helped me get my initial visit set up. All in all, everyone there was spectacular. And I felt great after I left. Highly recommended!

Mixed emotions.... I had a broken molar and decided to go to this dentist because my primary dentist is not covered with my insurance anymore. The first visit was excellent with Ms. Patricia and Dr. Kimball. I needed a cap. Everything went fine... However, when i had to go back to the office Patricia wasnt available and they took me to another tech, which i dont know her name but i think her name is also Patricia, i am not sure, and she was TERRIBLE!!!! She made my experience hell.. There was so much pain and i had to stop her and told her i was going to leave the office. She couldnt get my blood pressure, she was unprofessional and just plain evil. Until this day, i cant chew anything with that molar.So, if you go... please ask about the tech who is going to be taking care of you because they can damage your teeth for ever.... Like me

Dr Kimball informed me with great detail on what to expect and corrected the other Dentists mistakes I have been dealing with for some time, I am very happy and now pain free!!
