I really trusted Dr. Day and her staff and she was very sweet when I first met her. I was self conscious about my teeth and paid $2,600 for veneers up front. One veneer was shorter than the other on my front teeth and when I told her I didn’t like how it looks she became upset and tried to convince me that they looked good. She told me to try them out for a few days and to return if I was not happy. When I went back she made comments like “it’s you again”. When I told her I wanted them redone she refused and instead offered to shorten the other side to match. When I told her no she said “well then we are done here” and she walked out. Very sarcastic and rude. She must have felt bad about it later since she did call and left me a voicemail to offer to redo them but only after I left a bad review. I was so humiliated by her that I did not ever step foot back into her office… and was left still self conscious about my smile, and sad that I lost all that money 😭All your response really needed to say was the last sentence of your reply. There is no concern from you at all only about your reviews and it’s obvious from the way you responded. If there are any other places I can leave my personal experience of what occurred I will continue to do so. Also it’s not a second review. It’s the same one on a different platform. The incident did occur in 2019! So it has taken a long time to get this problem fixed. $2,600 is a lot of money.

It’s a stereotype but I’m terrified of the dentist. After not going for way too long I gave Dr. Day a chance and she made it so easy to come back. Kind, gentle, and patient she walked me through the anxiety. She also took great care to explain the work I needed, the cost was reasonable, and the office is clean and inviting. I’ve recommended Infinite Smiles to multiple friends.

I have found the perfect place for my dental needs. I have always had a problem finding the perfect dentist. No more searching! Sylvia, Denise, and Dr Day made this a wonderful experience. Very professional and friendly. Sylvia was very attentive and experienced. Denise was very gentle and always concerned to how I was feeling and my needs. Felt like being at a family gathering. I was nervous finding a new dentist, however from my first contact with the front staff, I knew it would be a great experience. Now the actual dental work, I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Dr. Day and her dental hygienist Sylvia, were so professional and most importantly gentle and caring. I highly recommend this practice.

The dentist and assistant were great had a jaw tooth pulled and she worked on two that were one twelth of a inch over the gums she pulled though out it didnt take over twenty minutes and barely felt any pain,There great,Jack Pullin

Irene and Dr Day were so great and super friendly I usually hate going to the dentist but they made me feel right at home and there so friendly and they have conversations with you while doing treatment. There so friendly and explain everything and I love how up front they are and the lady in the front in super helpful explaining what treatment plan is right for you. This is the best dentist office I have been to in El Paso and I have been to quiet a few. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They brought me in same day for an emergency and even made sure They took my insurance before I got there. I was a little worried being it was my first visit. The staff was so great my fears melted away. Dr. Day was amazing she address all my symptoms and did the treatment right there on the spot. Since my visit I have been seen a couple of times to make sure everything is healing as planned. They are so amazing I have made appointments for my whole family. This is my familys first time at this office. My 4yr old son was a little hesitant and shy when we got called in, Ms. Irene got him calmed within minutes. He was talking with her by the time she got him settled in the chair. And then Dr. Day walked in. Shes a very nice lady. Very friendly and professional. Awesome dentist

The first dentist I have been to since before I was in the military and WOW! This is the best dentist I have EVER been too. The staff is so friendly and funny. I have never seen a dental office with a TV on the ceiling. I was just relaxing laying back in the chair watching Gotham Garage on Netflixs while getting a cleaning. If you do not live on the East Side of El Paso this is one dental office that is worth the drive.
