They were very good at explaining everything to me fully! The hygienist Carlos was really nice and good at telling me what he was doing and when he was doing it. The Dr. was very kind and very personable and helped with understanding what is best to keep good oral hygiene and when going over billing Danny was excellent at explaining what’s covered by insurance and going over total cost. Overall best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Dyer Dental, Dr. Martinez outstanding person. Really touched my heart. Nurse Rocio very very patient woman. These two good people turned a very negative experience, into an almost entirely new one today. I wish more people could be this way in customer service. These two truly care about the people they service here.I was very rude to 2 other individuals in the room but everyone I talked to professionally handled the situation.

I had a wonderful experience getting my dental exam and cleaning done here. I will admit that I was a bit nervous at first because it had been years since Ive been to the dentist, but all the staff ensured me that everything would be alright and would be done in an exceptional manner. The office staff, Danny and Rosio, were the first faces I saw when I entered the facility and they provided me with all the information I needed to know regarding payment and the entire paperwork process. The dentist hygienist I worked with, Carlos, was awesome at his job. He did a great job ensuring that my cleaning was done correctly and made sure to inform me of anything he saw out of the ordinary. They even had a dental assistant student, Janell, who was very knowledgeable of her role and responsibilities. The dentist was also great; he came in and out quickly, but he was straight to the point with what needed to be done and ensured me everything would be taken care of. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to receive dental work.

Dr. Chin is the best Dentist that I have ever met , he is very patient and does not rush during treatment. The manager Danny explained my treatment plan and helped me apply for care credit. The best dentists office Ive ever been in. Everyone here is very nice and communicating my discomfort and pain has been very easy. Ive had many dentists who did not listen to me but the Dyer Dental crew has been amazing at making this experience less scary and stressful.

Got a cleaning from CARLOS, the dental hygienist. My teeth feel new. I expected a little bit of soreness but nothing. I might even start getting my teeth cleaned twice a year now. If you need a cleaning, especially a deep cleaning, you should go nowhere but to Carlos. He even removed a little bit of old glue from a retainer. I am ready for a toothpaste commercial now

I love coming to this dentist office the doctor is very professional and does prompt but effective work. Every time I come in I have good conversations with the dental assistants this time I had Allysa and she was such a delight to talk to. Carlos the hygienist was very efficient in his work and had me walk out feeling reassured of my teeth being nice and clean. Danny at the front desk was very accommodating and helped me get information for a teeth whitening that I may come back in the future to do. I highly recommend this office they work very fast and there is little to no wait time.

Best office in El Paso! Staff is very friendly and thorough. We had 4 appointments yesterday and they started on time and they all went quickly. My kids love to go here and my 3 year old is scared of everyone but felt good enough to sit in the chair all by herself. This office is AMAZING with kids! As an adult patient sitting in the chair I felt important and comfortable. I have 100% trust in my childrens/my treatment.

Let me start off by saying i was a little skeptical when i first walked in but after the first few minutes there i quickly changed my mind. I must say that it had been awhile since i had seen a dentist and i like the fact that after looking at my xrays they didnt judge me for my teeth being in the condition theyre in. The staff extremely friendly and attentive. I had to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Chinn made me feel at ease during the procedure. This is like no other place i have been to, here i am not just another paitent but part of the awesome family. Thank you Dr. Chinn and your amazing staff. P.s. next time Ill get the BURRITO LOL

I have been in the process of recieving an implant. The staff has been very kind and the process has been relatively pain free and very interesting. The dental assistant Jessica Ibarra was very thorough and kind on taking care to talk me through the process when I was getting my final fitting to finish the crown for my implant.

I highly recommend Dyer Dental Care. Dr. C and his entire staff are excellent. Dr. C explains everything thoroughly and makes sure that you understand and are comfortable with everything. He and his staff are very respectful of the patients feelings and emotions. This is a plus for me as still have a slight fear of going to the dentist. If you would like a dentist who is caring, patient ,respectful and knowledgeable Dyer Dental Care and Dr. C is the place to go.
