I love it here. Very fast and so friendly. Dr. HU is extremely caring and explains everything he is doing. I went in for 2 extractions ( wisdom teeth) he got them out within 15 minutes and pain free. I highly recommend them! 👍🏻

The nerve not to notify of closing or of cancelation of your scheduled appointments is inconsiderate. Amidst this a global pandemic it will be close to impossible to schedule a dental visit and for Caribbean Dental to not answer or return phone messages is ridiculous. Tried several times to call and schedule an appointment I also tried online to get a hold of someone. I already had to wait almost two months for an appointment to find out they were not open shame on you. Want everyone to know that this place is not what it seems like.

The staff is amazing here. My youngest us autistic and frankly is not a fan of going to the dentist, they were super patient and explained what they were doing to him. The way the interacted with him and made him feel comfortable cannot be expressed in words. They are super I formative and make sure they explain everything and anything to you. I ha e sensitive teeth and they made sure to be gentle and go slow as needed. We will for sure be using this office for all our dental needs. So pleased to ha e found them!!!

I am very satisfied with the doctors and staff at Caribbean Dental. The doctors are very professional and they tell you step by step what they are doing to you and if you understand and if the patient is comfortable. The staff at the front greed you and help you and they are very nice and tell you everything there is to know about the dental procedures they are very knowledgeable. The staff in the back help the doctors and are there to assist the doctors and the patient. They also tell you what the doctor is going to do. I am very satisfied going there. I sincerely recommend anyone that need Dental work to go there. Very friendly people. I give them a 10 very satisfied. I am taking all of my family and friends.

First time here and my experience was great! The staff is very nice! The Doctor is kind and helpful answered all my questions! My daughter had a great experience.

The services was fast, friendly and quality work. Erica at the front desk worked with my busy schedule and immediately on arrival I was admitted inside for dental work! I was in and out and able to take care of business in less than an hour.

Everyone is so nice and know how to keep you comfortable while you wait your turn. I had no pain at all. I give them a 10 +... I will be back for sure. And I will pass the good word around.

I called yesterday, and they had an appointment available for today! Everything went smoothly, including with my dental insurance. The staff was amazing with my children and very respectful of my husband and I. Both of my kiddos (ages 5 & 8) left in smiles even after their procedures. I appreciated feeling so welcomed, and that my children were at ease.

Dr. Li did an amazing job, I was truly amazed at the level of professionalism he portrayed, explained in detail what his plan of treatment was and the effectiveness of it. Clean office, courteous and amazing staff!!! Kudos to Erica and Ashley for taking care of me. Overall fantastic service, 5 stars all the way!!!

It took me 30+ years to ever visit a dentist again since the late 80s due to a bad experience with a dentist BUT Caribbean Dental has made it so amazingly comfortable for me to continue all my appointments with them . With that being said Caribbean Dental has an a amazing staff and Dentist . I will continue with them to better smile .

Dr. Hu was absolutely AMAZING!! Erica is the sweetest, most informative person, both over the phone and face to face. And I didnt catch the name of our xray tech. But she too was VERY gentle, and caring, just amazing care and service by the entire team. I have been searching for a dentist and staff like the ones we found today @ Caribbean Dental. They will be seeing our teeth every 6 months for a VERY long time!!

Carribean Dental is the best of the best in El Paso. Dr. Bowen Lie took care of my filling in no time and no pain. My daughters had their cleanings and also had good experiences. I highly recommend Carribean Dental if anyone is looking for a dentist. Bonus, they are also open Saturdays. :-)
