Very sweet, honest, and professional clinic! Equipment is modern and high tech, including a massaging chair! I particularly appreciate how honest they are - they are not there to rip you off. Building is a little outdated but the office itself is very nice!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Williams and his staff. He is a very compassionate and patient doctor. He makes sure his patients are as comfortable as possible during any procedure.Dr. Williams is very passionate about what he does and for this reason, he’s great at his job.In my case, he’s working to improve my smile with Sure Smile Aligners. My case was a special case, a little bit more complicated, but he has done a great job so far in a period of over a year. If you are skeptical of going to the dentist then you should experience Agave Dental Care at 8511 Dyer Street. From the time you enter the office you are greeted with an amazing staff. The wait time was minimal. The dentists are engaging, positive and very informative. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was engaging and very gentle. She was very experienced and knowledgeable with her skills. I highly recommend Agave Dental Care. They are a one stop dental office from cosmetics to periodontist to teeth cleaning. Take care of your teeth and take care of your health!

My husband was the one who had services rendered by this dental business and he is one who is hard to please but not this time. We have been here 2x including todays visit. He is very pleased with the manner that he is treated. They explain procedures to him beforehand. Up to now they are very gentle in their handling. Personnel is very gracious. Office is very clean and they do take your temperature.

The staff is very friendly starting as soon as you walk through the door. Each patient is greeted as soon as they walk in by Debbie. Roz does an amazing job of getting the patients ready for their procedures. Angelica is an excellent hygienist. She is very thorough. Dr. Swenson does a great job of putting his patients at ease and explaining what hes doing. Their work hours can accommodate almost everyone. I highly recommend Agave Dental Care.

I have an infected tooth and was able to get in pretty quickly. The staff was wonderful and the doctor was great! Ill probably need quite a bit more work so Ill update if anything changes!Also they have super hours!

This is the best dentist office in El Paso period. The staff is so kind and helpful. They even got televisions to watch while they work on your teeth. Had a great experiences. The front desk staff, dental hygienist, and Dr. William were so kind. I highly recommended this place! They also offer laser teeth whitening here which includes the take home whitening treatment. While most dentist only offer the take home treatments.

Dr. Havig always takes the time to explain everything clearly with honesty and compassion. My procedure went extremely well and I felt absolutely no pain.The entire staff is kind and make you feel right at home.

I’m a anxious person who gets extra nervous and squeamish when it comes to medical stuff. My idea of a dentist was largely influenced by a scene from “Little Shop of Horrors”. So when my tooth pain was threatening my ability to function, I looked up local docs who could help with dental anxiety and found Agave.I called the emergency number on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised (and relieved!) to get an answer and appointment for the next day.The office is incredibly clean and everyone is so kind and friendly. I met with Dr. Havig and his assistants who were all nice, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything I needed. They calmed me down (a ton!) and I was able to get relief. I highly recommend this office for dental needs. I know I will be back.PS: The chairs are super comfortable (they are massage chairs) and you can watch TV while you get work done. The large windows also face out into the beautiful northeast El Paso mountains, giving some extra zen to the experience.

My elderly father needed a new dentist and they got him in right away. The dentist himself was very easy to ask questions of and the staff was very helpful too. They also have weekend hours so that is a big help for me since I work during the week and have to help my parents with these types of appointments.

This is Roger Moller (Patient) and I wish there were six stars instead of five, so I could show my appreciation for the care and sensitivity that was shown by my physician and the supporting staff each time I have visited their office. The TV is a great distraction and the vibrating chair made me want to sit there for the next hour. But the best thing is the people that work there. This is the best place ever! I took my son and they were friendly, kind and attentive to my requests. I went again for a pain in my tooth, and they were really concern, helped me and got me an appointment sooner. I called several times because I had so many questions and concerns and they didn’t sound like I was bothering the. to answer my questions like other places. The doctor was sweet and nice to my son and I. I even got a chair massage while waiting and asked me if I wanted to watch something On TV . It was a great experience, I don’t know why I didn’t found them sooner.

The office décor is top notch. All the equipment from x-ray to to the dental chair are of the newest high tech design and efficiency.Lastly, and most importantly is how the way all of the personnel treat you. The welfare and satisfaction of the patient is their total focus. This was my best dental visit experience ever. I highly recommend Agave Dental!

Clean, friendly, professional!!Got one of my wisdom teeth pulled today! Was worked on by Dr Tokunaga and she was AMAZING! She made sure I was comfortable and helped me understand everything. She took her time and was very friendly! I’m very scared of needles and she distracted me and I didn’t feel a thing. I was a long term patient of Dr. Spivack and met Dr. Williams as he took over the practice. Since then I have had a lot of work done with several of the doctors there and I will tell you they are all fabulous. It is nice to be able to get all the work done in one place with people you know and trust. I am no fan of getting dental work done but they made it easy and pain free. The practice is staffed with really nice people who are so helpful. Two words that come to mind in describing this practice is Professional and Kindness. I take my granddaughter there as well and they are terrific with her. I think Dr. Williams is great and even his jokes are funny. I would recommend the practice to everyone. Jesus blessed me with a great group of people.

I was very impressed by the professionalism that the Staff showed me. Everyone was in a nice working mood and made me feel very comfortable. The Dentist Assistant that took care of me was very good at her job. She explained everything that would take place prior to the Dentist coming in and then explaining what the I could expect from the Dentist reviewing the exams and then explaining the procedure, the options and the results of his examining my teeth. First time visiting agave dental. My current dentist retired and all of his clients were transferred to agave. The only thing better than the massaging dental chair and ceiling tv’s was the attention I was giving. Apparently every session begins with a mandatory “dad joke” which is a great ice breaker. My dentist was friendly, funny, and not to bad to look at. I appreciated the text message reminders of my appointment and even got a call from my dentist this evening to make sure I had no complications. Best service ever!

I always have a great experience when I go. The staff is always so friendly and I felt very safe with the measures they put in place. The air purifier right above me, designed to pull the aerosols from the air, was a great comfort. Social distancing in the waiting rooms. Places for clean pens and dirty pens. They’ve done their best to reassure the patients’ and staff’s safety are of utmost priority. I would recommend them to anyone.

I requested an appointment for a cleaning and an overview to see what else do I need to get done. They did an assessment I got some X-rays done but when I asked for the cleaning they told me whoever does the cleaning had already left. After seeing the reviews, I was very excited to go, but I left a little bit dissatisfied I basically made the appointment just for the cleaning, but I didn’t get any cleaning done.

We just relocated back to El Paso, and this was our first visit. For both my husband and myself it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, informative, and welcoming. Dr. Kasallis was refreshing!!! He is so down to earth, but informative and professional at the same time!
