Same on prescriptions. Called for refill on Monday because leaving town the following week. Pharmacy faxed it over and I followed up with Morfit twice. They said it wouldn’t be a problem both times but never actually took care of it and now I’m out. Definitely time to find another doctor.

Ive been out of one of my medications for over a month, and another for over 2 weeks. I have called multiple times, my pharmacy has called multiple times, and my pharmacy has also faxed them several times. Nonetheless, they STILL have not given the OK to fill my prescriptions. Guess Im lucky my medicine isnt a matter of life or death! Looks like its time to find a new Doctor because this has already gotten past ridiculous.....

Dr. Santana is a rare find these days. Hes always willing to listen, answer any questions and never makes your feel rushed. His staff is always very friendly and helpful too.

This Dr is very much into woowoo medicine. Still i even tried to make return appointments after not getting reminder calls for follow ups. Then after two attempts and no one ever getting back to me i quit trying. Then out if nowhere i get a bill threatening collections over $8.. freaking $8 that could have been paid at an appointment if they had bothered to get back to me. Their patient portal doesnt work so you cant even get to your medical info or pay online.... really frustrating place.
