I was there 10 mins before my appt time. And currently been waiting for over 30 mins while the healthcare provider, Tiffany Tabiai, and patient are in the room laughing and talking the entire time.Knocked on the door and asked how much longer it would be and Tiffany says I dont know. Then she tries to kick me out and have me reschedule because of my body language.Do not recommend.

Got to wait in car until my turn to be seen. Dr was kind, helpful, professional. Overall very pleasant experience, I would definitely feel comfortable returning to this clinic.

This place is an absolute scam. Its quick and they will take your insurance. Next thing I know, 30 days later I get a bill for 150$ saying that my insurance isn’t accepted even though the doctor put it in the system right in front of me and said it was “perfectly fine and was accepted”. Its a kiosk so there was no one i could talk to. I called the minute clinic system and no one would answer. Do yourself a favor and go to a real doctor that you can actually talk to about these issues when they come up out of nowhere.

I have seen Dr. Oshani Steelman several times at this location. Always very nice and caring. Explains everything clearly and answers all my questions.

Ashley Henson was so kind and helpful! She made me feel comfortable and I could tell she truly cares. I will return to the minute clinic!

This was the easiest and most professional treatment for a simple illness that I may have ever received. The checkin process was easy and quick, there was no wait time and the Nurse Practitioner was thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful. We didnt have to make another stop for the prescription! I would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family.

Will NEVER use a Minute Clinic again! My daughter got a vaccination here in August and the Practitioner never recorded it to the Oklahoma Health Department now my daughter is locked out of school until I can get record of the shot. Oh and guess what its been 2 days of sitting on hold and leaving messages with NO RESPONSE!! Im incredibly pissed off right now.

Time and time again, I find nurse Casey BUTTS ability to have any kind of medical common sense is zero. You are better off using google. She should have stayed a house wife.

Poorest service ever at this MinuteClinic. They took 1.5 hours doing a DOT physical and had no problem making sick customers wait.

What a sham!!!!! Went in with bronchitis and Dr agreed with diagnosis. Stated that me entire life i have needed antibiotics to clear my chest. Dr stated “I dont believe you need them” was prescribed an inhaler. I asked again before leaving so no antibiotics? So a week later and still have bronchitis! And they want to charge me for another visit to see if there is anything they can do to help. Basically dont give you what you need to force you to have to pay again to come back. Should be ashamed!!!!

This place is worthless and a joke. My wife came for a simple check up on a test and she was rudely told by the “ONE” person working it would be 45min because she is taking a lunch break. That’s an indication of how this place is ran. Please avoid this facility unless you want to be treated poorly and your visit take forever. Need to change there name to the “FOR HOURS CLINIC”.

Worst clinic ever. I got there and signed in only to have someone come after me 15 minutes later. The people who came after me got taken back before me because the doctor knew them. Never mind I had been up all night in pain and finally found a window to leave my ill baby at home with my husband between feedings. The doctor could have cared less. She was rude and inconsiderate. I never was able to get seen because I had already waited 45 minutes and had to get home to the baby. I would never go here unless you want to take your chances on whether or not someone the doctor knows needs to be seen first.

Sometimes there is a wait, but they are always a great help.

The name “minute” should be removed from the business name.We were walk ins and waited over 45 minutes for the staff member to tell us she had to take the scheduled appointments first.If that was known I would have logged in my phone and scheduled...jeez.Needless to say after that wait I will go to my PCP.Never again.

You should be ashamed of yourself cvs minute clinic. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait, 1.5 hours later and the same 3 people are waiting in front of us. My son has been crying for relief this whole time and in over an hour, not a single soul has been seen. I hope you are a mother or father and I hope one day a clinic treats you the same way you have treated me and my son. Maybe then you would understand how morally wrong this is.

It was super fast, super easy, and a very pleasant and professional experience.

Worst WORST experience of my life. First they misdiagnose, and we return for a follow up because the symptoms didnt get better they actually get WORST they tell us we need to pay? Seriously cvs?? Never returning!
