I am new as a patient at this location, but I have found it to be a very friendly and a comfortable clinic. They listen and make suggestions that can improve your wellbeing. Not mush else you could ask for.

Trying to get you guys to answer the phone is an absolute nightmare.

I had an okay visit one of the nurses I had when I walked in seemed okay and then when we got in the room I was telling her the problem and she kinda cut me off and said “ I just need the short story” kinda through me off. Also, made comments about my mask but not really nicely and I feel like she simply could have gotten me a disposable one. But the other lady in the lab was great to talk too.

Dr. Christopher is great. They got me in and out very quickly. He was very thorough and easy too talk to. Also, explained everything very nicely. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a new family physician.

I was referred to this office by a former boss of mine. I am SO glad I was! I originally went to Dr. Shadid who was fantastic, then when he was unavailable for a same day appointment I made one with his PA Laci Duguay. She is the most AMAZING PA I have ever been to. She helped me get on the proper meds for my mental health, and she is super prompt when you need something non-urgent and shoot her a message. She truly cares about her patients and I would recommend anyone and everyone to see either Laci, or Dr. Shadid!

Dr. Grubbs and his whole staff are absolutely the best in town! Shelley gave me my flu shot yesterday and I didn’t even know she had stuck me until she was putting a bandaid on my arm!! What?? It’s true! Dr. Grubbs adjusted my back and I walked out pain free!! He always listens to whatever I have to say, is the most patient doctor, and also the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to and I completely trust him! I have recommended Dr. Grubbs to many friends and family.....you should call him!!

The front office staff is nice and efficient. Large waiting area. I was called back within 5 minutes and Dr. Grubbs saw me almost immediately. He listened to me, I never felt rushed, he discussed options, and I felt as though he cared about my health as much as I do.

I LOVE Integris Coffee Creek! Brittany Cabrera is my doctor and shes amazing. Shes patient and kind with me, always makes me feel comfortable when Im nervous, and is very knowledgeable. Katie is one of the best nurses Ive ever had. The ladies at the front are always sweet and helpful with me as well.

What an amazing Dr. and AMAZING staff! I have been seeing Dr. Reed for about a year and am truly amazed by how caring she is. Her staff is always friendly and helpful and always eager to assist! I recommend Dr. Reed to ANYONE in need!

Dr. Reed and Dr. Grubbs are amazing doctors. Weve always been welcomed there with smiles, and they treat our autistic son so well. Theyre so quick to answer any questions i have. I am so glad I was referred to their office.

I gave them more chances then I should have. I won’t complain, I’ll just give the facts. Constantly told me to go to the wrong pharmacy. Never explained how much I was going to be charged, and I would have to spend time with a rep later to explain the charges. Lastly, I never had a single appointment that was on time. Average late time was 20 minutes from scheduled appointment, with a maximum of over an hour. I could write more, but I bet INTEGRIS will just end up paying to remove this so what’s the point.

Billing issues beyond belief. It is officially November and i have been trying to have integris place my insurance claim since March. I am so exhausted. I just moved here in March and i was planning on having my family of 5 go to this place for dr. visits but not now. I had 3 checkups for 1 child and i still keep getting letters after i have called numerous times. They tell me its fixed, then next month i get a bill. If you care about your sanity, run and dont look back

Dr. Reed us truly amazing and helpful. Her staff is amazingly nice and she is always there to help out. You can usually get a same day appointment and I would go to no other doctor in the metro!
