After dealing with some long term illnesses that my physician couldnt find answers to, I scheduled an appointment with Rob. WOW! I finally have answers to the root causes of my symptoms, not just throwing another pill at the symptom without gettin to the root of what is truly going on. I have seen Rob twice and have a diet and regimen. For the first time in 20 years, I have energy, my fatigue and exhaustion has subsided, brain fog lifted, cluster headaches eliminated. In the past 4 months I have had 2 migraines, where I had several a month before. My anxiety has lifted to the point I am off all meds. If you can get past the desk staff, there’s a good chance you can get help. The doctor seems to know his business. The reception staff are unorganized and unable to carry on an intelligent conversation. The receptionist in charge of intake and messages jumps to conclusions and is unclear in their communication efforts.

Finding Thrive Medical has been the biggest blessing of my life. Rob Wilson has helped me restore my health after searching for answers for years. Having uncontrolled Hashimotos and hormone issues has been the toughest battle of my life. Years of appointments with endocrinologists and internists lead me nowhere with zero answers as to why I felt the way I did and why I could not lose weight. I began seeing Rob, after seeing 10 doctors and 7 plus years of significant health issues. I set up a phone consultation with him to go over my history to see if I would be a good fit. He was the first person to listen intently to my issues and then repeat back what they were, my husband and I were shocked! Rob wanted to do testing to get to the root of the issue. After the phone consultation, I could not believe that someone actually listened and genuinely seemed to care about my health to the same degree that I did. I do not live in Oklahoma so I traveled over 5 hours to see him for my initial appointment. I filled out the intake form it took me about 10 hours, I wanted him know every single thing so that we really could get to the root issue. When I arrived to my first appointment he had throughly reviewed my medical history and could discuss things that I had written in my intake form with out looking through every page! Rob encouraged me and was the first person that looked me square in the face and say you will get well and my goal is to get you well so you dont have to be a client/patient forever, all other drs I had seen had no answers and scratched their head in confusion or told me I was crazy. Rob had ordered multiple test for me to complete before arriving to my appointment, upon leaving my first appointment he had a plan for me to start. As I began going through the different regimens to treat the underlying issues, it was the first time in over seven years I didnt feel like I had the flu and ache from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. I had Hashimotos the antibodies had began to decrease as we eliminated underlying issues. I continued to have appointments with Rob over the phone and discuss how the treatments were going, he was very knowledgable about the process and made changes when necessary and encouraged me along the way. He continued to listen very intently during each phone appointment as he did the first time I spoke with him. Rob was confident of my underlying issues, we continued to address those issues. I had to make some necessary changes in my life, my health steadily continued to increase. Due to my health issues my husband and I were moving towards adoption, because we thought it would not be possible to have kids. Much to our surprise, I became pregnant, Rob said this happens when your body begins to function like it should by eliminating underlying issues. Rob set me up on a plan specific to my needs to help optimize my pregnancy and provided me with resources to give to my OB. He has been available to discuss different concerns through out my pregnancy. We are currently 3 weeks away from having our first child. I can not remember the last time I felt this good! I HIGHLY recommend Rob and his staff. He is by far the most caring and genuine professional person I have worked with in regards to my health. He customizes and treats everyones case specific to their needs.
