If you like long lines this is your place! There could be a zombie apocalypse and there would be a line at the front register and the pharmacy in the back. They refuse to just hire more help and when hiring seem to always choose the slowest applicants. It could be a great store if the owner wasnt such a cheap person.

Garbage service absolute garbage; not only did they tell me I ‘didn’t look sick’ when I went in for my COVID booster shot (there’s no way to ‘look sick’ or not), then I was overcharged for a photo order out of nowhere and was refused my money back when, the app gave me an entirely different amount. Hopefully the corporate office will help me. Terrible pharmacy and store as a whole.

Bad customer experience with the pharmacy. Long wait time (1 to 1.5 hrs) despite having an appointment. Unorganized work flow at the pharmacy.

They turn vaccine walk-ins away unless its between 3pm-5pm during the wk. No wkend walk-ins or any other time unless between the 2 hour window. Nice job Walgreens

The Pharmacy cashier picked up put me a Q on Hold for 16MinsEvery time the phone rang she put it back down into her Q called back they didn’t answer the phone and put me right into the Q again, when I called the first time she had a attitude, when She asked me what I needed , I said to transfer prescription from out of state and never came back on I even called her again on hold and never came came on Call Back didn’t even answer that time I’ll take my business somewhere else

These guys have no sense of what service is. No knowledge of products, extremely rude customer service. Manager Naman is not helpul but also very disrespectful so avoid him at all cost. If you go there be aware of the pricing as even with the membership the system will generate false pricing. Instant coupons that should generate automatically will not show up. SO LOOK AT THE SCREEN PEOPLE DONT JUST SWIPE THE CARD. I hope this helps people from having a bad experience.

These guys at pharmacy are lost and don’t know what they need to do. Short staffed and on top don’t know how to use the appointment system. I guess it’s failure of pharmacy manager or the staff needs major training on process.

Absolutely horrible service. The woman did not feel like working and claimed there was an issue with my insurance when, there wasn’t. I literally went to my usual Walgreens and the pharmacist there told me that wasn’t the case. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS! I’ll keep going to my usual Walgreens.

Keep putting on hold.Same issues before with another patient with this pharmacy. Recommending pt to go elsewhere. Not worth it.

Easy access and fulfills the need

I never write reviews but George and Tara deserve recognition. They really went above and beyond with customer service.

I have been called 3 times telling me my prescription is ready and when I arrive they tell me its not ready. No courtesy call saying it was a mistake, I have to find out when I go to the store to pick it up. I was then told my prescription wasnt up for a refill after I had already received a call telling me that I can pick up my medication. I am on medication that i need to take everyday and now I am out of supply for the weekend. I would have called my primary during the week to make sure my prescription was approved beforehand if i knew. Fix your pharmacy department.

If I could sum my experience up in one word, I would just say it was terrible. Luckily I have a paragraph to express my outrage about how I was treated. I was waiting in the long line like everyonr else where all of a sudden, this employee “Manny” just cuts in front of the entire line, asks the cashier to ring him up, and then instead of doing the logical thing and opening up the other register, he leaves! The audacity that man has to essentially show that customers are second class citizens.... CVS is going to take all my future business.

Ive been taking an anxiety medication for 23 years same medication it happens to be a benzo which many people know if you take that type of medication AKA Xanax on a daily basis you can actually die from the withdrawal!! Ive been taking this medication as I mentioned above for chronic anxiety disorder for 23 years everyday like clockwork for over 2 decades!! This month they will not give me my medication the Dr gave them an order to fill it but the 2 pharmacist that work there are telling different stories about why I cant pick up!! They are literally playing God with my life bad things happen when I dont have my medication, its been a hard month at least a couple weeks I feel as if Im going to die from back-to-back seizures!! Thats a big side from not having this medication!! Im worried Im scared!! All because they built an option of me, so they are playing with my life!! Its not only unethicalits not even human for someone to deny you such a medication knowing 100% what it can do to you without it!! Sincerely yours scared and worried!!

Very one is very helpful and friendly.Anyone needs a flu shot my advice would be to call ahead for an appointment. With people needing flu and covin shots there are long lines.

This branch has just so many issues, especially the pharmacy. I originally chose to use this location as my pharmacy as it was next to another business I frequented so I was willing to overlook the issues for the convenience. However, there is only so much jackass-ery one can take with messed up medications, long lines and so-so customer service.Absolutely stop in and grab some snacks for a party or some forgotten health/beauty aids. But if you are looking for a MAIN pharmacy, try Boyts in Metuchen for a local feel or literally any other chain pharmacy and youll save yourself A LOT of time and aggravation over time.

I would have given Zero if possible, but the staff especially Virginia is very rude including the Manager....Never Going back there. Walgreen should change the staff especially if there are so many bad reviews it means there is a problem.

They need more people there business going to other pharmacies.overall Walgreen service is down. They were the best 4,5 years ago.I hope they will upgrade their services.

In and out, easy parking

I bought a toy at another location about 5 miles away. I went to this location and found more but priced higher. I showed a manager my receipt and they wouldnt price match the other locations price. Not another store, not online, but another Walgreens location down the street. In a a world where I can order anything online for cheaper and not have to leave my house they should be bending over backwards to help you when you walk into a store. They didnt seem to care here.

Horrible pharmacy dept. Pharmacist changes the rules month to month. One month is 30 days from fill date next is on months with 31 days, you count the fill date, I can subtract 2 from 30 (28th) and 2 from 31 (29th). This overnight pharmacist is playing hero and trying to keep schedule 2 meds from being associated with her name. Unfortunately I have to wait in pain until another Walgreens opens to fill with a real pharmacist who is not interested in being a hero.

This store has no issue blocking the flow of traffic to the bank with deliveries. This is a regular issue and when I got upset I was told by Pepsi that I have to wait whats the big deal. I am so glad these 2 companies have people working for them that have no respect for anyone but themselves.

The store itself is just fine but the pharmacy staff needs a lot of customer service/relations training. Went to drop off a prescription twice now and both times I felt as if they wanted nothing to do with me. They will walk past you, look you in the eye and keep on moving without a word. When they finally bless you with their presence its all hushed tones, no eye contact and ignoring anything else you have to say. That last part is a huge problem because Ive had to tell them numerous times that they were wrong when inputting my insurance. When I would tell them I would get a sideways look as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Then after wasting 5-10 minutes of our time they do what I told them to do from the beginning and wouldnt you know it, worked just fine.I also had questions regarding the availability of medication that they had told me would be available upon my return. I asked and get brushed off and the next window please sign places in front of me while Liam scowled and walked away. It truly feels like I am a bother if I have a question or, god forbid, I drop off a prescription.Very dismissive and condescending and while I sit here typing this I overhear them saying They wanted to wait for the prescription.....well when they are ready they will be ready. Seriously? I havent made a fuss or anything, just sitting here patiently.In the end they earned back 2 extra stars to be average. Got my medication and it was within a decent time frame. The crap attitude that is there with some of the employees is still a problem though. I think I will exclusively use the app from now on to avoid dealing with it.

I like the convenience of this Walgreens. Its close by where I live and I can walk there. Service is great as well. I can check out at another department cashier if the front line is long

This is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve dealt with. Even when you sign up for txt message alert, you get nothing. Recently last week my dr. Sent in order which I got txt right away stating it’s delayed due to insurance problem. I checked every day online and no update. Today, the order is in Rx History section without any notes. I called them and pharmacist tells me that insurance denied it. Txt message should have been sent. I will be taking my business elsewhere for sure.

Dont ever get your FedEx packages delivered here. The staff has no clue where they keep the packages including the Manager. Just absolutely useless staff. No sense of time. Lost $350 for my rental of equipment because of their incompetence!!!!

Although our favorite was RiteAid in this shopping strip, we used to go here when there were some deals in Walgreens. Good for getting photo collages.

We ordered a photobook. their delivery of the product is fast but image quality is very cheap for the price. wouldnt recommend walgreens photo. its high priced than many shops.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible I came to order photos and I am next in line and that cashier lets everyone else in the line go in front of me because “photo is different” that is absolutely ridiculous I will never shop here again spent over 20 mins waiting.

If your not waiting indefinitely in line your standing around waiting for a check out person.Front of store is no better.Unfortunately the pharmacy staff are so busy they need at least 3 other people. Its a shame too because most of them are really cool people, just store is understaffed for amount of accounts.

The person at pharmacy counter does not know how to deal with patients. First time you will go in line and wait for your turn. Once your turn comes, then they will take out the prescription to be picked up and ask you to wait and come in line again to finally pick up. What the heck. Walmart 27 wharmacy is far better. They have a system. If your turn comes up then they will not let you wait again if they have medicines ready. But in walgreens this store they will make you wait agin for no reason

I should give this pharmacy 1 star but I wont! Thank god this isnt my regular walgreens the only redeeming thing about this pharmacy is the young girl up front! My prescription is always delayed or needs to be changed- I have 2 grandchildren- do I look like I want them to be flip flopping on their prescriptions! NOT! I switched to the other walgreens a few weeks ago but had to be back because of something in stock and was reminded of this terrible customer service, always talking to each other and ignoring the customers. My last day here the pharmacists ignored my concerns, I doubt Avney even bothered to explain to them. Nothing against them, Jen usually helps me. On my way out I ran into another technician Sureya who was the only redeeming quality of that visit. She had no idea the service I received and was really empathetic, apologetic and offered to help me. No thanks honey, dont want to even look into that pharmacy again! She helped me carry my sleeping grandson to my car and buckle him in because my other grandson started crying after being stuck waiting for so long!! Very sweet girl so Im giving 5 stars for her, but Im telling all my relatives about this terrible pharmacy anyway!

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could! I waited an hour just now for the most simple explaination/help that they couldn’t seem to give me when I first arrived! I waited in the express line without being addressed for at least 20-30 mins only to be asked if someone was helping me.... OBVIOUSLY not if I’m standing here aimlessly while you help everyone but me! After trying to explain what I need help with for another 15 mins I was then told to go to the other window and wait some more! Only to be told that they heard what I saying from the beginning and that my prescription is discontinued and I should have called if I wanted something else than what they were giving me. Hmmm I FORGOT I WAS A MIND READER! How am I suppose to do that if your pharmacy negated to tell me it was discontinued!? And that I could pick something else up from them tomorrow after having dealt with them for an hour! And my prescription was suppose to have been in the day before but they were out, so I was already getting my pills a day late! So I told him I wasn’t going to do that for those reason so I guess I’ll have to take the one they had that I wasn’t suppose to be given in the first place that I hate. He takes me in other line and I proceed to ask him if my prescription has been changed so this doesn’t happen again and he says no that I’d have to call in next time to let them know I want something different! I’m like what?! Why wouldnt you just changed it in the computer now and save us both the bs!? I just waited an hour for you to help me switch this over and to give me another brand and you didn’t help me with either! And to top it off you seemed irritated with me! When I’m the one waiting forever for service and dealing with all this bs for the most basic help! Some nerve! I could have been in an out if you had said something from the beginning like “your prescription has been discontinued.. we have blank.. if you want something else you’ll have to come in tomorrow.” And I could have made the decision I made and hourrrr prior and saved us both the aggravation! Beyond incompetent and infuriating! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! Thanks for the help - nottttt!

Terrible service!!!! Just went to fill out a prescription after a trip to the hospital. I dropped off the script and then go to pick it up. Then they tell me its out of inventory. Shouldnt you check prior to the order fill. Also how about a courtesy phone call telling me they dont have it.

I only come here when I get home late and no other places are open. The queue/waiting time is AWFUL. Theres always at least 5 people on line ahead of you and the staff is very slow whether it is for the pharmacy or the regular check out.

Beware of getting any vaccinations here. They will make you wait over an hour and waste your time. They don’t accept half of the insurances which they don’t tell you until you have already been waiting in the massive line that is combined for those getting vaccinations and medication pickup. I will not be coming back here for any more vaccinations.
