If Tony knew how this guy has treated his long time customers he’d get rid of him fast! This guy cares nothing about the patients that used this pharmacy for years. He got rid of all the great people that worked there and replaced them with incompetent and arrogant people just like him. I guess either Tony has given up or is blind to all the business this joker cost him. Still sad though, this place was the best until Sclafani !

This pharmacy looks cute on the inside, but that’s all! We went there for our COVID-19 vaccine. The so called doctor was listening to his son’s game and could care less that he gave me the shot in the wrong part of my arm. He was very solemn and aloof. We were made to feel very unimportant. The doctor that gave the vaccine insulted my husband by telling him he couldn’t tell where he gave the shot. He then put the bandaid on the wrong area. The staff in the store didn’t even know the setup for the vaccine and kept sending us back and forth throughout the store to get the vaccine. After the vaccine was given, the doctor nor the staff came to check on us like they were supposed to. People might like the store for the homey displays but the way they setup the vaccine process was haphazard and unprofessional. I was writhing in pain from the first shot only to find the doctor gave it in theMiddle ofMy arm! It’s supposed to be administered in the upper part of the arm muscle. I believe his calessness caused us both undue pain. I called the pharmacy and advised them of our experience. I only wish I had the doctor’s name. He never gave it! We will never go back to that pharmacy for any reason. The folks that run it should keep a tighter watch on who they hire to work there and give the vaccine. We feel like victims!!

This pharmacy has served our family for decades with a perfect record of filling prescriptions, courteous treatment and on-time delivery.

Nice people. They fill your prescriptions quickly. Although delivery can sometimes be difficult. Especially with partial prescriptions. Ill pick up half and then ask about the other half be delivered when ready but it just gets lost in the shuffle. All in all I recommend

Came to meet a Person named Mr. Sun who works in the pharmacy regarding speaking to him about my babies prescription and the he made me wait more than 35 minutes. Very rude and he didn’t bother making me wait for so long. People please avoid going to this guy. Other than that this store is good. You can get what you want most of the time.

Ive only called in to check a prescription and was met with rude interruptions and indifferent as if I was nuisance and hurry off the phone. Please learn some patience. I know its hard times right now but its not an excuse.

Great pharmacy. They are quick and efficient, and explain insurance costs. Recently I was prescribed a medication that my insurance didnt cover very well. Bell recommended a few similar and I got a new prescription. They had to special order but went out of their way to get it same night so I could have my meds. Also the gift store is cute with a selection of candles, chocolates and other nice things. Wonderful local business!

They are totally professional and treat you with dignity and respect like in the old days. You dont find that anymore. They care about you.

My family and I have been loyal customers for, give or take, 20 years. This pharmacy was a no-brainer - excellent and personal customer service, a tried and true go between as far as physicians offices and the patient, dependable following up on intricate situations, long distance assistance, and more. NONE of those things happen now. In the past few months, Bell has missed prescription requests, never followed up with phone calls, incredible delays on filling prescriptions, and never having our familys meds in stock. Oh, and tons and tons of apologies and transfering blame. As 2020 approaches, I can take no more. We will be shopping elsewhere. You should too.

Neighborhood​ pharmacy. Always well stocked. Experienced and helpful staff. More than just medicines. Nice selection of greeting cards for every occasion, original and whimsical items for gift giving, lottery, especialty candies.

People are very helpful. You never have to wait in a line like in CVS or Walgreens for prescriptions. They have beautiful and unique gifts that are priced fair. Greeting cards and everything else you may need.

This is not my usual pharmacy. My husbands doctor prescribed a medicine to this pharmacy as it was a compound medicine. When I went there, the pharmacist told me it will take 1-2 days to prepare it and asked me the quantity I want prepared and mentioned 60gms was $60 and 30gms was $30 and that compound medicines are not usually covered by insurance. I asked her to prepare 30gms for me and when I went to pick it up, they ended up charging me $45. So either they gave me wrong information or overcharged me! Whichever it was, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Every time we have to deal with pharmacist Steve we get attitude. They pretend messages werent left on the refill line. Big turnover with staff and you get treated like its your first time there.

Good pharmacy and they go out of way to help you like finding cupon to reduce the cost of pescription.
