Testing queue moves incredibly slowly - been here 45 mins - it took one car nearly 20 mins to get their test. Get it together guys!

Most of their staff just doesn’t seem to care. The actual pharmacy is the worst though. Idk why after waiting in line and being the next customer it still takes me 15 minutes to get my prescription there. When I’m in the store it seems like they pay more attention to the drive thru, so one time I went through the drive thru and after waiting forever in a line of cars I got to the window and WHILE sitting in front of the window I managed to get through an entire episode of the King of Queens on YouTube. That’s how fkn slow they are. If they say they’ll call you when your RX is ready for pickup just ask how long it’ll take and set an alarm, they’ll never call you. They will send you nonstop texts when you no longer need the RX though.

ZERO star would be proper.Don’t even come in, the staff was so rude.Rosemary and Carrot were both rude and not professional.Everyone gives this place a one star is correct.The staff is not professional at all, they don’t care about their customers.They only gives you a bunch of excuses for their incapability like new process and not even feel bad for not be able to deliver the service or product on time.They even told me to NOT to submit order on CVS after 10pm since they will NOT be able to process it.If you knew that was an issue, then you should talk to your CVS tech people or system people to solve the issue instead having customers compromise to it.

Unprofessional. Was short on two pills and gave them a call. Technician thought i said 1 pill when i said 1 day short which was 2 pills.( 2 pills a day). She then said I need to check the cameras to verify but i had another pill i took with it everyday and that one still had a full day worth. Manager later came on and said its been a month. Youve shouldve counted the pills. Basically putting the blame on the customer???????? Why does your company hire technicians???? Isnt their job to count the pills so that we get the correct amount? Ended up arguing until they said to come to get the pills. About to leave now but who knows how long theyll make me wait this time. Last time they told me it was ready and I waited 45 minutes for wrongly counted pills. CVS lost this customer and will definitely talk to corporate about this.

Did anyone know that they switch weekly deal every Saturday at 4 pm? There is no sign to notice the customers at all! The wewkly deal Feb 21-27 for purchasing 2 Maybelline is $7. Since I purchased at 5 30, my deal is only $5 for the Feb 28 week. And the associate refused to correct it!

Tuesday my son doctor order prescription they don’t have that med ! they told going to get it next day on the order but they didn’t receive that when I call them they say it will come tomorrow today Friday i call them and ask they say you can pick up prescription another half hour then I stop on my way from work I ask them over the window it’s my son prescription ready over the window she told it will ready in 20 minutes after 20 minutes I went to the window there was new assistant her name Natalia Patel she askd the name and date of birth she told that med was out of stock you need to request another alternative med for that I ask her why she told me to wait then she said we try check something and tell that why it’s take 20 minutes her answer was very rude and even they don’t like to ask sorry seems like need to change my pharmacy from this location the location is very bad service and late for prescription ready !

I interacted with 4 different people at the pharmacy on the phone and in person, and they were all extremely helpful. I asked a manager in the store scanning products about an item and she first pointed it out the location, then went to retrieve it from the shelves and handed me the product while I was waiting for my prescription. Very pleased with their service!

Everything was fine until check out. The worker was just standing too close at the self check out, and not only that but TOUCHING my hand and my card. With the pandemic going on, they do not care about regulations and safety.

STAY AWAY. SMALL STORE; RUDE WORKER.Today, I had the most unfortunate experience at the CVS located in 8 Eden Ave, Edison, NJ 08818Linda was very snappy when I tried to use Samsung Pay. She repeatedly yelled out, We dont have Apple Pay. and came across as very rude. Her yelling drew attention. I explained to her that I was attempting to use Samsung Pay and to please let me try it. She replied, We dont have that either. While she was talking, I attempted to use Samsung Pay. She declined the transaction. After using my physical card to pay, she looked very apologetic to the customer behind me and said, Im so sorry about that. while rolling her eyes. I was nothing but polite to her.It would have been easier and quicker to let me find out on my own that CVS does not support either Samsung pay nor Apple Pay. I felt she was shaming me for not believing her. Regardless if I believed her or not, she should have let me try.She missed out on the opportunity to educate me on the benefits of this so called CVS Pay.

This cvs went downhill fast. Used to be a great pharmacy until they started to lose my scripts for my familys medication. Not once but 3 times! Another time they filled 10 pills in a 20 pill prescription! I thought learning basic math and reading skills was a necessity to work there as a pharmacist. Dont even get me started on the professionalism of the staff. They threatened to call the cops on me when I told them I wasnt leaving until they find my script. Steer clear of this place!

I dont understand why this place has such bad reviews. The pharmacy here is wonderful. They always greet me by name when they see me and some of them get my rx ready as they see me walking to the counter. Rosemary and Linda I see in the aisles and they always say hello to me and ask if I need help. I dont understand why they have negative reviews. Oh well everyone has different experiences with people.

Horrible service. Dropped of prescription at 10am it was a 4 pill prescription takes 10 minutes I asked for it to be done by 5. By 6pm it was still not ready.

I used to be a bigger fan when they were a 24 hour pharmacy but now that I have to go during the day and early evening I see what some of the other reviewers mean (used to go at 7am or so on my way to work - miss that luxury).Some of the staff rushes on the phone and in person. They are, more often than not, so short with you when you go that they are rude. There a couple that are a bit nicer but...Thinking of switching locations as this is kind of out of my way but loved the 24hr gig.

On hold for 12 minutes is unacceptable. Went into store to setup my family and have scripts transferred and 2 days later, CVS has nothing!! I am forced to use them and they lack professionalism!!

Trying to do a return at this store, without a Receipt just at the end of the 60 day return window. Apparently without a receipt means you won’t get a return at this store because apparently it’s at the store discretion weather or not they accept a return, so here without a receipt you won’t get any return at all not even for store credit, after customer care confirmed I had purchased the item at this location and the price I paid and the date they still refused to do a return, since I had purchased this item it went on clearance which apparently makes matters worse, so even if I had had the receipt right now within the return window they could still choose not to take the item since it is no longer on the floor plan. I am now waiting for a digital copy of said receipt which could take up to 24 hours which will be out of the return window at the time I get the email, getting customer service on the phone and then saying I did pay that amount on that day should have been enough Information for a return in my opinion but apparently not cvs’, it’s at the discretion of each store weather they accept a return or now which makes 0 sense. I find it absurd that this process has taken so long and still no positive outcome.

Specifically the Pharmacy: The Pharmacists here managed to give me the wrong medication, and wrong dosage, and then proceeded to cover their ass, instead of apologizing. They also were extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me I was wrong, and gave me a 2 minute lecture on why, instead of just apologizing, for a mistake on THEIR behalf. Do not go here.
