This pharmacy is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I have asked them a million questions over the years and they are never annoyed. They look up things if they aren’t 1000% sure. They have great suggestions. You NEVER have to wait more than a few minutes.Seriously. So much better than the “big box” stores. I love this place.

Devines has been our family pharmacy for years. Their staff is experienced and knowledgeable. We always get excellent service and are treated with courtesy and respect. They are competitively priced on prescription medication. We prefer using a neighborhood pharmacy over mail order.

This review is for Post Office and not Pharmacy. I have had 2 negative experiences and 1 other observation:> Sometimes they close during open hours but do not update their hours on the website.> I usually leave packages on the table. Today someone told me I cannot leave my packages because the other person is on lunch break. To the customer, there is no difference.> There can be many people going in and out simultaneously. Sliding doors would be helpful.Note: I am giving 3 stars instead of 2 because I was not on the mailing list prior to today and maybe they do communicate this stuff.

Went here for a COVID-19 PCR test. Make sure you have a prescription from a doctor and medical insurance. The cost without is $123.00, the only way they can bill insurance is with a script.Got here 45 minutes before they opened on a Saturday and was first in line. When they opened the front desk took my information, had me wait in line for the test at the lab. 5 minutes later after filling out 4 lines of information on a patient care sheet I was swabbed and out the door.My experience here was amazing and will definitely use them again. Please make sure you read the 1st paragraph again to do your due diligence before getting angry at the employees.

I went in for a COVID testing. The only good thing is that you don’t need an appointment, but you need a Prescription from your doctor! I called my doctor and they sent it in, but said that isn’t required. So why are they making this more difficult?Secondly, it’s been 6 days from my test and no results!! What’s the point if you don’t get the results timely.

They are fast, friendly, and offer great service.

Went 2 weeks ago for a covid test and it was just a complete mess. They have a ticket system which is great but they tell people to wait in their car without taking their information so how are they supposed to be contacted when their number is called? So twice when I was in line people came in saying they were skipped and now out of no where theres 5 people in front of me and another time 4 people showed up with numbers that were passed already. They did not think this through at all. Also Im assuming it was the head pharmacist was going around everywhere with no mask at all and they were letting other people in with no mask. This is a place to get tested for covid a literal petri dish for it and youre gonna go around with no mask good job. Thankfully the technician who was there doing the tests(I dont believe she works for the pharmacy directly) was super kind and patient and at least for me making jokes to try to lighten the mood. But the whole experience was a complete mess.

I just went through the process for COVID testing at this pharmacy. You need a prescription, THEN you have to deal with an onsite first-come-first-serve sign-up process for getting your test. So, that means a bunch of sick people just stood in the cold and rain in hopes of signing up to get their test. They only had 30 tests available...and I guess they expected 30 sick people so stand in the cold and rain in a 180 ft line around the building...but thats not reasonable. I didnt select the time at which I would get my test, that was given to me. Why could that not be done over the phone? Also, I was 7th in lin...standing in line for over an hour, I recognize the people that were ahead of me. Some guy who was not in line this AM was magically in front of me to get a test...strolled out and called Robert (the owner I take it?) by name...further proving how pointless the onsite signups actually are. It has to be a ploy to sell more cold/sinus meds, right?I got my test there but had my meds filled elsewhere...if you cant come up with a better process than that Im not confident you can put the correct pills in the correct bottle or even count to 30.

I always get great service there. They answer all my questions and are very polite. They have my scripts done and if there is a problem they do what they can to work with me.

Oh, a post office nearby? How convenient! NOT. The post office is closed at 4pm on a Thursday even though they have a sign that clearly says 5:30. They do not honor their hours. Also the grouchy white haired lady in the front needs to be replaced with someone who is friendly and actually has manners.

After waiting for my prescription that was called in about 2 hours before arriving at the pharmacy, I was told “ it would not be in until tomorrow “. This was stated without an apology . Complete lack of customer service. . I was clearly upset and was than asked “if I knew another pharmacy that carried this medication” . I asked the pharmacist how could I possibly know the inventory of another pharmacy?! I am astounded that customers are addressed in such a disrespectful manner while the owner watched from the corner, of the store and how a common medicine is not in stock. This is a small local pharmacy that at a minimum should provide a modicum of respect for its customers. As convenient as the location is I will never use this pharmacy again.

The crew at Devines could not be more pleasant to deal with. From the pharmacist to the Post Office to the person selling you a greeting card, you would be hard pressed to find more courteous and helpful employees. They will go out of their way to find what you want in as short a time as possible. Worth a visit, and theyre very easy to find.

Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable pharmacy staff that helps you through all the insurance issues. The Devines post office is a hidden treasure! The entire store is clean and welcoming, it’s a gem. I’ve used them for over 20 years and so does my family.

I went into drop a mail off after hours. I was not aware of the hours. The lady up front always seems to be a in bad mood. All I had asked was if I can drop it off because I have left a package when they go on lunch break. And she sort of snapped at me. This isn’t the first time the same lady has given me attitude.

I went last 15 years i have always get good servicebut some new lady in pharmacy who handlingevening hours give me very hard time.even look like she has hating and discrimationattitude with me.so i stop to visit this pharmacy.thanks

This pharmacy has U.S Post Office retail station. This is convenient for North Edison residents since the closest U.S Post Office to me is 2.5 miles away. The counter person was wearing a postal uniform at the time of my visit.

Best pharmacy EVER!! Much better than any other pharmacy I have ever used. I am new to this pharmacy but will Def be a customer for life! !

I wish they would stop just changing brands before telling you. I’d go to a different pharmacy then.They also seem to assume anyone with the same last name all know each other despite telling them our phone number repeatedly! Yet they still call others to give my private medication details while calling me to give me someone else’s. WHY GIVE THEM SEPERATE INFO IF THEY CANNOT COMPREHEND HOW TO USE IT PROPERLY??? This has been years now but they are close so I’ve dealt with it.

Im a new customer and the service was quick. The staff made me feel like Ive been a customer for years. Thanks for the service.

Came in for notary services. The notary service was quick and helpful.

Extremely expensive, I has worst experience with my eye drops which were charged 4 times higher then other places.Also, I confirmed same Brand, Same quantity, same ingredient. never recommend it.Check it yourself. get prescription to them and then try with other pharmacy like RiteAid, Walmart, target you will come to know.

The pharmacy never has a long wait, and if there is a short wait, you can easily pass the time by browsing the store or running an errand at the post office.
