I truly can’t even begin to describe how amazing and kind and wonderful Dr. Hathaway and Dr. Pelletier are! As well as the sweet, caring dental hygienists and front office ladies. The whole experience was just so smooth and amazing. Nobody wants dental surgery, or for that matter even a filling, but everything about the whole experience has been phenomenal. I’ve had two procedures now (to fix and perfect the same issue, and a very tricky issue at that) and Dr. Pelletier did the first portion. It was wonderful. Then my second procedure was done by Dr. Hathaway who worked his magic and made the best outcome we were hoping for, happen! It was also my first time being sedated for dentistry and it was perfect. Truly no words! Whether you’re local or not, this is the place to come. Im just beyond grateful for finding them.

I was so nervous to have my dental work done. Dr. Pelletier was super gentle and efficient. He totally eased my nervousness. The customer service was above par. I am a cash pay patient, and I struggle to find dentists who don’t overcharge me, this office is extremely reasonably priced. The office is nicely decorated, clean with brand new technology which makes the exam more enjoyable. I was given a blanket to help me relax. I loved it and highly recommend to everyone!

Dr. Pelletier is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He will always make sure you are aware of what needs to be done, and will explain the process fully. He will never do anything that is unnecessary, or compromise the health of the tooth. His attention to detail makes his cosmetic and restorative work look beautiful and natural. I do not like going to the dentist.A co-worker told me a couple weeks ago there is a service that dental professionals offer now call sedation dentistry. The concept being if you have high anxiety about being around dentists there are sedation options available to you can manage through the experience. I thought this might be something for me. The last experience I had with a dentist was multiple years ago. He didnt care about me, the pain I was experiencing, and when I told him something hurt he would continue.This experience was my normal, the pain from my teeth healed, but the memories stayed forever.Enter Time to Smile. I choose this practice on a whim, and I could NOT have chosen better. The service I received from the time I came in, to the time I left was incomparable to any level of service I have received ACROSS INDUSTRIES. Everyone I met cared. Not just about their job but about me. They cared about my anxiety, they made sure I was comfortable, and ensured I was informed through every step of the process, and most importantly was kind and comfortable from the time I checked in to the time I paid and left.I had a root canal performed today.If you were to tell me a year ago, heck two weeks ago, I would have had a root canal performed and I would be writing a five star recommendation towards the practice I would have told you to check into a hospital. I thought I needed to be sedated to be in a dental office, turns out I just needed a staff that cared. I still have anxiety towards the procedures I have coming up in the future, but I have confidence that I will be receiving the highest level of care before, during, and after them.Thank you Dr. Pelletier. My whole life I have been a dentists worst patient until I met Dr Hathaway!I often would end up in a panic attack, and end up in tears! I was having a significant amount of pain in my jaw over the weekend and needed help. I gave their office a call and within 30 minutes on a Saturday Dr. Pelletier called me back and sent in a prescription to the pharmacy so I could get through the weekend. He was able to see me in first thing on Monday morning for the procedure I needed and he did an excellent job. Professional, extremely knowledgable, great communication - It could not have been a better experience. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Pelletier and his teams help. I called around to a couple places (crying the entire time) looking for a dentist that would put up with my ridiculous behavior. I didnt find Time to Smile, one of the other offices actually suggested I call them. I figured they must have earned some respect if other offices are referring potential patients to them. I wasnt disappointed! Kyle is great and has that goofy easy going personality to help put you at ease but most importantly hes dedicated to answer any and all of your questions for those over thinkers (like me). Ive never had a dentist actually give a number to call after hours. Then Laura the most amazing dental assistant. She is so very smart, kind and intuitive. Shes not scared to tell you how it is and I cant tell you how comforting that is! For someone who cries the entire time at an office its nice to be treated with respect none the less. They make quite the team! If I could rate them higher, I would.

Im an endodontist, which is a root canal specialist. Dr. Hathaways office periodically refers patients to our office for root canal treatment so I get to see his work and hear what his patients say about him. Over the years, Ive been very impressed by what I see and hear. Well, yesterday I got to experience the magic myself. From the moment I walked in the door till the time I left, I was treated like gold. Dr Hathaway was very gentle and everything went smoothly. He is the kind of dentist that dentists go to.

Let me just start by wow! I had been meaning to write a review for a little bit now and after last visit I had too. So here I am. Dr. Kyle pelletier is so calming and was so informative on everything I needed. I first came in with extreme pain, never wanting to go to the dentist because I have a 10 anxiety and finally forced myself to go. My face was swollen and didnt know what to do. I went in for my initial visit and he listened gave me medicine and brought me back with in 2 days. At that next visit I recieved a root canal which was surprisingly fast and so much easier than expected. I went recently to get my perm crown delivered. Ever step of every visit was explained to me well and I can now say I have no fear of the dentist because of him. Wish I would have went to him sooner. Thank you so much for being such a great listener to my needs and taking such great care of me and my tooth. Ill be returning for my cleaning and a implant with a smile!

I am terrified of going to the dentist, however, I can’t recommend this place enough! Dr Pelletier did a fantastic job and made me feel very comfortable despite having had 3 root canals at once. Laura ended up being like a friend I had known for years by the end, she was kind and did a really good job keeping me relaxed. Dr Hathaway even stopped by to talk to me as well and he too is so kind. I would highly recommend coming here, I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I’ve always had great experiences when going to the dental office but Dr Kyle Pelletier has really exceeded my expectations and has set the bar high. He takes his time when speaking to you, he is very thorough and makes sure you understand everything before anything is done. I saw Dr Pelletier for a root canal, an extraction and implant . He explained everything he was doing, and everything he did was pain free. Dr. Hathaways staff are so warm, friendly and genuine! Dr. Peletier did my procedure and it was quick and painless. Dr. Peletier was first rate at educating me as well as friendly and professional. His assistant, Laura, was incredibly kind and competent as well. Another assistant walking by saw me shiver and brought me a blanket! Down to earth people, beautiful atmosphere, highly competent professionals!

Dr. Hathaway and his team are a great family-centered practice. I got my first filling yesterday, and the procedure was smooth and painless. The staff and doctor are friendly and accommodating. Theres no pressure or up-selling of products and services (although I did inquire about teeth whitening and ortho and decided to go for it). All of my family, including two elementary school aged girls, love Dr. Hathaway and his team!

Ive been going to them for about 15 years. For the first 8 years I didnt have dental insurance and the service was always reasonably priced. The dental work and cleaning is painless. I think the x-ray photos are the hardest part. Once those are done e everything is a cake walk

Great until their not. Last visit his office made a mistake and not only did I have to deal with the pain of their mistake I also had to pay for it all and my experience was similar to another patient of his. Fishy and costly I would only see him for about two years and if he says you need a crown without a root canal red flag go to a different dentist or youll end up paying for a new crown and the cost to fix it after your told you need a root canal.

With Evan Hathaways office being so close to where I work, I thought I would try them out, and I am so happy that I did. The staff was professional and incredibly friendly. Writing a review for a dentist is certainly relative, since I have no interest in people working on my mouth EVER. I can say however, that I really dont know how one could have a better experience than receiving treatment at Dr. Hathaways office. From the moment I walked into the cozy and inviting reception area, until my initial exam was completed, I was thoroughly impressed.Dr. Hathaway, his staff and his facility gave me the initial comfort, trust and confidence after trying them out on a visit to make them my primary dentist.Its just an environment where everyone has a friendly and happy attitude that is contagious. The knowledge, individual concern and care that was tailored to me was something I had never experienced. There is just something that breeds comfort when you feel everyone loves going to work. I have since had two crowns and restorative work (not to mention sleeping while doing it) completed, besides regular maintenance. I found Dr. Hathaways office by driving down State Street and seeing the Sedation Dentistry sign on his building. As I have always had to be a frequent visitor to the Dentists office, I decided to check it out...I am SO glad I did! I have had many procedures at this office, and with sedation, or without, I have always been comfortable and happy with the care I have been given. I am confident I am receiving professional care, and I feel that Dr. Hathaway tries to make sure that you maximize your insurance dollars while getting the best care possible. His Chairside Assistants are AMAZING...they always anticipate what will be needed and this makes the procedures go as smoothly and quickly as possible. The Hygienists...super fantastic!!! Very professional, THOROUGH, and great conversationalists! Front Office Staff - very friendly...always know your name, and help you with making appointments that are convenient and fit in your schedule. (Im a Teacher, and they know our Districts Breaks and days off better than I do!). Mary Ellen takes care of the financial part of the practice, and she is patient and really takes care of business! In summary...try them, youll like them! (Hope this wasnt too long....!)

My family has been going to Evan Hathaway, DDS for over 25 years. He and his staff have given us the friend least care. They are very pleasant and always staying up with the latest procedures. As a child growing up on a farm with well water, I had many cavities and a dentist that did not keep up with any new procedures. I did not like going to the dentist. Every time I went I had a cavity or something else worked on and it hurt. Dr. Hathaway and his staff have been to say the least, gentle, friendly and understanding. They want you to have a great experience so that you wont be afraid of going. If having trouble they will make it right! Until I moved here and went to Dr. Hathaways, I knew nothing about gum disease. Dr. Hathaway and his staff are the greatest and I and my family love going to the dentist now.

Due to dental anxiety, I have put off routine dental visits for a very LONG time. I finally went to see Dr. Hathaway this morning and, though my anxiety was through the roof, my visit was amazing. Dr. Hathaway and his staff are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable people. I have never been very comfortable with dentists but they always make sure I am comfortable and know what is going and if i am uncomfortable they address the problem right away. Thanks Dr. Hathaway

I have a huge fear of dentists always have the staff is all very friendly and comforting they made me feel at ease when I had to have a lot of work done and the price was fair and very realistic with my budget! I highly recommend seeing this staff for any dental needs!

Awesome from beginning to end

Results not as discussed and crown placed approx 3 years ago is being re-done by another dentist as it did not fit.

I had my first appointment with Time to Smile yesterday and it was most likely the most pleasant visit to a dentist I have ever had. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming the receptionist was cheerful and very knowledgeable about my insurance process. The dental hygienist was informative on each procedure while still being affable she performed and paid close attention to every detail. The Doctor obviously knew his stuff and was very genuine and cool.Very pleased to have TTSD as my new Dentist
