I have been a patient of Eagle River Smiles since moving to Idaho 2yrs ago and I can say that my experience has been amazing. Dr Baird and his entire staff make me feel like I’m a superstar!!! From the greeting when I enter until the time that I leave, they treat me with a smile and joy... it’s a totally pleasurable experience. The assistants don’t just “take care of business” they build rapport with you and always make sure you’re comfortable. Dr Baird is equally as personable; actually even more. He never recommends anything that’s extreme or unneeded and you can tell he sees you as not only a patient but also a real person (not just a number). He not only takes time to find out what your goals are for your smile; but he cares about your personal life as well. He’s the BEST... the entire staff for that matter.If I could sum things up I’d say this... It never feels like you’re in a dental office; it seems as though you’re in a high end spa!! I mean honestly; where else can you get your teeth cleaned while watching a tv on the ceiling and wearing headphones??? Exactly... NOWHERE!!!

There seems like there is a lot going on in the photo below of my son getting cavities treated, but what you dont see is tears. He was in that chair for 90 plus minutes and was happy to come in the following week when we had to finish the other side of his mouth. BTW - a note to all parents: it is never to early to start flossing as well as brushing.My wife and I have been using Dr. Bairds and his teams services for 5 years and I am sure we will be seeing him for many years to come, but hopefully we will mostly only see his hygienists! I would recommend Dr. Baird for any age individual in your family.

Dr. Baird and his staff constantly exceed my expectations. Not only do I trust that my familys dental health is under exceptional care but the warm and friendly culture of the office is so comforting. Multiple times he and his staff has been generous with their time in answering questions via phone, email, and in office that put my concerns to rest and prevent me from spending money without need.

Hooray for Dr. Andrew Baird! Ive been using a sleep appliance instead of a CPAP machine for years, and the sleep appliance made by Dr. Baird is the best one ever.

Very unprofessional. After 2 visits last year, they cancel my appointment this year 2 weeks before for reasons Im unsure, and I made it almost 2 months ago! In todays covid-19 climate thats just unacceptable! It takes a while to get an appointment with any medical provider. All those insurance payments are useless if we cant use it.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Bairds office and I am so happy I chose Eagle River Smiles! Their office is gorgeous first off. I was greeted right away and given a tour of the office. Ive known and liked Andrew Baird for many years. Hes very honest and kind. I recently decided to try out his dental skills :). I prefer to work with one family dentist, rather than use a separate pediatric dentist for my 5 kids. It helps keep my life simpler, so I took my whole family to him. I was very impressed with how he and his staff dealt with all ages. In the past the x-rays have been the most traumatic experience in the dental chair for my kids, often including tears, because the bite wings were always too big and sharp. Dr. Baird has less invasive technology that captures the needed images with no pain. It was a breeze even with my 4 yr old. I personally had to have some fillings replaced and appreciated how gentle Dr. Baird was and how much he cared that I was comfortable. He also offered an in-house family insurance plan that significantly cut our families dental costs, since we dont have dental insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Baird to anyone of all ages!

I am deathly afraid of dentists in general but had to get some chipped teeth repaired and chose Eagle River Smiles. I am blown away at the level of professionalism and care from every single member of that team. Although my teeth got drilled out of my face, all four appointments have been consistently amazing. I have found Dr. Baird very interested in listening to whatever concerns you may have. He will adapt his approach to meet your needs. From concerns with water in the back of your throat to issues with needles. He is wonderful to work with and does great work. These people are great. My work ended up being more complex, and at 5 pm when I was told it would take longer than expected, I thought they would tell me to come back the next day. Dr. Baird and one of his assistants stayed late - well after business hours - to make sure I was taken care of. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere pleasant (well, considering youre there to get your teeth drilled), and overall one of the best dental experiences Ive had.

While I havent been a patient of Dr. Baird and his staff, I have had the good fortune of interacting with them through work. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in the door. I was a first-time patient and the dentist went out of his way to meet with me before I even went in to get my teeth clean. The hygenist was nice and walked me through everything and showed me everything. I had a few cavities and they were able to get me right in that day... which is unusual because they are always busy. They made it a comfortable experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Even those with strong nerves like me when it comes to the dentist. You can tell the dentist has gone a long way making his staff as great as they are. Teamwork has a whole new meaning there.

So grateful I found this place. After a year of suffering with a bad crown from another local place, I decided to try a new dentist. I came for a free consultation mini implant as a coupon from the mail. I was going to proceed with the implant until I went to make the appointment at front desk and they told me 84$ for a free consultation. Very misleading and I wouldnt have consent to any of the x ray or exam. I refused to pay and will be not going back for my mini implant. I will find an honest dental practice.

At first I was not super pleased with the customer service when reporting an issue with my crown, but the office manager and the Dr made it right and I am pleased that they were true to their word!

Dr. Baird explained the whole process so clearly and even worked with me on researching Acceledent and adding that to my treatment plan.
