I had an appointment with Dr. Larson this morning at 11:00 am. I am getting the top right back molar redone. They had to take off the old crown and filling and put a new crown on. Pictures were taken, lots of grinding and mouth stretched here and there and then the crown was made right there and put in. Cannot say enough of his assistant keeping me informed, what to do and excellent flushing and drying of the mouth. What an easy time they made it and the fact the crown is in just like that and I felt great. Went shopping (and probably happy to have a mask on ) the rest of the day. I have never had any complaints about this office. But one thing I really do appreciate, is I never spend much time at all in the waiting room. Today my appointment was at 8:20, I was 2 minutes early and I had a dentist in my mouth at 8:21. That makes taking time away from work much easier.

First visit to Dr. Larson. I was very impressed with the general attitude of friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff and Dr. Larson. His exam was very thorough and his suggestions for care were not pushy or excessive just realistic. His prices were also explained well and were reasonable. Suggestions for how to deal with non insurance were welcomed and helpful. For someone in their 60s I felt very comfortable. Hayley the hygienist was great. I actually enjoyed the cleaning and we laughed a lot. Honestly, best dental visit Ive had in years.

I do not recommend Dr. Donald E Larson’s dental office. The front desk staff/billing/management is a mess! Out of my 40 reviews on Google I have only left one other 1 star review, but after the time Ive wasted trying to figure out what I actually owed Dr. Larson’s office- trust me, they deserve the poor rating.There were some issues with my insurance - which I was aware of. Outside of that though, there were times I would call to pay my bill and be given different totals than what my invoice said. I called to pay off my balance in 2018 and was told I owed less than I thought. I asked numerous times if they were sure and they assured me it was correct. Well… it WASNT and a gift of whitening my mother got me was now a paid expense.There are close to 50 other dentists in the Eagle, ID area. Choose an office who has their invoicing and billing management together!

I always feel comfortable at Dr. Larsons office. The staff is ultra friendly; they are always smiling and helpful and never gossip at the front desk. Hayley, my hygienist, is professional, thorough, and can always remember what we talked about six months earlier and she asks me about it. Dr. Larson is great. He explains all options and tells you what hes doing as hes working on you...unless of course you prefer not to know. He is honest and willing to work out treatment and/or payment plans. At Dr. Larsons dental office, they go out of their way to make the dental experience pleasant.

Dr. Larson is a great dentist. I originally changed to Dr. Larson after having a tooth Crack. Dr. Larson was able to give me instructions over the phone on what to do, and fit me in for an appointment the next day. I could tell he had great attention to detail and wanted the inlay to be perfect (which it is). He also knew I would be concerned about cost. His staff worked with me to quickly and accurately tell me what options were available, and how much my insurance would cover so that I could make a good decision.I had a similar crack with a different dentist and ended up with an expensive root canal and a poorly fitting crown. I can still tell the difference in the tooth with the crown, but I cant even remember which tooth Dr. Larson fixed. It feels exactly like the original tooth.After such a good experience I quickly convinced my wife and children to switch to Dr. Larson as well. Weve been with Dr. Larson for over 5 years now and wouldnt change for anything. Its nice to know Ive got a dentist who cares about me even if I have an emergency on the weekend.

I was new to Eagle Idaho and was in a bind before a trip I had planned. After researching dentists in the Eagle and Boise area I found Dr Larson and called his office. They were so nice and made sure they took care of me before my trip! My second visit I lost a crown and again they took care of me quickly. The girls at the front are so friendly and his back office staff is clearly experienced! He has all the up to date equipment which is comforting. Dr Larson is the most detail-oriented dentist I’ve ever been to. I have a tooth that has always had problems since I was a little girl. He was the first dentist (decades later) to finally fix it for me.

I recently needed to have a broken tooth addressed and Dr. Larson and his staff provided a great experience and superior service. They worked with my hectic schedule and found a time for our visit which went very well. Same day crown is awesome and Dr. Larsons assistant did a beautiful job on the shade match. Dr. Larson is a true professional and I highly recommend him and his team!

So pleased with the quality of care at Dr Larsons office. As a mom of five kids, I love that we can all comfortably have our dental care taken care of here and that it continues to be a positive experience for each of us, from the 3 year old to the 40 year old. Dr Larson helped me with a broken crown. He was very fun and friendly and was able to restore my crown without expensive replacement. The staff is very nice and the office is beautiful with TVs in the ceilings so you can watch your favorite program and forget about the dental work being done. I was very happy with the service and will return.

Both my husband and I went in for our first visit last week. We both walked away VERY impressed with Dr. Larson and his staff. They were thorough, attentive, and did not try to up-sell us on any services we did not need. We are so happy to have finally found a dentist we can trust.

Dr. Larson has always been great to work with. Hes patient and explains what the procedure will be like. If its an emergency hell find a way to see you. Service and treatment are top notch.Hes also current on the latest technology. Ive had several crowns re-done by Dr. Larson and could not be happier with the results. He creates the crown right in the office, same day most of the time. After the fun prep work is done, just sit back, read for a bit or watch TV and in about 30 to 45 minutes your new crown is ready. Granted, we are talking about going to the dentist, so loved it might be hyperbole. Still, the experience was quite pleasant. The staff are all personable, with lovely smiles—as one would expect—and Dr. Larson took time to explain his examination procedures—as one might not expect. Their electronic intake forms sped up the new patient process, and after I had completed the forms, they immediately took me to the exam chair.

I have an irrational fear of dental work and Dr. Larson and his staff work patiently and painlessly with me. His staff are the most kind, and compassionate folks I have encountered in a dental office. The crown Dr. Larson did for me was done in one visit and guaranteed for life. Cant beat that.

Ive been going to Dr Larson since moving to Idaho 5 years ago. It wasnt until earlier this week that I needed a same day appointment to check out some serious pain in my cheek, and some swollen glands. Dr Larson was able to get me in within 2 hrs, and was incredibly gracious when I was stuck in traffic and running late to the last minute appointment. Once I arrived, the hygienist was so genuine, and caring when inquiring my symptoms. Dr Larson was very thorough, empathetic, and informative when checking everything out, and did an awesome job of coming up with a solution to manage pain - even with something as simple as a large, inflamed canker sore. He also provided a wealth of info on how to prevent similar issues in the future, what to do to promote healing, and what red flags to look for that would necessitate another phone call. In addition to this particular experience, Dr Larson has always provided creative, helpful, and practical solutions for long term when addressing any dental issues Ive had. Awesome dentist, would definitely recommend every time.

I have severe white coat anxiety and Dr. Larson made me calm and took care of me so that I was less distressed and got the care that I needed. He is thorough and gentle.Again, my visit was very good. Been having trouble with some phantom pain. But fortunately there was no decay just a super sensitive tooth. Dr. Larsen applied a fluoride coating that has already helped and supplied a toothpaste for sensitive teeth. As usual the staff was friendly and professional and made me comfortable.

Don is a very good dentist. He is practical and conservative with treatment plans which is great. My prior dentist, and all of his staff right down to the receptionist (Im not kidding), were very clearly trained in the art of the upsell for expensive cosmestic services. In the 8 or so years I have been going to Don I have never had a whiff of an upsell from him or anyone else in the office.My boys like going to Don - well as much as anybody can like going to a dentist. I have my mother going there because I know shell be treated well. The hygenists and other staff are great too!
