The dentist Ashely Sara and her team were great! This was perfect timing that we met them since we just moved here and were looking for a dentist. My 2 year old was very comfortable with her and were so happy to have found them today. They are worth the drive and we had a great experience! I had a very nice experience here. I called for a new patient appointment and due to a cancellation they scheduled me in two days later. Katie, the dental hygienist, was very thorough spending at least an hour cleaning my teeth. The x-ray machine was super quick and she did a scan of my mouth so we could see all my teeth. Dr. Brown was nice and efficient. Everyone in the office was very nice and friendly. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me a bunch of extras either.

The front office staff is so great. I was greeted by Holly, and checked out by Marcia, who were both just the friendliest people. My hygienist Georgia was phenomenal - she explained everything so well and answered all my questions, and made sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Andrea complimented my shirt which made my day. All around great visit, and as someone who doesn’t love the dentist, the environment here made it much more pleasant than I was anticipating.

Knowing the current economic situation and the events leading up to it, going to the dentist was on a low priority for quite a while. I went to Castleberry Dental armed with every excuse of why I hadnt been to get my teeth checked and cleaned. The staff was accomodating and caring. I recieved a well planned and executed treatment along with an action plan going forward for the next year. I am once again confident that my teeth are in good shape and that puts a big smile on my face. I cant believe I am saying this, but I am looking forward to my next appointment. Lol!

All procedures are done while sitting in a gentle massage chair and there is a TV above the chair that you can watch or listen to music, and I always go away with a full “goody bag.”There are also no surprises! I saw Dr. Ashley Sara today, 8/26. The visit was urgent due to pain. One could not ask for a more friendly and engaging person, the key point here is she is undeniably well versed in her craft and a very good diagnostician. She had gotten a hint of a second problem in the neighborhood and didnt until shed identified it.Her repair on the first issue was completed in what felt like record time.Finally, the cherry on the cake she has a wicked sense of humor that left me laughing as I got off the chair! Now, how many times had that ever happened.So, 5 Stars, maybe even a 6 somewhere.:)

I’ve never had such a positive experience with a dental office before. They’re thorough in all processes including explaining my medical benefits, payment options, and opportunities to personally better my own dental health. All of my dental opportunities/feedback gets presented to me politely and without shame or degradation. I got Invisalign through them and couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. Additionally, the chair has massage rollers, there is Netflix available, headphones so you can hear over the dental tools, and a warm towelette to clean up with. My only complaint is that they’re so efficient that not only do I rarely have to wait at all to be taken back to a chair, but my cleanings are done right before the best parts of whichever Star Trek episode I started 😆 I really have no complaints here. They’re fantastic!

The staff was amazing and they had a variety of comfort amenities for their patients including a tv on the ceiling with Netflix, massage chairs, neck pillows, weighted blankets, and hot lemon-scented towels. I have struggled finding a good dentist forever. My entire family and grandparents transferred to Castlebury Meridian a couple years ago and they have thoroughly impressed us all. We have all seen Dr Andrea and Dr Brown, they and their staff are all wonderful. The hygienists always ask how the rest of my family is doing, and talk about how much they enjoy having us as patients. I was recently in a car accident, and started having pain in my jaw. I would have never associated seeing a dentist after a car accident, but it seems to be more common than I expected. My appointments are always fast, but never rushed and staff always asks if there is anything else I would like the Dr to know before leaving.They were very helpful in making sure I was taken care of while recovering from my car accident and were more than generous working with my insurance claim. (The woman who handles their billing and payment plan office is PHENOMENAL too!)I highly, highly recommend Castlebury Dental to everyone. You wont be able to find anyone with a more caring and compassionate staff. 100/10 in my book!

Super helpful, the massage chair is heavenly, and I didnt get the feeling I was a paycheck to them. They have their own dental insurance setup where you pay for reduced rates, which is better and cheaper than most dental plans you get at work. Over all a great find.

I have MAJOR dental anxiety and usually avoid going to the dentist at all costs. After moving to the area over a year ago, I thought it was time I find myself a dentist and landed at Castlebury Dental after a few referrals from friends and neighbors.Boy am I glad I got the guts to come in and meet Dr. Andrea. After a routine cleaning, we spoke about a treatment plan that would make me feel comfortable. I worked with Marcia who goes over finances, insurance, and just about any other questions you might have. Not only was Marcia very knowledgeable, but also extremely easy to talk to.Today was my big treatment, nearly 6 hours of work. Dr. Andrea and her assistant Audrey were amazing. They were very patient and worked at a pace that made me feel comfortable the entire 6 hours! Audrey made sure I had all my creature comforts (pillows, blankets, earphones, etc.) while Dr. Andrea nearly talked me through the entire procedure. I left with the most beautiful smile I’ve been dreaming of for years!From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the lovely staff at the front desk, to working with Marcia on treatment plans and cost, to sitting in the seat with Dr. Andrea and her assistant Audrey, it was by far the most pleasant trip to the dentist I have ever had. I must say I am not a fan of dental visits. Having said that I found Castleberry Dental to be a delightful experience. Massage chairs, warm moist towels, TVs on the ceiling, quick and efficient service with a smile 😊 and estimates for optional future work at the time of checkout.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! First, even with Covid happening right now I felt safe being worked on and being in the office! Second, everyone was so wonderful and kind to me and my husband. Every step of the way we were told what was being done to us and I appreciate that because Im not a dentist and I dont know how it all works! They showed us or x-rays and scans of our teeth and that was cool to see! The chairs we sat in were massage chairs and had a TV mounted on the cleaning to watch any show, so that was a nice distraction! Or dentist and assistance BOTH were so friendly and took the time to get to know us and showed a great personal interest making us feel truly comfortable and like we were friends! At the end we sat in our own private room to discuss the payment and I appreciate that Marcia explained every option to us and even again when I asked the second time!! We even needed extra work done beyond what we initially went in for but they had time and got us in like 5 mins later! Truly an amazing experience and fair, reasonable prices!

I’ve been here many times for a teeth cleaning and cavities and even a tooth extraction. The hygienists, staff and my dentist, Dr. Brown, have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Love this place.

They seem to be only concerned about profit and not being a healthcare provider. There is terrible communication and they never get back to you. Ive been trying to get an Invisalign account switched for over a month and they have zero sense of urgency. If you want better care and communication, go somewhere else.

Dr. Andrea Brown is super kind and friendly and explained everything and took her time when examining as well. The dental hygienist were very helpful and friendly and most of all very gentle when doing their cleaning and X-rays. They are very welcoming and office/rooms were very clean. Leaving a bad review because they only care about reviews....never experienced a place that pushes so much for a good review. They run thier business like a mass number is what they want. I had my tooth get a crown which Ive had issues with since it was done and they still owe me money for paying too much. 6 months later I am still trying to get a refund for overpay.
