Check in was super simple and easy. Didn’t wait long at all. The hygienist was really good and explained everything that she was going to do. The dentist was super sweet. Definitely recommend!

Im so glad we were recommended this place. Just having moved from Florida we didnt know where to go. We had a great experience at Ambrose. I didnt catch the red haired girls name but my children adored her. The entire staff were very hospitable! My three boys had nothing but good things to say after the appointment...and that is saying a lot. What child enjoys the dentist!?

We had my sons first dentist appointment at Ambrose last week and it was a fantastic experience! Logan Acree was amazing with my son keeping him calm the whole time. We’ll definitely be back!

Everyone was super nice! My little one had a really bad experience with our local dentist. Dr. Ambrose and his staff made her feel right at home! I also noticed that other children there that were being seen were happy and comfortable in the setting. That was very reassuring! The atmosphere was very clean and organized. We were seen promptly and we were able to finish up quickly without feeling rushed. We are so grateful that we were referred to Dr. Ambrose. We will be solely using him for all of our pediatric dental needs!

I hardly ever do reviews but I was blown away at this visit. Definitely wasn’t at all what I expected a FIRST appt for my 2 year old & my 10 month old to be like. We were rushed back there in a hurry. When I was asked which child I was going to hold & which my friend was going to hold I told them I was probably going to need to hold both bc they’ve never been & I don’t want it to scare them. It was totally disregarded & was told we’d see what happens & I was not given a chance to hold or see my 10 month old. I was also not given a chance to comfort & let my toddler understand what was going on before I was told to lay him back & his lips were pried open & pulled up til his gums were pure white all the way around. Then when it was time to go I was comforting my toddler after he was horrified but couldn’t do that either before a nurse was rushing us out of the seat for a sticker. Then to top it all off nobody came to talk to me about my 10 month old & my friend assumed they would so I had to go back in there to find out about her. It was a very poor experience. I feel like they had absolutely no time for us. If fast & no explaining is what you like then this is your place but if you’re a mom who likes the first visit to be a knowledgeable & cordial & comforting experience for your child then this is not for you. I DO NOT recommend them if you want some one on one to talk to them. We had NO one on one at all & was barely spoken to. The hygienist didn’t say anything to my toddler at all. Will be canceling our next appt & finding a new dentist.

The worst dentist my child has ever been too. The staff started out nice but gradually it just got bad. When going over her X-ray results and what the dentist believed needed to be done he done he talked about a tooth was done poorly yet THEY did it. Then when we expressed our concerns it turned into “your child is a problem child and never behaves in the back”. Definitely would not recommend this office to anyone.

Took grandchild for daughter in law. I thought appointment was @8. She was running late so we didnt leave until 8. We were at office at 8:27. When I tried to sign him I was told he couldnt be seen because we were late. I understand the importance of being on time but where to draw the line? Would they have cancelled had I been 15 minutes late? Would I have been seen early if I had been early? I dont think so. So he missed 2 1/2 hrs from school with no written excuse from dentist, I lost 1/2 day of my time and my daughter in law was stressing from busy work day and not being able to take him to having to deal with rescheduling only to find appointment card that gad the appointment at EIGHT THIRTY!! WE WERENT LATE!! All for naught. He now has a new dentist 😌.

By far the best place for the kids to have there teeth cleaned. Very friendly and helpful people I love them. My 6year old loves everyone in the office. When I tell her its time to go she gets a smile and says lets go.

After taking my 4 year old to 4 different dentists I finally found this one and they are AMAZING!! Very nice clean place, Dr. Ambrose and all the staff were so helpful, nice and friendly! Just awesome! I would definitely recommend anyone with kids to go here!

My daughters 1st dentist appointment was Fast, Friendly and Helpful. I love the fact that after visits they give a token for a toy before leaving and they also get a sticker :) We go back in September for her cleaning :)

If I could give them a zero I would! They were absolutely horrible and like to threaten parents with dfacs. My son had a small scratch on his face and the doctor asked my son if he wanted him to call dfacs on me. I was mortified! How dare he ask my son that! He was also a really rude and snappy when he talked to me and basically told me not to talk or ask questions about what they were doing. They also made me sit outside the door and didn’t want me in the room with my son. I left that place very upset I was also sent a letter saying they wouldn’t see us anymore because I made a post on Facebook about my experience there. Do not ever go to these horrible people. We reported them to corporate and the board of dentistry! They pick on people who has Medicaid insurance and treat others with regular insurance like gold! I feel discriminated against!

My two daughters were seen for the first time today. The staff was extremely friendly and very patient with my kids. The wait was not long and the service was great!

This place is the best there so qyick and they do great with kids.. But during procedures you do not go bacl with ur kids

Dr. Ambrose and his staff are awesome!!! They are friendly and knowledgeable and work very hard to put both parents and kids at ease right down to Super Hero costumes and T-shirts. Dr. Ambrose is genuinely concerned for and cares about his patients. He even called our home to check on our SPECIAL NEEDS daughter after her procedure and gave us his cell phone number so we could contact him on the weekend if anything adverse occurred. The ONLY thing that I am not in love with is the wait time. Anything over half an hour is excessive to me.

I love this place, everyone is nice and polite. The environment is specifically for kids and i love that. I will take this almost two hour drive from grovetown, ga anytime
