Love how friendly the staff and how amazing they are with my kids, so kind and very outgoing. It’s always a fun time when we come. Especially love the decorations for the holidays it’s our favorite part. Wouldn’t take them anywhere else

I had my first exam at Waterford dental and the process was great. Dr Glants explained all of my issues and what my past dental office had missed, which are things I had pointed out to my prior dentist. She was honest with when I needed to get the treatment done and told me which ones were priority vs what I could wait on. I have dental anxiety and Dr Glants was incredibly gentle and made me feel comfortable.She is also the only Dr that has ever explained to me that me being Irish/Germany may make it harder for me to get numb during procedures. I have struggled in the past with feeling what was happening in my procedures due to the numbing not working. I feel so happy that she is willing to take more time with the work that needs to be done in order to ensure I am numb and comfortable. I have never felt more excited to get my mouth fixed.

Today is the first time I go to this dental office. I feel their focus is collecting money instead of treating you and focus on your problem. I’m not sure what was missing in my check up and it cost me $188 before insurance coverage. I think they should collect money after the treatment. Really????? Don’t take my word for it but experience it yourself. All the sudden they will ask you. How would you like to pay for the service before you notice that the service is over. Pay them and get out of here

Dr Chang and his crew are THE BEST! So caring, accommodating, gentle and nice. Dr Chang is honestly a Miracle Worker. I came in with an emergency situation and very depressed about it. He took the time to talk to me and I knew I was in good hands. I have hope and I’m grateful that I will have my smile back. Waterford Dental and Dr Chang ROCK 😀

Great dental assistant (Denay) - friendly, knowledgeable and does a very good job.X-Ray technician works quickly and efficiently.Dr. Perkins is sharp and has an answer for all my questions ( and will back-up what he says much of the time with pictures). Staff works well together to help you. My daughter and I both have dental and orthodontic work done at Waterford. We originally looked here because of the proximity to home, but even now that were across town, we still enjoy the office. The front office works well to find appointments that work with our schedule, and we have both had great results with our orthodontic work. The front and back office seems to get along well, which is nice. Ive been to other offices where that is not the case, and it feels very awkward to visit. The staff at Waterford is always friendly and professional, and they seem to have updated technology when it comes to their record keeping and tools. That gives me more confidence about the work than some outdated offices Ive been to in the past.Waterford also has a points system that offers rewards. You get points for elected services and even for showing up on time to your appointments. When you accumulate points, you can get rewarded with perks and gift cards.

The russian doctor is horrible. She wanted me to sign a letter for any reason. Bad doctor, bad experience.

Everyone here is amazing, from the ladies in the front who give you a warm greeting when you come in, to the x-ray technician. Trina was my dental Hygienist. She had a very light hand while working in my mouth. Constantly making sure I was comfortable. She did a excellent job cleaning my pearly whites. Dr. Perkins was also very kind and gentle. I had a few concerns, his patience with me and all my questions was a relief. It’s hard to find a doctor that really listens and answers your questions. He was very informative and reassuring. I live pretty far but with this quality of professionalism and care it’s worth the drive.Thank you all at Waterford dental! Keep up the great and safe work!

From booking the appointment, reminder, on-site visit, and consult for treatments all exceeded my expectations from the staff and team. New to Waterford Dental. First, they are very attentive to following Covid 19 guidelines. Important and noticed. I was kindly greeted and promptly evaluated. Ive only had a single appointment at this point. It was with Dr. Lee. A warm and friendly man who was genuinely concerned with my comfort throughout the procedure. I am now one day post procedure and am feeling better than I did before I went in. Of course that is the goal, but in past experiences with other groups, not always the outcome. So far everything has been done with care and professionalism. Appreciated.

I ❤️ Waterford!I’ve been coming here since moving to Dublin 10 years ago. The office is a well run machine! Appointments are on time, staff is very professional, the office is clean and everyone is so nice. Since Covid, the extra care they take in making sure everything is clean and safe is much appreciated. They have air purifiers in every dental suite and sanitize everything down to the pens and lead aprons. Dr Perkins is my primary provider and he’s both smart and personable. Denay is my RDH and we chat like she’s an old friend. I have converted my husband and two friends to this practice and they are so happy!

Dr Lily is great. She really cares about the welfare of her patients and will spend extra time to make sure your X-rays and teeth are perfect.

Finding a Dentist like Dr Rodger Chang was life changing for me. I had been Petrified of the Dentist since I was a young girl. Took 2 hours for a routine teeth cleaning. The office was so loud, there were so many people in the procedure areas, got to pay $5 for their COVID precautions. Been coming here since we moved to the area 3 years ago and will not be coming back.

Another great visit to Dr Chang. My crown prep was painless. The assistant did a great job rinsing the yucky tastes out of my mouth and made a good fitting temporary crown. I’ve been pleased with the service and care of the office.I am, however concerned about the unethical and possibly illegal practice of obtaining and then holding patients’ over-payments, usually without their knowledge or consent.
