I would highly recommend Dental Reflections to anyone in search of a dentist. I am always greeted warmly and receive exceptional care. The staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, Ive been treat by multiple providers. They are thorough with treatments, guiding me to achieve the most optimal oral health. Ive been to multiple providers in the past, however I have never felt as ease at the dentist as I have at this clinic.

Ive been bringing my daughter here for over 5 years, and always have a great experience with Dr. As-Sanie and staff, particularly our dental hygienist Allison. The office is so clean, everyone is so friendly, and they really take the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, and thoroughly explain everything to me. Even though we have moved away from the Dublin area, we still make the drive to come here because it is well worth it!

I’ve never had a bad experience at dental reflections. The dental hygienists and Dr. Rudi are so sweet and proficient. I’ve been with them for a while now and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

Would not recommend this dentist. Cleaning was standard, but experienced less than stellar billing practices. Also, the office did not accurately confirm insurance coverage, yet claimed they did and sent me a bill 5 months later for a routine cleaning that has always been covered by insurance. Proceeded to blame me, exhibit a rude attitude, and offer poor customer service that leaves a lot to be desired. Had high hopes based on the other reviews, but there’s way too many other dentist options in Dublin/Hilliard, so we’ll be seeking out another dental provider.

Good Dental clinic near to my home. Getting an appointment was easy and doctor and staff were courteous. They have good equipment and my sessions went smooth. Would definitely recommend a friend.

I’ve been going to Dental Reflections Dublin since I moved to Columbus after college and never looked back! One of my biggest concerns when switching jobs is if they are still in my new insurance network and if not I would probably still pay the out of network costs because they are that wonderful. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful! I will always recommend them to friends and coworkers in Columbus.

Service is great but they are cheating us of our money. They are asking for more money when insurance should be covering it. It felt dishonest and at times rude. Their payment and invoice process is very confusing. We wanted to stay but we will be finding a new dentist.

Dr. Rudi As-Sanie and the dental office is by far my favorite dentist in the Columbus region and of all time. Everyone here is nice and welcoming. Great office for little ones! My 4 year old loved the toys in the waiting room and picking out a prize after his cleaning. Their equipment for X-rays made them super fast and easy. The staff was so patient with him and did whatever was needed to make him feel comfortable. Such a great experience!

Ive gone with my autistic son and they were amazing. I couldnt even get him to lay down in the chair before, here they actually could get X-rays and a exam. He even asks to go to the dentist when his tooth is wiggly now. They did nitrous oxide for him, and took the time to get it to work.Theyre all very nice and care very much for you and your comfort.

We were looking for a good dentist practice for our daughter. And guess what we found. They have been extremely helpful in making us understand what her tooth problems were. Dr. As-Sanie and the entire staff at Dental Reflections are friendly and always quick/efficient! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment, if at all (sometimes even being brought back early). I have 3 children who are also seen by their practice and the kids are always at ease - even excited to go to the dentist! The waiting room is clean & modern, but with toys for the kids and the pediatric half of the exam area is perfect when I am taking multiple children at the same time (room to play or color while waiting on their sibling).

On time reminders, willing to work with my schedule changes and a neat and clean office are some of the many other qualities! My son has been going to Dental Reflections since he was a teen and I’ve always loved the staff and how clean his teeth are after his visits. When my dentist retired, it only made sense for me to start going to D.R. myself. I wish I would have started going sooner because my teeth haven’t looked so good.Plan on spending two hours at D.R. during your first visit because they are very thorough with their initial oral review and your cleaning. They utilize state of the art tools and ensure you understand every test and cleaning procedure they performed, and why, before you leave. They will recommend necessary enhancements to make your teeth look and feel better, but they don’t aggressively push a recommendation which is appreciated. They recommended I replace old silver fillings with white ones and I’m happy I took their recommendation because it made those teeth look much whiter and healthier.A normal cleaning is quick and painless as long as you follow their oral care game plan, which generally consists of brushing, flossing, rinsing, and being aware of habits and foods that negatively impact the health of your teeth. The staff is very friendly and take great pride in their work. They could easily perform a quick cleaning and leave plaque, but that’s not in their nature. They’ll take the time to ensure they’ve removed everything they can, especially in those hard to reach places where our brushing isn’t vas effective as we would like it to be.As I stated earlier, I wish I would have started visiting D.R. Sooner because they’ve provided a five star visit every time. You won’t dread a dentist visit if you let D.R. take care of your teeth. It was more than a decade ago that my elementary school-aged brothers and I first visited Dental Reflections. We fell in love with the incredibly friendly staff and, believe it or not, actually looked forward to going to the dentist every 6 months.Im now in my mid-twenties and found myself coming back after neglecting to schedule an appointment for about three years (it was an accident, I swear!) Ill admit that I was a little bit nervous and embarrassed when I walked through the door of their recently remodeled office, but my fears were completely unwarranted. I was greeted with all of the friendliness that I remembered and was promptly seated in a comfy dental chair.The hygienist was kind, thorough, and gentle. She was also able to answer ALL of my questions. After the cleaning I was seen by Dr. As-Sanie - she was fantastic! It was immediately clear that she was both extremely knowledgeable and extremely patient-focused.The whole experience reminded me why our family first started coming here. The work that they do is top-notch, and so are the people working there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, whether its a family with young children, adults, students, or dental delinquents like me.

Ive been going to Dental Reflections ever since I moved to Columbus about five years ago. They have treated my whole family and have always been superb - professional, friendly, and understanding. The dental care is excellent. The staff knows us by name and always asks about what is going on in our lives. They are ALWAYS on time - I have never had to wait. My daughter LOVES going to the dentist and looks forward to her checkups. And they have always been super understanding if we arrived a little late or werent quite ready to follow up on one of their recommendations. Since Dr. As-Sanie took over the practice Ive noticed that they have invested in new technology that makes the visits easy, fun, and no doubt more accurate and efficient. They give you the helpful information pertaining your grill and all the necessary bells and whistles to keep it running smoothly. Im impressed with both the professionalism as well as the warmth of the staff. Because the office is equipped with the latest technology, Dr. As-Sanie can show me pictures inside my mouth as she explains my treatment options -- it really helps me understand whats going on! I also like that its easy to find an appointment time. I also brought my three-year old here for his first dental visit, and he loved it. Even when we had to work on a few challenging procedures, she always demonstrated her care and concern for me as her patient. I think the biggest reason for my rating is the attention to detail that Dr. As-Sanie shows in her work to help me with my overall health. I remember sharing with her once that I find myself smiling a lot more than I used to before she repaired my dental issues. I was always somewhat self-conscious about my smile, but that issue is no longer a problem. This really affects a person on a daily basis and has a positive effect in their life. I guess this is the best compliments you can say to a dentist. I sincerely appreciate her work. I also appreciate each of the dental assistants that I have seen over the years. Each of them have always shown this same attention to details and care for their patients. Everyone is so highly professional and I hope no insurance chances come from my employer, which would be the only reason I would see another dentist.
