I’ve been coming to this Dental practice going on my second year. I was told by a friend what a professional, wonderful and caring staff they have and I must say this place takes great care of your oral health. The referrals they give you are top notch professionals too. I started off at this office because of a dental emergency and I have continued through routine care such as cleanings and exams. I wish I had listened to my friend years ago but now that I’ve found the Dublin Reserve Dental Group there’s no changing and I would recommend this place to young and old to beginners and people who need to find another dentist.

I have been a patient with this group for over a decade. Care has always been exceptional with any of their providers. I am always offered a choice of provider to schedule with (for those of you who demand consistency) but I prefer to float and have never been disappointed. Clean, cheerful and caring with excellent care and attention to keeping you thoroughly informed of all options. They have also done a better job than any other provider as far as advance notice of what us and is not covered, pricing and so forth. That makes it easy to budget my care with no surprise bills after the fact.

The professionals at Dublin Reserve Dentistry go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and safe in their clean and friendly work environment.Someone always greets me when I enter the waiting room. The chairs in the waiting room are clean and spaced effectively to reduce the chance of the spread of Covid virus, my temperature was taken and everyone wears masks throughout the facilities. (Even over their nose)When more than a cleaning is necessary, The Novocain is administered almost pain-free. They are always asking during the procedure if I’m comfortable. I really like that. When the Novacaine wears off, the residual discomfort has always been minimal. After my last crown, they said I might have a few days of temperature discomfort. I’m happy to say, I didn’t have one minute of pain or discomfort.I have had everything from cleanings, tooth discoloration repair, front tooth chip repair to crowns performed at Dublin Reserve. I won’t trust my teeth to anyone else. I think you will be pleased too.

The dentist are very professional and experienced. They explain everything that they are doing so that you understand and ask if you have any questions and answer them so that you understand. The hygienist are extremely nice and experienced and also explain exactly what they are going to do before they do it. If there is going to be pain they will tell you how much and what to expect. I would highly recommend this practice. I have been going there for several years but due to insurance reasons we had to switch dentist last year and I could not wait to return to this dental practice this year.

I am a long-time patient. I first came after having had a bad experience elsewhere where it felt like the person cleaning my teeth was trying to pull them out of my head. I told this to the doctor at Dublin Reserve. He chuckled and promised me he wouldnt pull any teeth during a cleaning. They got me back on track to good dental health and have been fantastic, from office administration and making me comfortable to taking care of my teeth. I have also never had a negative billing experience. For all that, I give them five stars.

I had an emergency situation and called the dentist on call early in the morning. I received a call back within an hour and was able to go in that morning to have my problem assessed. I have been with this practice for nearly 20 years, through the transition to what it is today, and I can say I am very happy with the service and providers here.

This is by far the best dental experience I ever had. I’ve been to numerous dentist in the past and kept changing my doctors regularly. However, for the first time I haven’t changed my dentist in 3 years. Dr.Conroy is very knowledgeable and friendly. She cares about her patients and does not order unnecessary test. All their staff are very friendly and welcoming. When I first saw Dr.Conroy, I required deep cleaning, fillings, crown. But however, after couple of routine regular check up, now I only need regular cleaning and my oral health has improved drastically as a result. Thanks to Dr.Conroy and my hygienist Michelle Miller. My family has switched over from other dentist to this location and they are satisfied with the service they are receiving. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been going to this dentist office for more than 7 years and I always recommend them to friends. The office staff is friendly and I like how they assign you to one or two dental hygienists so you can get to them know them over the years. The office is an open inviting environment but with enough privacy so others don’t see you at your worse (looking like a horse with your mouth wide open 😃).
