Last week was my first visit to Lone Peak & in particular with Dr. Dan Young as my primary care physician. Everyone was very courteous yet efficient, and everything had a little more of a homey, personal feeling that you get at the areas larger hospitals. Dr. Young and his staff were very, very good about reviewing my medical history, making sure my questions were answered, and just generally not rushing through things. I look forward to getting future medical care with them.

Enjoyed my 1st appointment. reception staff very friendly! Short waiting time for my appointment with dr. Kaur. I was listened to and we went over my needs for medical concerns and will follow up or make changes if anything comes up. Very professional and great relief to be her patient!

Maggie Swiler NP is who I see and I have great confidence in her as a professional. I have been to several physicians over my many years and Maggie has been the one that makes me feel like she really cares about my and health and my mental health. The practice from reception to Maggies assistant and the blood draw techs are awesome.

My mother-in-law had some unexpected medical issues while visiting and we needed to have an internist consultation. Dr. Kaur’s office was efficient, all staff pleasant and welcoming and most of all concerned for the well being of my mother-in-law. Dr. Kaur was thorough in her consultation and concerned with details to make sure prescribed treatment was appropriate. We had a follow up question regarding medication which was attended to quickly and professionally by the nursing staff. I would definitely recomend Dr. Kaur and her entire staff for your internal medicine needs.

It was excellent. I was my first visit with Dr Young since Dr Bennett retired last year. The intake nurse was terrific also. The whole visit was very professional yet thorough and friendly. The report came promptly and was reassuring. The folks at the front desk were their same same helpful, competent and friendly selves. I give my visit a 10 out of 10.

Dr Charles Beck is the best! He is patient and kind! I’ve had 2 knee two knee replacements and my husband has had one! He explains everything and is always concerned that our recovery is good! We also never have to wait.

They told me before I met with the doctor that the doctor would accept my insurance, leading me to believe my insurance would pay for my visits or at least part of the overall cost. They did not tell me until after the visit, when I was billed, that they do not accept the particular select health plan I am on. They should have told me this from the very beginning so I knew that my insurance would not cover any of the bill and that I would be responsible for 100% of the bill. I only found this out after contacting my insurance company. Im very disappointed that lone peak internal medicine was not upfront with me. When I received a bill in the mail almost a month later for $151.00 I called to pay it but they told me that the amount was over $400.oo but there was a credit that had not been add yet from a previous bill that I over paid on. They said it would take about 4 weeks to get that credit added and then I would receive an updated statement. The Doctor and his nurses were very friendly and professional. I have no complaints against them. The Billing process is a joke.

I am pleased with my first time patient exam by Dr. Canga. She was attentive to my concerns about my prescriptions, she noticed a dermatological issue that I had failed to notice/appreciate, she ordered a bone density scan, which I do appreciate, and the blood tests she ordered showed a meaningful health issue that can be treated with a small amount of medication.Overall, I found the visit pleasant and reasonable.Dr. Canga is healthy and fit in her person, thereby giving a good example to her patients.Because of concern over that covid thing, things were a little more stressful than is typical, but everyone seemed to be dealing with it with a sense of forbearance. I effort to do the same.

Went in for blood draw. All went well.

Dr Young is intelligent, kind, and great at addressing my health concerns. He is helping me to find real solutions. This gives me hope. He treats my concerns as important. I am a relatively new patient (2 visits), but I feel like Ive found my doctor forever.

The checkin people are not the friendliest and I was chastised as a new patient. I am very unhappy that records from providers in the same building were not available for the Dr. That is the reason I keep everything in the Mt. Star system. The staff called me before 9AM while I was getting ready for work, because the Dr. told them an ER visit was 2 weeks ago and they were not smart enough to extend the timeline since it was an approximation by the Dr. RECORDS SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE BASED ON NAME, DOB ETC.!!!!!!!!!!
