I have been seeing LeAnne for several years. Several of my family members and friends see her as well. She is amazing!! I love the blend of both natural and western medicine. When I had strep, she gave me antibiotic, but when I had mono (yes, as a mom with 4 kids) she had the perfect blend of supplements to help me get well. I am very picky about my health care providers and this clinic is hands down the best Ive ever been to!

They know me by name and they are always so friendly and nice. I love my doctor and I’m very grateful I’ve been put on treatment for PCOS.

Went in the other week for chest pains, took multiple tests just for the doctor to tell me I was going to have a heart attack (I’m 18 and fairly healthy for my age) they then continued to try and put me back on anti anxiety meds even though I had explained to her multiple times that they made me extremely sick to the point I couldn’t eat or sleep, she then proceeded to tell me they only do that for 2 weeks and she wanted to up my dose; I was on that medication for over a year and a half and it never helped. Ended up going to a REAL doctor and found out I had heart burn. Don’t go here, they love to make assumptions with no knowledge behind it and try to get any amount of money out of you

Heather was awesome, as was the reception staff and the medical assistant! My concerns were listened to and addressed, and I had an overall great experience.

I would not recommend going to this facility! They take forever to get a prescription out to the pharmacy. If your prescription was some kind of rush this place would take forever. Have not been impressed with this facility at all! Go to someone else other then here.

These guys are Awesome! Trish helped me alot I recommend these guys over any Dr. I also paid costs out of my insurance because they are better than any Dr in my insurance

My family and I have been patients of Jarrod’s at Pioneer Comprehensive Medical since they opened. I could write a book about our many life changing experiences over the years. I hate to think of what may have been had we not been under the care of such a compassionate team. Their holistic approach is truly amazing. The relationship we have developed over the years is something we really value. It’s like having a good neighbor who’s a doctor! The staff are so amazing I wish I could bottle them up! I only wish I could give them 10 stars!

I and my family have gone here for years, but this time they went to far. I had blood labs taken. I waited and waited. Pioneer never called me to tell me what the results were - I called them. Really? I was told that I had poor cholesterol by an office worker. Okay. My eating has not changed, only gotten better over the years and I continue to exercise like usual. She insists that Im eating poorly. Okay this is NOT true, but she keeps insisting that it is. I am speaking to an office person about this? This is so unprofessional! We are done!

Do not go here. My husband setup an appointment for me after he had been going here for months. Our insurance has covered all of his appointments. After I had gone in for 2 appointments, they sent me a bill for $300 5 months after the appointments had taken place stating that they don’t accept my insurance. First of all, what kind of doctors office asks for your insurance card takes your co pay and doesn’t say anything about not accepting your insurance? Then, send you a bill 5 months later for $300?? This one! When I called to discuss and pay a more reasonable price due to their mistake, the lady I was talking to was extremely rude and hung up on me and my husband twice, I was told they don’t tell any of their patients if they accept their insurance or not prior to the appointment. She also told me that the insurance companies can drop them as a provider at any time, which was not the case here. Terrible way to run a business. Why would I go to a doctors office that does not take my insurance? I pay a premium to cover these appointments. Just when you thought the health insurance industry was already a scam, you run into a business like this that scams their patients out of even more money due to their own negligence.

The best experience hands down! I had gone to so many medical professionals to treat my medical condition and no one seemed to have an answer or a solution, after going to see Dr. Bagley I felt like myself again. Best decision ever!

I have been coming to Pioneer for years. The entire staff is fantastic! With healthcare and the way insurance is right now it can get very frustrating but I feel like they do a great job at helping me understand how the process works. And that they have my best interests in mind. I feel like they are family. Love this place!

I have been going to this clinic for almost 10 years now. Jarrod and Trisha are providers who go above and beyond to find the cure to underliNg issue. They use a great mixture of eastern and western medicine putting your mental and physical health as number one. The staff is always so happy and helpful, and when Ive had billing problems melissa and the billing department went above and beyond to work with what would fit my budget. This clinic has their patients health as their first priority. You will not be disappointed!! I recommend every one to pioneer comp medical! Thanks guys!!

Trish is the ONLY health professional I’ve been to that really sits and listens and puts together a plan WITH me. We usually visit for over 30 minutes and go over all of my concerns. I have taken both my daughters to see her too. My health insurance isn’t accepted at this office, so I pay out of pocket. Totally worth it. I have recommended her and will continue to. Great office staff, always running on time, helpful, kind... can’t say enough good things about them. 5 Star for sure.

I have been treated by these doctors for almost 14 years and have nothing, but positive things to say about them. The front desk is warm and welcoming, the nurses are very kind and always have a smile on their faces and the doctors are very knowledgeable and take everything into consideration. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for the best care followed by the best staff. :)

Always a great experience here! My family and friends all see Dr. Bagley and have nothing but great things to say about the care and attention overall. The ladies at the front desk are always happy and always helpful. If you want a doctor who listens and solves health problems this is the place you need to go!!

It is refreshing to find a clinic that takes the time to treat the whole person and not just a single symptom. They look for the underlying causes and help correct them instead of just masking the problems. They think outside of the box and care for each person.

I have been with this doctor for almost 10 years now, and I am now looking for a new doctor. The doctors themselves are absolutely fantastic but the medical staff is the worst. I am not sure what has happened in the last year or so, but trying to get a call back from a Nurse or anyone is nearly impossible. If you are willing to wait over an hour and a half because the front desk has double booked your doctor and you are looking for a staff that clearly doesnt take your health into consideration, by forgetting to do basic check in procedures such as take weight, you have found the place to be!

Based off my my own personal experiences i’ve come to believe that most of the time people who take the time to type out bad responses or voice their problems they had with a certain work place are generally the problems themselves. Based of these other reviews that is most definitely the case with PCM!! Their staff is so nice, respectful and caring and i LOVE their doctors!! Every appointment I’ve had has been so helpful! If you are going to treat the employees with respect as they do you and pay your bills on time it’s a great place to go!!!

We scheduled an appointment weeks ago to see the nutritionist and just showed up for our appointment only to be told that since we arent already patients they couldnt see us without us first seeing a medical provider which they said we would have to schedule for a different day. No one said anything about that on the phone nor did they call us back to explain that which you would think they would verify if its your first visit. They did say they didnt call because they didnt have our phone number..... So we just took time off work and got a babysitter for 3 little kids for nothing. If you call them for an appointment just make sure to ask all the questions you dont know you should be asking because apparently they wont do that when you call for the first time.

My husband was in horrible pain and I called to get him an appointment with Dr Olsen. I was told that a bill from a previous visit was sent to collections, something we were completely unaware of because they had an old address from 7 years prior. I told them I would pay the bill at the collection company and pay cash for the visit. The receptionist gave me the phone number to the collection agency. I called and paid and was on the phone with the collection company when the doctors office was notified the bill was paid in full. I called Pioneer Comprehensive back and they said they still could not see him even if we paid cash for the visit. I called today and spoke to a manager and explained that he was in so much pain that we would have paid cash for the visit. Her response was its not my fault that you DONT PAY YOUR BILLS and your account was not in good standing . So I asked her you would turn someone away even if they are willing to pay cash? and she said yes. I could not believe how rude she treated me. I wonder if Dr Olsen knows how patients are being treated. We do pay our bills, we were never aware of this and being talked to like that was unbelieveable. The doctors at this facility are wonderful and many of my family members go there, but just hope you never have an unforseen problem with anything else...the office staff is abusive!!!!!!

I had been a patient here for almost 5 years, until recently and I dont have much grievance with the doctors themselves, but the office staff is the worst! They are the most terrible, unhappy & rude people Ive ever had to deal with. They dont care one single bit if you return as a patient. Why is that? Its because they want to be able to treat you terribly and not have any consequences. STAY AWAY. I recently found a new doctors office where the staff is cheerful and friendly and genuinely wants to help you with your health - and I only wish I had left PCM sooner!

I see Leeann Klemedston, NP and Dr Bagley, chiropractor. They are both knowledgable and think outside the box. They listen and even encourage the patient to think and study so the patient is aware and part of healthcare decisions. They tske time and are very available
