Ive been assigned to Draper Family Medical for a little under a year and for the most part its been a good experience. Ive been seen by Canessa and Carlie and both are very attentive and helpful. The medical tech is very personable, makes an effort to get to know me, and always engages me in fun conversation. The only reason I didnt give this place 5 stars is because during one of my visits I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment to see the provider. They were very apologetic and explained appointments were running late; however, I did feel it was an excessive amount of time to wait.

Despite the usual dread one feels when going to a doctor, I feel pretty good when I come here. Staff is friendly and the doctor takes time to really listen to your needs and concerns. Then explains and goes through the issues in depth. A lot more detail oriented and caring than most other places.

We have gone here several times. They are a small office, so the care is more personal, but that also means sometimes the service speed is slow. I appreciate that their policy is to call with positive or negative test results. But we keep coming back, they were great with my teen when she wanted to stop seeing a pediatrician.

Carlie Hamilton is the best practioner I’ve ever had! She takes her time, educates and really knows her stuff. I trust her with my life and her MA is amazing too.

Lab person doesnt wash hands in front of you or wear gloves when taking your blood. I shouldnt have to ask them to do this. It should be a best practice!

Been here twice. Staff was extremely friendly and easy going.. even apologized for being a little late ( never had a physician apologize for that, even though physicians are almost always late! ). Best little clinic ive been to. Thank you!

Carlie Hamilton is so thorough and caring. I get better care and service here than I have at any other medical facility.

Carlie Hamilton has been my PCM for over two years. Carlie has proven to be a knowledgable and responsive medical provider and always willing to spend the time to answer my questions. Kudos to Bryn too...she rocks when it comes to getting quick Tricare authorizations. Thanks DFM for a job well done.

So everyone I have interacted with here in the past year and a half are sooooo nice. However........I have been forgotten about a few times and the communication between the staff is terrible....for example. I was left in one of the rooms after my check up was done for an extra 30 minutes before I decided to go to the front desk to see what was going on, and they literally forgot about me due to lack of communication. When I scheduled my annual check up I said to the receptionist exactly what I was needing a check up for, and got the appt scheduled. Get to the office, get checked in, wait an extra 30 minutes before the doctor sees me, told the assistant exactly what I needed done...so I assumed she would have told the doctor what I told her, then the doctor came in asked me what we were doing today....told her(this was the 3RD TIME I told someone what I was needing done)....since the doctor was running late and she wasnt prepared(even though I told the receptionist and assistant exactly what I needed before the appt and the day of)....we had to reschedule because she didnt have time for me at that point. So I had to reschedule and I still got billed....even though, literally nothing was done. SO FRUSTRATING.

My fiancé had a appointment with one of the Drs here they called to confirm his appointment and everything well he called to see if he could reschedule because car problems they told him he does not have a appointment with them the receptionist was extremely rude seems to me like the right hand don’t know what the left hand is doing in that office

Been calling fir the last two weeks trying to get a refill for an inhalor refilled before i move back to arkansas this weekend. Never once did they call me back after i left atleast 4 messages. Finally got them to answer 2 days ago and they said they were refilling my perscription. Went to pick it up anupthe pharmacy said i didnt have any refills. Called them back today twice in an hour with no answer. Apparently spam callicalling is the only way to get anyone to answer the phone there. Now i domt have time to go in for a check up. Ive had athsma my whole life. Nothing new!! They could easily write me one more refill so im not driving across the country not being able to breath. Pretty sure breathing is pretty key to being alive. Seems real smart.

They take time to listen and show an interest in your problems. A nice change
