Every appointment is fabulous. Everyone is friendly, professional, and kind. Kimberly Bluth, PA-C is amazing. She gets to know you and she listens with incredible care. Her knowledge is extensive and I am extremely confident in her skills. I highly recommend her.

My first visit with Dr. Christensen was a BAD idea. Long story but I dont have time to share it and all I can say is to not Trust your health with this guy. Trust is an essential part of healthcare. When we feel sick, we visit our doctor with our hopes high, trusting that they will help us but not Christensen. After my first visit with Dr. Christensen I had to take my family to another practitioner for better experience and someone who actually cares about family.

I waited TWO AND A HALF MONTHS to be seen as a new patient by Dr. Roberts. After the extremely long wait, my appointment was inexplicably canceled because something came up - no other explanation. Then on the following week - on the DAY of my RESCHEDULED appointment - I am told my appointment is canceled because Dr. Roberts is on paternity leave until Mid September.I have an autoimmune condition and my health is not the best. I needed to be seen by an actual doctor - but surprise, no one else at this practice takes my insurance - so I waited two and a half months for nothing and now my health worsens and still I have no physicians appointment!This is an example of the complete lack of professionalism and disregard for the care of their individual patients. Its absolutely disgusting to make someone who has an autoimmune condition wait for 2 and a half months - cancel twice - and offer no resolution.BEWARE of this practice and of Dr. Roberts specifically. This experience exemplifies the absolute dismissal of patient care. They do not care about you as an individual - you are a paycheck and easily replaced and thrown by the waste side.

This is a great clinic with responsive, knowledgable, and very caring doctors. So grateful to have a primary care physician and clinic this great and close to my home. Staff, lab, receptionists - everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming.

I have been a patient at Draper clinic for somewhere around two years. I see Dr. Robert, who is great. Everything is efficient, informative in layman‘s terms, and practical. When I make an appointment here, I know I will come out with answers and taken care of. I have never felt the grandiose vibe that some Dr’s give off by nature.Never had an experience where I didn’t feel helped. I’ve been seen in the office a couple dozen times due to medical condition. Draper Intermountain Clinic is by far the best clinic I have ever visit. The nurses, doctors and staff members are extremely caring and professional. Whenever I am sick they always take very good care of me and make sure that I get the medical care that I need. Dr Prestwich and Kimberly Bluth are two incredibly amazing physicians.

Dr. Robert is so wonderful! I had a friend recommend him to me and I’m so happy he did. Dr. Robert takes the time to listen and he doesn’t try to rush you or put words in your mouth. The MA’s that assisted us were so professional and educated in what they were doing. We called in for three vaccines but one was on the chart. They quickly prepped the additional immunizations and my wife and I received three, two in one arm and one in the other. Painless! Until the next day then the pneumonia vaccine kicked in and took revenge for the prior days painlessness! It is a great facility and happy it is behind us now.

Dr Prestwich is the best. Very thorough and takes time to listen and share his knowledge. And the best thing is my appointment time is real and I never have to wait. Way to go!!

Dr Prestwich is an amazing Dr! He has a great bedside manner, he listens, he is kind, he is straightforward and he actually has resolved some of my medical concerns that I’ve had for years. I see Kimberly Bluth here, and she is one of the only providers I have seen that I feel truly takes the time to listen and acknowledge my concerns completely. She has helped me to find a medication that has really changed my life, and after going through quite a few medications over the years, it sincerely means everything to me that she was able to find what finally works for me. Her staff is also incredible—Kasey is especially great at following up if I have any questions or need any medications refilled. I wish I could remember the names of some of the other staff I’ve seen because they also deserve a shout out as well. I have a lot of great things to say about Intermountain’s network as a whole, but I’ll sum it up by saying that whenever I seek healthcare, I do my best to stay within Intermountain because I know that their care is always quality. The Draper clinic is just another testament of how great the standard of care that Intermountain maintains is.

I usually dont write reviews. But I never felt respected as a patient at this clinic. I get that the clinic needs to be run like a business. However, there still needs to be a sense of relationship, especially with your doctor. Missing my two appointments was the best thing to happen to me as a patient. Being Discharged I was forced to go to another doctor. I get the policy and respect it as a business.I ended up going to Foothill Family Clinic. I Instantly felt like I was part of their family. What a difference from one facility to another. I was instantly trusted. Instantly respected as a patient. Thank you for showing me the difference between business first...to patient first.

I love this clinic. It is never crowed, they run on schedule and the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Christensen is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is very personable and genuine. I debated even posting this review because I love how few people go there, but they really deserve 5 stars.

I normally dont write reviews but I have been to a couple doctors lately and Im noticing a pattern now with doctors. They try to get you out as soon as possible and its really annoying.I felt very rushed and I asked the doctor questions and just felt like he wasnt listening at all. He just kept saying you have this..you have this. Take medicineHe diagnosed me with bronchitis after a 3 minute conversation. I was concerned about other possible factors such as mold in my house. He said that there are no tests for it, and I told him that I had found online that you actually can test your urine for toxins associated with mold and he just replied with oh well that wont help, because if you have it you have it.I was just overwhelmed yesterday with frustration. It seems like doctors are getting more lazy. They dont offer to do tests or anything. Its basically like i think you have this, if the problem continues, come back ... after only a few minutes talking with them.He just wasnt making sense with his answers and I could tell I was just annoying because I was the last person that walked in and he wanted to start his weekend.On a side note.. the two ladies in the lobby were very nice and accommodating. Once I got back it was just a very different story. I was very rushed and ignored.

We visited the InstaCare and they got us right in. I have also been to the physical therapy many times. I have had a great experience every time I have been there. Highly recommended!

I called and made an appointment for an immunization. It had been a while since Id seen my primary care doctor there so I specifically asked whether I needed an appointment with her, or whether I could come to the vaccine clinic. I was assured that there was no need for an appointment with my provider, and was given an appointment time for my immunization, which I purposely made for a day I already had off. I came in, waited my turn, and was then told I could not be given my immunization without first seeing my doctor. I explained that I had called ahead and specifically had been told that was not necessary. I was given a half hearted apology and told I needed to reschedule, after wasting 30 minutes of my time. Now I have to take extra time off work at my own expense to return for an unnecessary visit so I can fulfill my Dtap requirement. Im pretty upset about the wasted time on my day off and missing work hours that this is going to cost me. This could have easily been avoided if the person I called had answered my question correctly in the first place. Im not too happy but I guess Ill have to go back to get my immunization.

My husband and I havent had a primary care physician in years because we havent found one that we like enough to stick with. We recently tried Dr. Prestwich and have been very impressed. He is professional, knowledgable, as well as personable. We would definitely recommend him!

My boys have been coming here for a number of years. We love Dr. Prestwich. Very kind, understanding and takes the time to explain things well to my two autistic boys.Recently, my husband and youngest son got COVID-19. I had to deal with my husbands doctor and Dr. Prestwich. I must say, I suggested to my husband that he should switch to the Draper Clinic. Dr. Prestwich was extremely caring, concerned and helpful. He answered our questions and concerns with patience. This was my favorite clinic. Staff was always wanting to help. Although I live 35 min away, I would choose to go there. I was 9 minutes late and I explained I drove from downtown and was stuck in traffic.. 9 minutes. I was told I could go to an instacare. I went to my car and cried of how frustrated I already was from traffic plus the pain I was feeling. I think if youre doing your job because you like to help people then you should do it otherwise it doesnt seem like you care about anything but clocking in/clocking out and getting paid. And thats for the doctor cause hes apparently the one who decided he couldnt see me.

Professional, fast and got the job done!

Avoid this location like the plague. I had the worst experience with Dr. Swapp at this branch. He took tests and failed to call me back with the results. The visit was billed incorrectly and I am currently in a dispute due to the consistent errors from this location. If you want to be charged even though you are never treated and be billed for it afterwards then this is the clinic for you. Terrible, Terrible, and Terrible.

Dr Christensens care was very poor. I took my son in, he found an ear infection and told me I could wait another week or so after my son was already suffering for a week. I said no, I came in to see a doctor to be treated. He finally offered the antibiotic. I went in for a bad sore throat two days prior that had turned to a sinus infection. He went on to tell me zpacks dont work for sinus infections. I have had probably 5 doctors give me a zpack for a sinus infection. He was trying to say amoxicillin is more effective. lol. The man who invented the zpack won the noble prize for how effective and broad of an antibiotic it is. He doesnt seem to care about the patient or their suffering and was very difficult to get treatment from.

I went into the Insta care today. Usually I have a great experience with awesome doctors. That was not the case today. I saw Dr. Eastman who was nothing but rude. First off he yelled at my son to get off the bed after i told him to lay there because he wasnt feeling well. Then my son got down and laid on the floor. He got after him for laying there. I went in for sinus, ear, throat and bronchitis. He looked in one ear said yeah its fine. Looked at my throat while standing about a foot and a half away says oh its fine. Listened to my lungs and says well you dont have pneumonia. You have bronchitis and antibiotics will not work and you can take some prednisone. Do you want it? He didnt look in the ear that was actually giving me problems. He basically gave me the impression I was wasting his time and I just need to suck it up and deal with it. I should have waited to see Dr. Prestwich on Monday.

I was told by the office staff that Dr. Swenson accepted my insurance and found out over 1 year later that she did not and was only notified with a large bill from Intermountain Healthcare of that information. I was declined the opportunity to ask the doctor to fill a prescription that was previously discussed while in the office for a blood draw. I had to schedule an appointment 4 days later to ask that question and have the prescription filled which resulted in a $150 visit fee. After numerous phone calls and attempts to resolve the issue I was told that nothing could be done but set up payment arrangements to take care of the balance of the bill. Jason the office manager was very helpful and exhausted his efforts to assist me. Disappointed in the lack of communication and incorrect information from the beginning.

Dr Bejamin T Christensen saw my boyfriend yesterday. He has been having issues with his tonsils and sinus. The doctor asked if he smokes and he was honest with the doctor about smoking occasionally. From then on out the doctor didnt really adress the issue at hand, instead he decided it was more important to lecture my boyfriend about smoking cannabis, he had the nerve to tell him that is what is causing his issues, and that it doesnt help anyone that its a myth.. As someone who suffers from IBS with absolutely no relief from ANYTHING doctors have ever given me and though cannabis does not make IBS go away it helps me function everyday with less pain and im able to eat. He went off on my boyfriend telling him the relief i feel is fake..then he went on to tell my boyfriend well youre not dying so you dont NEED your tonsils out but i guess if they are bothering you here is a list of doctors that will tak them out What kind of doctor is this? Is this really what most Americans are going into debt for? Im very disappointed.

Absolute worst place Ive ever been for health care services. Horrible service, over charged for things I didnt need, long lines, and Dr. who gave a completely false diagnosis. Wont return!

No longer taking Tricare (Military) Patients. Why do youhate veterans?
