I went in for an employment drug screen. The sample collector made me very uncomfortable. When I handed her my sample she put the cup up to her nose and SNIFFED my urine! Then followed up with We will have to see if this will be accepted for a pass. She did it so nonchalantly like she did this all the time. Needless to say that not only made me uncomfortable and insecure. But it gave me the worst anxiety on whether or not I was going to lose my job!!! Its this even legal??

Love the staff. They great you with respect and treat you like a person. They care about your well-being from the minute you walk in the door. Physical Therapy listens to my concerns and are patient with me. The Doctor is very kind and also listens. The reception staff are the best. Everyone I have talked to and met have shown me they care. I will be sad when my treatment ends.

I was not given enough info and it turnedni to q gigantic waste of time and a waste of $40 as they told me my blood pressure was too high for a cdl. I am just frustrated that they dont allow you to correct an issue like this and come back. I can not afford another $40 in order to gain employment. Im broke as it is.

The woman that helped me was really friendly and was still energetic even though she was closing down in an hour. However the woman at the front desk was on the phone with somebody and he was calling ahead for a drug test and the woman was extremely hostile and aggressive with him, saying that he needs to make it here an hour before they close because they close at five. She wasn’t understanding at all, and she only cared about leaving exactly at their close time. It definitely made me uncomfortable, especially for the idea that if I was running late I would’ve gotten that exact attitude back.

They took me in right away with my injury to my finger. I was looked at quickly and professionally then was able to fill out paperwork. They then sent me to a specialist with everything I needed.

All of the staff was very nice to explain all that was going on and help make sure they got all of testing and requirements my employer needed. They checked and double checked. It was fantastic. Not to mention that everything was so quick. This was way better thant the redwood 17th south location. I only waited 20 minutes here (which was mostly paperwork). At the redwood 17th location I wated for 3 hours. I could not speak highly enough about this location. EMPLOYERS, send all of your employees here!

I went into the office and filled out the paperwork and was taken to the back for the test. I was done in just a few minutes. The staff were professional and very nice to work with. I recommend this office for your testing needs

Passed up several urgent cares just to come to this one after I saw the 4.5 star average review. After looking at the reviews more carefully, most of them are not about their urgent care services. If you’re looking to be heard and actually treated for something related to urgent care this is NOT the place to go. I came in concerned about my symptoms (very deep rattling wheezing, cough, sore throat, headache, and low grade fever) that hit me like a train two days before. I had been convinced I could treat most of these symptoms at home with ibuprofen and an inhaler but the very distinct wheezing had me concerned it could be bronchitis/pneumonia/etc. I was very briefly examined and explained that I had been taking ibuprofen and my inhaler every 4 hours. My temperature was 99.7 when they took it and they said even though I had been taking ibuprofen that it wouldn’t be considered a fever until it hit 100.4. When the doctor listened to my lungs he said they sounded clear. I explained that when I got up in the morning for work I got in the shower and coughed up all the mucus that I could and had been doing my inhaler regularly so he wasn’t hearing the rattle sound I had been experiencing. He said he couldn’t treat what he couldn’t see. I understand that to a point. But I’m trying to advocate for my health and I don’t feel that I was listened to in any way, shape, or form. I got the ever so helpful treatment plan of “rest and fluids.” So now I’m back at home, miserable in bed, and will probably have to pay another bill to be seen by someone tomorrow in hopes they can actually help me. Concentra in Draper surely didn’t care to try to do that.

My overall experience was great. Great staff, timely, and was efficient at the time. HOWEVER, my hair follicle test still hasnt come back, even though it was sent overnight. Which if it takes much longer, I will have to do the entire process over again. If it wasnt for that, I would give 5 stars. If I have to do it all over again, it will be much lower.

Im not sure what happened with my visit here, but it was the worst experience Ive had for a long time. The receptionistb an elderly lady was super rude to me and my wife. She treated everyone else with courtesy and respect that i saw. Not us. Also, the nurses seemed incompetent, couldnt even collect a urine sample. I highly recommend going somewhere else if art all possible.

I went in there to have a pre-employment drug screen taken for an apprenticeship for the local Utah pipe layers union/plumbing/HVAC. I was in and out of there in less than about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly, courteous and they worked really hard to get me out of there as fast as they could. I would definitely recommend this particular location in Draper Utah to anyone.

My doctor was from Dubai and he was very pleasant, professional, and fun. The nurses were all very nice and even told me I was their new record holder in height! Great group of people. I enjoyed my visit.

I had a great experience here. Staff was very friendly and on the ball, I was in and out within ten minutes on both my visits. I was pleasantly surprised as I was unsure of what to expect having never been there. Usually doctors offices take quite a while so thats what I was prepared for. These guys had me in and out so fast and everything taken care of for me. 5 stars from me.

I thought they were kind, efficient, and professional. I would have enjoyed washing my hands right after providing a urine sample however. Hand sanitizer is not the same.I suspect theres a method to their madness on that.

My experience with the staff and doctor was great the process was easy and the doctor was very informative as to why I didn’t pass my DOT physical exam.

Had to have stitches for a work related injury. They did great to ensure no infection and made sure everything was working good and properly before during and after the stitches.

Every time I come to your office, I receive a friendly greeting, and you get me in asap. Once Im with the Dr. or therapist, you listen to my questions, and answer all of them. And in PT, you work me hard, and seem to understand the pain I have and do your best to relieve me of it. My latest injury is going to take a while to repair, but I feel Im in the best hands. Thank you.

Been there a couple times for quick lab tests, first time it was called Work Care (not sure if the new name is just a rebounding or a change in management).Both times I experienced efficient, professional, compassionate service with NO wait at all. Zero complaints, nothing but positive things to say.

I have done two drug tests at this office and the first one last year the office staff were very rude and not organized. I have to spend almost 3 hours there cause the first time the lady gave me the cup and told me how much urine she needed and marked it when it wasnt enough so she dumped it and I had to wait to go again then when I thought I was ready she made another mark and said the cup had to be completely full just to find out the first cup had plenty the lady told me wrong then I was introuble with work cause of how long it took. Then this time I came in when first open and the grumpy lady at the front desk told me I had to have the e passport in office with me to email her even though I had all the info written down for her to look it up cause I forgot my phone at home so she would not look it up from the info I had for her and she refused to look it up and sent me home to get my phone to email her the passport so I had to drive an hour back to my house then come back. If I ever have to do another drug test Ill make sure its never at this office again. That lady is very rude and seems put out by doing her job. Will never go back to that office. She needs to learn how to speak to ppl and needs to do her job rather then send someone away cause its to much work without the exact email even though I had everything from the e passport written down for her. She is very rude and unprofessional.

I went to get my flu shot and it was super easy and super fast. Not as crowded when I went there but I do prefer the Draper location than the West Valley.

I had a Full pre placement DOT exam performed here. The nurse was friendly and professional, it was 4 hours long and very thorough. However, I never felt like my time was wasted.

Went in for a pre hiring physical. I have always had good health, and was in and out real fast. One of the easiest clinic visits I have had.

They were really nice and they made the testing more bearable with their kindness.

Needed a drugs test for my new job and I was in and out within 10 minutes! It was awesome! The staff were all very nice.

I had to do a random drug test for my employer I was already intimidated because Im unaware of how the process works. the moment I walked in they were very rude to me requesting some sort of code that I had to have to get the drug test, my employer did not give one, to me however they insisted that I had this code? I had to then call my employer after receiving the code they were still quite rude to me telling me that I only had a 1/2 hour to give a sample and that they were closing and I felt as though I was an inconvenience to them when it was my employer they requested it. after giving my sample the test didnt read correctly and they requested a second test Im not sure how I was expected to give that much of a sample again and so soon I felt that they were unprofessional except for the nurse that gave the tests she was professional however the front receptionist she was not, very rude and demanding. I dont do this everyday, maybe she shouldnt expect people to know how the process works. that was such an awful experience for me especially being my 1st time

The lady (nice Hispanic lady who wore pink lipstick and big pink earrings with glasses) who tested me.......SMELLS my pee not once but multiple times! Ew! Then says it doesn’t smell like urine. I drink a lot of water and it is illegal to disqualify a sample due to lack of foam or smell (look it up) because everyone’s sense of smell is different. And I’m sorry you couldn’t pay me enough to sniff pee. So she made me do the piss test again this time she doesn’t smell it and sends it to the lab, well I got a call and my sample was fine. The testing center is doing unlawful practice by discarding a sample due to “lack of smell”Ridiculous. And embarrassing. So embarrassing.

In all honesty, I was quite disappointed with my visit. I would rank it a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. The employee who gave me the shot for my TB test was incredibly unprofessional. The shot had to be administered twice, as the fluid that was to be injected actually got sprayed on my arm and up towards my face. I had to point out to her where the 2nd injection took place so that she knew where to put the Band-Aid afterwards. All in all, it was a very uncomfortable experience, especially with it being my very first visit to Concentra. The only reason I would not give it a 1 or a 0 out of 10 is because the follow up appointment was incredibly smooth and simple. It did not involve the employee with whom I had previous interaction. I wish I had a more positive first impression of Concentra, but this is simply my honest opinion. Thank you.

Coming from out of state and needing a “urgent care” antibiotic prescription for my husband’s sinus infection and so frustrated I could scream. The receptionists were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We had forgotten our insurance card at home and they basically refused to help us even though I was able to have a card faxed to them. After all of that the receptionist yelled across a full waiting room the total amount that had to be paid and then when I asked why it was so much she said “I don’t know.” With no other explanation. I do think the main receptionist was training but the other two helping her were just as rude.If it wasn’t an emergency I would have walked out.So disappointed in the “friendly and helpful service” that I’ve come to expect from businesses in Utah.**EDITAfter finding out that this location has only started urgent care services (they used to only do occupational services like drug testing) I can understand the lack of knowledge by the front desk receptionist. But I’m still leaving my 1 star rating because they could have easily explained that to us when we checked in and we would have been more patient and understanding with them.
