Courteous staff. Dr Wilson spent enough time with me to understand my complaints and concerns. He solved a long standing problem with great results.

Dr. Wilson is very friendly and professional. My daughter who is not a fan of doctors or hospitals was her usual frightened and screaming self but Dr. Wilson and staff were so patient and helpful. They are great with kids and we are happy to come back.

This was my first appointment with an ENT specialist so I was a little nervous about what to expect. I went in due to a chronic sinus infection and headaches that would not go away after multiple rounds of antibiotics. I was very pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness of the staff as well as with the Physician Assistant, Laura Eccles. I was treated with respect and concern from the moment I walked in and spoke with the receptionist, Chandler, the Medical Assistant, Heather. I loved how Laura explained exactly what she was going to do and why. She took the time to show pictures and helped me understand how everything is supposed to function. She listened intently and took the time to answer my questions. I also appreciated being able to see the screen as she gently used the scope inside my nose. Again, gaining an understanding of how everything should work and what is going on with my situation makes a huge difference! Thank you ENT Specialists, for a great experience!

Went to ENT Specialists about ringing in my ears. Was given a hearing test and spoke with P.A. I am waiting to find out about a few things that have to be addressed. The experience was quick and painless. New software brought up questions and hopefully the bugs can be worked out. Good experience.

This whole office is amazing!!! Lone Peak is our hospital and all our drs are here. I was thrilled to find Dr Wilson and that he was just down the street from where we live. I was able to get in writhing a few days and so impressed with how kind they were. Chandler, the front desk sweetheart, is friendly and kind. I had a follow up appointment and because of the time brought my children with me. She made my kids feel loved and wanted! Heather, Dr Wilson’s MA, is so friendly! She’s brilliant also! She knows how the doctor works and knows what to do for their patients to feel better! Laura, the NP in the office, is also so so amazing! A local minute clinic recommended ENT specialists for my blocked ear canals. Dr. Kevin Wilson was very professional and courteous. I was feeling pain like pins in my ears, very painful. Ive listened to the high-pitched shrills of tinnitus for years and was recently seen by Dr. Wilson at the Lone Peak Medical Campus. The facility was excellent and the staff was professional and friendly. Despite having seen another specialist in the past, Dr. Wilsons staff used instruments I hadnt seen before and were able to measure which frequencies were absorbed vs reflected in my ears. They were also able to match the sound and pitch of my tinnitus and they helped me understand how it affects me from being able to hear in certain environments, even though my actual hearing is fine. Although nothing can be done (at the moment) to give me peace from the shrieking in my ears, I was offered suggestions to help alleviate the discomfort. It was also nice to feel listened to and taken seriously.

Dr Wilson and his staff made me feel heard and empathized with. They listened as I shared my health struggles and along with much more thorough examination than I had in other ENT offices, they left me with helpful suggestions to put directly into practice at home. They also showed consideration for me personally, I had to wait (as often happens in doctors offices) for a time while the vocologist caught up with her patients, and Dr Wilson came in a couple times to apologize for the wait! I’ve never experienced that level of consideration in any other office. I felt respected, heard and well taken care of.

Dr. Wilson got me in for an emergency visit very quickly during the pandemic. Very thorough and took the time even to me a update check on my sleep apnea. And his office was very busy. I appreciate all he did for me. I would absolutely recommend him to people.

I had been having an issue every time I ate with my salivary gland. I was so scared to see a doctor but Dr Wilson made me feel incredibly comfortable. Always a great experience..

Went in to treat sudden case of vertigo, which Dr. Wilson helped treat just fine. However it seemed like he was more interested in the sniffle I had. Now I know why. He ordered and did a nasal endoscopy which ended up adding $213 to the bill. Now I know to ask what kind of cost things like that will add. I wish he would have been more transparent about the cost because it really wasnt near as big a concern as the vertigo and I wouldnt have done it had I known.

Dr Wilson is great! Ive always had a deviated septum and Ive heard from family and friends who got the surgery that the surgery doesnt always fix it or can make it worse. I brought my concerns to Dr. Wilson and he was very understanding and made sure to do a thorough check of everything that caused it so we could fix everything at the same time.A month now after surgery and Im feeling great, he was very kind, informative, and seemed to have my best interest in mind. The surgery couldnt have gone better. The only downside was that I paid for the surgery in full up front and Ive received 2 or 3 separate bills for the surgery since then, but I honestly assume thats going to happen any time you work with insurance. All in all, a great experience! :)

I love the sublingual immunotherapy! I can do treatment for my cat allergy at home. Two minutes with the drops under my tongue each morning rather than shots. I was able to get a sweet cat and my kids are so happy!

I think Dr. Wilson is fabulous! He recently performed a stapedectomy in my middle ear which replaces the tiny immobile stapes bone (otosclerosis) with a prosthetic device. He restored my hearing from severe to mild hearing loss. I no longer need a hearing aid. He is a skillful surgeon, carefully explains everything and is very personable. He called the day after surgery to check on me. He is always willing to answer all my questions including unrelated ENT questions. Audiologist Denise Arceneaux in their office suggested I see Dr. Wilson about my otosclerosis. I also think she is skillful and fabulous as well. I highly trust and recommend Dr. Wilson and Denise Arceneaux.

BEST IN STATE!! Cannot give enough stars or say enough positive things about Dr Wilson and his staff. Have had an ongoing medical battle for nine years and have never met a doctor so caring that doesn’t make you feel like a number that listen and is truly concerned for your overall well-being - this goes for the staff as well I am beyond impressed -I’d highly recommend him to anyone !!

I rarely leave negative feedback for anywhere but we had a very negative experience with this clinic. We came in to get a bead removed from our daughters nose (3 year olds...) and the lady at the front to desk told us both over the phone and once we arrived that they see things like this all the time and that they could help us out with a quick consultation. We came in, they sucked the bead out with a special vacuum and less than 10 minutes later we were out the door bead in hand. Were fortunate to have excellent health insurance that would have covered the basic procedure for a $45 specialty copay however the clinic billed us $710 for a procedure rather than the consultation we were told would take care of it. This week (almost 4 months after we visited the office...) we got the large bill from this office. After talking with our insurance provider (United) they were frustrated at the way this bill was coded and described to us how unreasonable the billing at the clinic was acting. We called the office and theyre now refusing to honor what they told us we would be billed for. Very disappointed at the dishonesty and the way they have treated this situation. Heaven forbid we needed anything more than a 10 minute consultation. Cannot in any way recommend this office. Patient beware...

They were very kind and attentive. I was told someone would call me about a sleep study and I still haven’t heard.

Such a good experience. My son had some lumps on his neck we were concerned about and Dr. Wilson was so professional and explained everything, easing our fears. We are grateful for him and his staff helping us feel more comfortable at a stressful and worrisome time.

I can breathe!!!! I broke my nose snowboarding and had a deviated septum. Dr. Wilson straightened out the Cartlidge and made so I can breathe again he also helped me with my allergies, I would always get sinus infections and colds in the spring or fall. Now I’m getting allergy shots weekly which are going to help during those times of the year where my allergies caused me to have sinus problems! Thank you so much Dr Kevin Wilson!!!

Nice facility but I drove all the way from Ogden to see someone for my tinnitus and because I didnt have my insurance card with me, they were insisting I pay cash. I drove all the way back home without seeing the specialist because they wouldnt work with me or call the insurance place to help me. Very unaccommodating.

Dr Kevin Wilson is simpley the best. I had parotid abscess that I had seen primary care physician and ent specialist for. After 2 months of treatment, home care for 7 days of iv at home. Was referred to Doctor Kevin Wilson he got me off the meds and cured in 2 visits. There is no one better I have ever delt with. There is no other choice for you ear nose and throat needs

Cash payment payed everything in full. Than without my knowledge after I left they said I owed another $77. I told them no I paid everything in full. Than they put a negative report on my credit! What jerks!

The Draper allergy clinic closes at will without notifying patients, so we are often driving and taking time off work in vain. Their calendar is inaccurate as several times Ive shown up and there is no one to give me an allergy shot. Customer service is lacking (other locations send out mass emails to let you know of changes to their schedule). Dont waste your time going here!
