I booked HS Artistry/Haus of Beauty back in 2019 for our original 2020 wedding date, and finally got married in September 2021! Heather and Olivia did hair and makeup for myself, maid of honor, both moms, my grandmother and another friend (which was a range of styles!) and everyone was so happy! I got compliments all day and night long, even after hours of dancing and drinking! In addition to nailing what we wanted on the day of the wedding, they were fun to have in the bridal suite and exceptionally flexible and excellent to work with over the extra year waiting for our wedding. I took advantage of the bridal discount for a few services throughout the year, and was incredibly indecisive on my hair and they were so great with extra trials! I would definitely recommend to other brides and plan to go back for special occasions in the future!

Haus of Beauty did the hair and makeup for a wedding I was in this summer and unfortunately the experience was not great, and certainly not worth the cost. We had around 8 girls who needed hair and makeup done. 3 stylists were sent, 1 of who was to be more of an assistant. It wasnt clear if that was intentional or an availability issue, but she was clearly quite inexperienced and despite this, did a few of the bridesmaids makeup including mine. Ive had my make-up done as a bridesmaid many times and I can say this was the worst. It didnt look good overall, the fake lashes werent attached correctly, even after having them fix them again they were uncomfortable all night. We also had to send our tip weeks ahead of time, which Ive never experienced before for a wedding. Tipping on a service before its done seems odd to me. The bride covered all costs except the tip so I dont know the end cost but a 20% tip was around $50 so roughly it must have been $250 a person-Id expect much better for that price. That means the bride paid for, and a few of us bridesmaids tipped on, full price for someone who is not an experienced stylist(and more importantly didnt do a good job). There was not enough time, and I certainly wasnt going to add any stress to the bride/the day to ask it to be redone, and I think thats unreasonable. Luckily the brides hair and make-up came out beautifully which was the most important, and why I wouldnt ruin the afternoon by complaining at that time. One more thing worth mentioning is a few of the girls hair was already falling out by 7-8pm for an evening ceremony. Again in the past my hair may not look perfect all night but it certainly stays in place until the end of the event. The primary make-up person did seem experienced and she did a wonderful job on the bride/bridesmaids who had her so it wasnt all bad, but I would expect more, including 3 actual stylists or we could have started earlier than 10:30 if they needed more time instead of sacrificing quality and rushing; especially at that price point. I will say they showed up early/on time, and were fun to be around for the afternoon so it did make for a relaxing afternoon otherwise.

Kelsey is a true professional and hiring her to for hair and makeup for my wedding day on 5/22/21 was the perfect decision! The team at Haus of Beauty is fantastic and I was so lucky to be able to work with Kelsey. We had a bridal trial before my wedding, which was so helpful to decide on my look and Kelsey was so accommodating to schedule it on a special occasion so I could use the hair and makeup for a night out! On our wedding day, Kelsey and her team did hair and makeup for 3 people, which at first I was worried because my party was so small but they travelled on site and accommodated us well.Kelsey truly brought my bridal hair and makeup dreams to life! She made me feel and look absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. Kelsey was also flexible and easy to work with and when we had to change our venue to a backyard wedding due to COVID. She was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process. She is highly skilled and her work is beautiful. I felt like myself, but also felt like a timeless, classic bride and I am forever grateful to Kelsey for creating that look! Highly recommend!

I cannot put into words how amazing these girls are. The rooms and the lobby are so beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. I had a facial with Jess, and she was super fun to talk to and made sure that I knew of everything that was happening every step of the way. I also got a hair cut and style from Olivia who was also incredibly entertaining to talk to and did an incredible job cutting and styling my hair the way I wanted it. Back to back to back every time I come here, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them.

Love my facials with olivia. it is such a warm, relaxing, professional and very clean environment..never had regular skin treatments and this is my new self care addition. Haus of beauty is a great female owned business addition to Derry. All the ladies are very warm & professional 👏.

I got a lip flip done with Marie Lord and I could not be happier with my experience. It was my first time with injectables and I was really nervous but Marie answered every question I had and really put me at ease. She was very professional. She was very efficient and meticulous. My upper lip had always disappeared when I smiled and was thinner on one side, she took her time to notice and balance it. I am so happy with the result and cant speak highly enough about Marie.

I went to Marie Lord at Haus of Beauty for botox to help treat TMJ and Im mad at myself that Ive waited this long to do it! I have had chronic pain in my jaw muscles for years, brought on by wisdom teeth extraction. Ive gotten jaw massages, been issued a night guard, and seen several dentists about this issue. I learned to live with headaches and pain all the time. When I heard Marie was offering this, I knew I had to go right away! Im so glad I did as this was the only thing that has helped me so tremendously. She makes you feel comfortable and explains what she is doing every step of the way. I highly recommend her and trust her work, I definitely want to go back for other procedures as well.

Such a cozy and welcoming spa! Everyone there is very friendly and inviting. My skin feels amazing after a very relaxing aromatherapy facial! Anyone who’s skin needs a little TLC after these cold winter months I would definitely come check them out!!

I chose to work with Heather and her team to do updos and makeup for my wedding day for me and my three step daughters and she and her colleague, Taryn, just knocked it out of the park! Super easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable and worth every penny!

Heather is 🦆ing amazing!!! I had 2 make up and hair trials before I decided to book her and they literally made me hate myself, they were the same price as Heather yet they just didn’t know what they were doing. It is hard to find a good make up artist in NH, and when I did I was more than pleased.We had a trial before I went for a night out with my then fiancé (now hubby) in Boston. Side note: I was such a bridezilla the entire time of the wedding planning, like OSD make sure all of the napkins are facing the same way in the ballroom kind of person, so I am very hard to please. Heather did such an amazing job I literally cried because of how pretty I felt that night ❤️ And when I say I cried, I am not kidding, I actually did... 😆 I use make up on daily bases and am familiar with make up, I also used to model and have had my make up professionally done before (usually just no make up make up). However, when Heather did my make up I was like omg who the sugar is this ? 😂 It was as if a fairy used some pixy dust on me.She also attached my extensions a month before the wedding, they have a bridal discount on services so it wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be.On the wedding day she did a magnificent job once again, I had some last minute requests as in different type of eyeshadow and she was able to accommodate. We had a couple hiccups, not related to her, but her assistant which we were able to resolve very quickly, just a misunderstanding. I wasn’t expecting anything and just mentioned the issue to improve her business. Heather offered to have a free service at her salon for this inconvenience which shows that she truly cares about her clients even after the wedding is over.

So...super embarrassing post. I cant thank Anna and Heather at Haus of Beauty by HS-Artistry enough for saving my skin. Some of you may know that I have stage 3 endometriosis. Because of this, I have suffered from hormonal acne for YEARS along with an immense amount of pain that causes so much stress on my body that I am often bedridden..which adds to the whole skin thing. Anna gave me a series of facial treatments and with Heathers guidance using the ORmedic line from Image Skin Care, I finally have clear skin. Every day it gets better and better. I can go out in public without having to spend 45 minutes caking makeup on my face. If any of you ladies and gents are having skin issues, PLEASE reach out to them and visit the studio. They can and will help you. So, thank you ladies...I have my confidence back and it feels SO fricken good.
