My first time here, and they did not disappoint! I booked The Ultimate Nap spa package. One hour facial, one hour pedicure, and a one hour hand/foot/neck/scalp massage with hot stones. Incredible ! There was no skimping out or slowing down. Ended my visit with a wash and blow dry. Felt so revived after my visit

My experiences at Waters Edge are always luxurious. The body treatments are heavenly. My pedicure has stayed on for WEEKS. I got my hair done once so far and I loved it. I cannot recommend Waters Edge highly enough!

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review on anything. I don’t like to waste my time with it. But I just got the worst haircut ever and I need to say something. I haven’t stopped crying since I got home and I dread having to go to school on Monday. I already had a haircut I really liked, it was just too long. It should’ve been an easy trim, but now I look like a grandma. Don’t go here for anything other than a basic haircut, because apparently they are incapable of doing anything slightly alternative.

Amazing! I have really severe anxiety with people doing my hair. I had my share of bad experiences in the past but Hailey was fantastic. I went from shoulder length hair to this and Im in love. I will definitely be going to her until Im Grey if I have the chance. 😁

She was wonderful; very professional, attentive, and accommodating.I am always so nervous getting my hair cut and she listened to exactly what I wanted. I am very thankful for her expertise.I have already made my next appointment with her.Would definitely recommend.

This place is AMAZING! I just got home from my first visit and wow! Such a relaxing and personable place! I dont know how many stylists Ive been to that dont know what to do with curly hair and end up straightening it, but not here! My hair got styled for my natural curls! I usually end up going home and restyling my hair after a salon visit, but my hair is exactly what I like!

Had eye brow wax and lip wax was so quick and no pain. Had Rita Suarez do it. She is so sweet really professional! Love this place . Cant wait for my hair color!!! Only place I will go for any of my beauty needs!

AMAZING!!! I have never had a spa visit like this in my life. Sheri is absolutely the best. I went for a vacation hour, facial, manicure and pedicure and the experience was beyond relaxing. I loved all of the the products used. You will feel welcomed and at home. I highly recommend Waters Edge for a true spa experience.

Absolutely love how they pamper my four kids. Each kid has different personalities and likes, they cater so well to all of them. I love that you can go in with a vision and they can see it as well. Going to Waters Edge is like going on vacation, its so relaxing but you dont have to leave town to get to your vacation (and no planning or packing!!).

Caroline gave me a great cut! The free beverage was a fun surprise. I like the atmosphere of the building and it doesnt hurt that the location is so close to my home. I drove by this venue for years not knowing what a gem I was missing! I didnt know what kind of cut I wanted before coming in and Caroline was able to explain the pros and cons of a couple different cuts. Everyone has complemented me on my hair since!

Attentive, flexible as possible with schedule as able. Cost a little higher than some but worth the personal touch and accommodateing. Warm and friendly group
