I went here for a haircut right before Christmas and I got a new stylist. I left with a meh kind of attitude but it was fine because I understood she was new. They called me a few days later and asked me how it went which was really thoughtful. They offered me a redo with a senior stylist for free. I said sure. I went in and had her do it.... very disappointed. I didnt know at the time because she straightened my hair but now my layers are all messed up and my hair looks really bad natural. The stylist knew my natural hair because I went in with it and she even made a comment about the thickness. Ive been really unhappy with my hair hoping it will grow back enough to get the layers cut correctly.... I give an extra star for them at least calling and checking in.

The only place I will go to get my hair done and Nicole is my favorite! Would always highly recommend ❤️

My first time at this salon. They got me in same day for consultation and was able to fit me in just a few days later. I was really nervous about getting a new hair dresser and Kaitlin (katie) made me feel really comfortable. I had colored my own hair because of the pandemic and was brutally honest that my hair may be difficult and understood if my balayage wouldn’t be super light. She did give me some advice and was also honest with me. But color came out really nice and I am super pumped to continue my hair journey with her. Don’t be fooled because of her age. She does really amazing work. Also very personable and made me laugh. I was also very self conscious about the scars on my head and she didn’t judge me once. All of my coworkers and friends just keep telling me how great my hair looks. I wish I could give her ten stars!

Kait was awesome!!!!! She did exactly what I asked for and even brought in another girl for a second opinion! Priced awesome, super friendly. Crazy happy!

Amazing! I had never colored my hair before so I was extremely nervous but Katie was the best! She was easy to talk to, asked me many questions to make sure I got what I wanted, and she even got a second opinion from other stylists! Ill definitely be coming back

They have always done really well with my grandson. Melissa done awesome with my grandson. He has Autism and sensory issues she has always made him feel comfortable and worked with him when it comes to that. He just loves to go see her.

Had a new stylist, Sarah. She was fun and did a great job on my hair and brows. I really love this cut.

Katie did my color, wax, and haircut. Let me tell you it’s the best cut and color I have ever gotten! She is super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She asked me questions and gave me feedback for the color I was going for. My eyebrows as the kids say are on fleek! I will be back and would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I honestly don’t know how there are bad reviews about this salon on here. Everyone here is patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely a 5 star salon! Check them out, You will not be disappointed

I really did want to like this place.When I had scheduled my appointment I was got attitude for asking for someone who had curly hair to cut my very curly hair. When I had came in, my stylist was a girl with straight hair that had curled her hair. I had asked for someone with curly hair not because they were cutting my hair but because I wanted to ask for their own personal advice on how to protect your curls.After being disrespected in that way, I tried to push it aside and enjoy what I had payed for. After I left the salon and straightened my hair, I realized that the woman had butchered my hair :( my hair was all jagged and chunks were missing that was clearly obvious. It did not look natural at all.I will say that they do have a great first time experience for customers. The service you receive is awful and if your want any personal unique request your better off going somewhere else, unfortunatelyIf anyone wants the coupons they gave me, come pick them up because I will not be using them

I am mortified how I was treated today, I was COMPLETELY ignored while the girl at the desk looked at me and continued to do what she was doing. Not once did she say Ill be right with you. Nothing. I will never go there again and I will not be afraid to pass along the experience I had there today.

Twice Ive called for my stylist, told there was a spot in her schedule for a cut, just a simple cut, but then when asked my name, I was put on hold, then told that she cant take me. I got the hint. I wont be back. Ill make the 25 minute drive to Haircuts II to get my hair done.
