I have been there twice now and Im always treated very well. Im a big guy and I know how important it is to take care of your feet, and they always do a great job. My feet feel brand new!

Tom did my fill with gel polish. He did a wonderful job! Im Very picky with my nails and was very happy with my nails.

After hearing great things I brought my daughter here for her first mani/pedi. They barely gave her ANY attention and literally only painted her nails, nothing more. They messed up her nails (by painting over coats too quickly) and didnt even attempt to fix it. My daughter got to the car in tears because they were messed up so I had to go buy my own to fix it for her.I had a pedicure at the same time and it was the worst Ive ever received. What a waste of money, we wont be going back.

I went here for my first time to try it considering I’ve heard good stuff from friends. I got acrylic for the first time and the guy who was doing them was super rude to me, cut me multiple times and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all!I went back a second time just to give it another shot and for one they didn’t have any simple color’s I wanted and two the lady who did my fill rushed the entire time even rushed painting my nails so I have clumps of polish on my nails that are lifting & chipping already and I just got them done… therefore I will not be going back to this place and I wouldn’t recommend.

My wife and I come here for pedicures periodically. Mostly good experiences and would definitely go back.

Super rude…went as fast as he could. 3 of us went together for pedicures and 2 of us for manicures…the rude man was done with my pedicure and manicure before the others pedi was done. I was scheduled for a waxing but he was so rude demanding payment before the manicure I didn’t even both to let him know I was supposed to get my eyebrows waxed! They lost business and a longtime repeat customer. I saved up for the service and I couldn’t even receive a foot massage!

Walked in as a NEW customer and a woman asked what I was having done, I told her that I was having a color change and then she told me we dont have time for you after I told her the simple thing that I wanted. I proceeded to thank her and leave. I called to see if they had time available for me today and the same lady asked me what was I having done and that they had time at 4:00 PM. They just lost a customer. I WILL NEVER GO THERE.

This place was amazing the male that worked on my nails did an amazing job and took over an hour to do my acrylics. highly recommend to anyone that wants nails or any kind of treatment with highest quality service.

Way over priced for a basic mani/pedi for two little girls. No extras.

Edit: came back again. Perfect coffin shape, and it was a pleasant experience. Filing and buffing wasnt painful at all... $33 to remove a full set and do a new set. This is forsure my new place to get my nails done.I got a full set here and it took about an hour and the nails themselves came out amazing. Asked for a christmas sweater styled design and it wasnt spot on but it was pretty good for how short I asked for. All said and done it was ended up only being $35 which is a steal.

The guy was mean, made me change the color that i orginally wanted because it was ugly. cut me multiple times, told me he wouldnt do the design i wanted because he didnt feel like it, absolute horrible place never going back there again i am finding a new place IMMEDIATELY. NEVER GO HERE EVER HORRIBLE PLACE.

Awful, just awful. I never leave reviews but id like to save someone money and time. I came in an hour and a half before they closed (by appt) from the moment i came in this older man pushed me to get gel nails. Its not what i wanted so i said no and he immediately got irked. He burned me, nearly cut me, aggressively filed my nails to what i thought would be coffin nails( they are literally all different shapes and as uneven as could be not to mention crooked)This whole time he is insisting i get gel nail while clearly talking about me with an older women. Not to mention he belittled me for being a sahm. This was just last friday and my nails are just hanging on, one popped right off... Never again.

First of all one of the nail techs kept asking me questions then proceeds to call me a spoiled brat because my mother pays for my nails. Also he was putting his opinion about how he didn’t like the nail color i picked out and wanted me to switch. unprofessional.

I was so angry after going here. I asked for black coffin nails with ombré glitter. I got the complete opposite!! The glitter was dabbed on super uneven and was no where near ombré. It looked like a 5 year old did my nails. The man was extremely rough and kept yanking my hand, and squeezed my fingers way harder than he should have. This place is not worth going to. $60 down the drain for sure. Never again.

Love the Pearl Pedicure, so worth the money and almost an hour of relaxation. Amazing!

Good pedicures bad manicures. My legs are soft and my toes are cute but hours later my finger nails still hurt and they’re not the best job I ever got. At the end they made tipping confusing and overcharged me so remember cash or don’t tip. Overall the price didn’t really match up to the service ($93!) but I’d go back for the good pedicure if I needed a self care day.

Had called to schedule a full set and a full leg wax Nails came out ok. Waxing was terrible.Not only did it hurt Like hell because she had no clue what she wasDoing. After an hour the majority of my legs still Had hair! Also had aScreaming red rash all over my legs. Never again !On aPositive note. I love the pedicures here. But that’s all I will get fromHere on out.

They seem to care only about up charging. They are not sanitary, I paid $35 for gel manicure that is lumpy and looks a week grown out.

I went a few days ago to get a full set. They cut my nails too short, and the ends were uneven. By the next day, I had air bubbles coming up so there were holes. Also, there were brush bristles in them, along with dust clumps in the nails. The paint was also applied unevenly. Would not recommend.

Precious nails was very expensive and they also did a poor job. We went with 8 people (wedding party) and I think one out of the 8 of us was happy with our nails.

My mother and I went in for pedicures. We got the deluxe. It came with a scented salt soak, sugar scrub, mud mask, and lotion in addition to the typical treatment. You are able to choose from many different scents. Both of us had fantastic pedicures from friendly technicians. If you live in, or are visiting, the Derry area, and need your nails done, you should try Precious Nails.

My sister and I have been coming here for about two years now. We get pedicures and dip manicures routinely. I can say for about the 100 times we have been there combined, we both have only not been happy once each, which happens, everyone has their off days. I appreciate that they always ask us where the other is if we come in separately. We never have to make appointments and are always seen in a timely manor. We both get complimented on our nails frequently. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. We love it here!

I called two months in advance to have my bridesmaids nails done as well as mine for my wedding...we went the day before my wedding. There were only 4 of us and one was my 6 year old daughter who just wanted to get her nails painted. We paid 164 dollars for 1 pedi, 2 full sets, 1 mini manicure, and a gel set. They rushed through all of us and didnt attend to us in a timely manner. They kept switching out on who was doing our nails, so we kept having to explain what we wanted to have done MULTIPLE TIMES.meanwhile they were making fun of my friend in the process. My nails are already chipped and falling off. they did not do what I asked. I had pictures to show them what I was looking for, and they did their own thing without even asking if it was ok. I had acrylic ALL over my skin, I asked the lady doing my nails to take it off, or show me what I an do when I wash my hands afterwards to remove it. She proceeded to tell me it was my skin peeling. I have done my own acrylics in the past and I know for a fact it was not my skin, on the day before my wedding thats not something you want to hear either. I have been here previously and never had any issues. But this time was VERY disappointing. Taking advantage of the fact that we dont speak your language to make fun of us is unprofessional and just plain rude. Especially when we have paid for a service and helped the business stay afloat in these difficult times during the covid pandemic. They have lost my business, and recommendations indefinitely.

I got my acrylics here and they are amazing!! The man who did them was very nice and took his time and made them come out wonderful! Definitely coming back here

Made an appointment for 4pm, waited until 4:20 and asked if I should come back later because it did not look like anybody would be with me any time soon. They said yeah, come back another day. What? How about maybe don’t make appointments that you know you won’t be able to take. I probably won’t be back another day, sorry.

I came here a few days ago with a girlfriend of mine for our nails, this was our first time here. The staff wasn’t friendly at all and they weren’t busy so I’m not sure why no one greeted us or said anything. The place looked dark and not very clean. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. I got dip powder and within a few days it was already lifting. We will not be coming back. They did a terrible job.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and the place is super clean! They have liners for the pedicure chairs! The color choice is so hard because there is just so many to choose from! I love it here and recommend to come in and try this place! I came in here and got a whole new set after going somewhere else and the techs made me feel very comfortable and did such a great job! Would never go anywhere else!

Went in super last minute for prom nails and Precious Nails hooked me up! Not only was she super fast yet detail oriented, but also super fun to talk to. She made the experience super enjoyable even though I was stressing out about getting ready. My nails have never looked so good!

Everyone here is great except for one women who does not always listen to what you ask for in regards to shape. Overall, quality service and my acrylic gels last 3 weeks before needing a fill. I have been here many times and my nails last longer than other places in the area.

I used to love it there but last few times the service was terrible and the quality of my nails were mediocre at best. I kept giving feedback about the shape and the guy gave me the most annoyed look and didnt change the shape at all (the full set came out shaped like very wide ovals when I wanted thin almost almond shaped with flat ends) I asked for a color and design (I had a picture) and they said it wont come out like that. I asked if they could recommend a color and design similar, but they refused to help and just told me to pick my color from the wall. The quality was poor but the rude attitudes and way I felt rushed like I was inconveniencing them by bringing them business left me to seek a new salon.

Loved the pedicure I received! The atmosphere is great. The attention they give to their work is superb. Most of all is really extremely clean! Plus they had chick flicks playing on the TVs! What more could you ask for?

I went in just before the holidays for a festive manicure and was very pleased with my experience. The salon is immaculate, and they always have movies or TV shows on the many big-screen TVs that surround the salon. The technician suggested that I do a gel manicure, so that the color would stay throughout Christmas and New Years Eve. She did a beautiful french for me with a bit of sparkle- it was perfect for the season and I got so many compliments! Even from strangers. I am definitely looking forward to going back soon- Precious Nails definitely delivers the full experience: cleanliness, customer service, quality products, and a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Im sorry I cant give less than one star.I have been here before for pedicures and waxing and havent been displeased. Average service for the money but nothing spectacular.I stopped in today for waxing. I was led to the waxing room and left to undress. The paper on the table was dirty, and the sheet underneath it had clumps of wax and hair stuck to it. The wax pot had a tongue depressor laying over it that also had hair and wax stuck to it.I noped right out of there!It looked like a bunch of frat boys had a waxing party and when I said something I was just told to undress and get on the table!Hell no!

Best Nail Salon in Southern NH. The place is spotless. Lots of techs on staff. All are extremely professional and friendly. Best shellac manicures which dont destroy your nails underneath. Pedicures are out of this world.

I can only give this place one star. The staff is unbelievably rude, I went to get acrylics and the gentleman doing them was pushy towards me doing gel instead of regular paint, which is $20 more. I was charged $5 for having coffin shaped nails. He was pulling on my hand telling me to relax when I was already completely relaxed, and he made my finger bleed while using the drill. He also smudged my thumb and I politely said that he had smudged my thumb nail and he told that I should have gotten the gel polish like he had said. I will never be going there again, this is not my first bad experience there and my family has also told me that their experiences were horrible as well.

Great prices compared to other local shops. Almost no wait, even for unscheduled walk-ins. Quality of work is great as well. A must try for anyone looking to find their new go to shop.

Have you tried the powder dip nails yet? If not, you should! Its much better for your nails than gel polish and lasts for weeks. Vicky does a great job and you will be hooked!

This is my go to salon! The staff is always super friendly and I really look forward to going every two weeks to get my fill and design! They always have different design ideas and the nail art is so unique. Thanks ladies for making me love my nails again :)

Worst place I have been to. I was too oblivious to good nail salons at the time so I went a total of 3 times. They are over prices and don’t do a good job. I got acrylic nails and they were too thick and there were so many bubbles. When I went again for a fill about an hour after my nail broke from barely any pressure. When I went to get my set taken off they were rude and I felt like I was interrupting something. She used a nail tip to take my nails off instead of soaking them, it was extremely painful and when I got up to leave they were very very rude. Never going back.

I went in for a pedicure, and she did an amazing job and also offered to do a free flower and that turned out amazing too. she also went ahead and did my nails when I didnt even ask which I didnt mind cause she did an outstanding job, she added sparkles and everything. Loved it here!

Nice looking place, bad service. The nail tech gave me a price right when she started and I said yes, as that was the price I had seen online. Her coworker cane over and said “$63”. I showed her their price online which was $48 and she said it was $63 to have my acrylics painted... I said then I won’t have them painted and she said “$53”. I really did not appreciate that. The tech also shaved off my skin around my nails and gave me several cuts after I said she was hurting me. I wouldn’t go here :/

RUDE! Especially some of the woman! I used to go here and always had Henry do my nails which he always did a great job. However the last time I had my nails done with him, they were messed up. I got bright pink and after I left I started seeing lines throughout my nails and then they were turning a blotchy light purple. It was really weird I had never seen that happen before. So I called right back and told the woman what happened, and I said can I just come back and get a polish change. She was very rude telling me Id have to go back that night or next day. So I decided Im just going back as a walk in. The same woman said I told you you have to come back later were busy now. I said Im gonna sit and wait and she said it would be a couple hours. (It was 10 mins when someone took me.) Henry was with another client which was fine I said anyone who change it. So another woman did the polish change and I could tell she didnt want to be doing it, I could see the aggravation in her face. But I was still trying to be nice to her and tell her I really appreciated her fixing them. When she was done she just walked off to clean up and said I was done. I still tipped her because she could of had another client in her seat if I wasnt there, so I figured that would be the nice thing to do. What really pi$$ed me off was when Henry finished his client he didnt come over to ask me what was wrong, he just didnt care which he should of especially since I was his regular client. So a couple weeks after I went back with my friend and we wanted to get the dip which weve never had before. When we were checking in which was when they first opened, they werent friendly at all and kept walking away from us. We were about to walk out when they finally came to sit us down. I got a woman who was fairly new there and she did a nice job, however she looked at me and said do you want to get your eyebrows done? I had never been asked that before and I knew they were unruly (I had an appt for them after my nails.) so I felt like that was rude of her and she was judging me. When we were finally done and paying another girl walked in and asked for a service and sure enough the woman at the desk was very rude to her and said come back later, she didnt try to give the girl an appt she just brushed her off so after that I decided I wont be going back there anymore. They need to have much better customer service.

Excellent! The quality is great, the prices are reasonable and any time I choose to go somewhere else out of convenience, I always regret it.In addition to an excellent nail service, they offer eyebrow waxing. Normally I get them done with my hair stylist but twice now I had them done here when I was in a pinch. They have done an awesome job both times.The employees are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. Occasionally they play movies that use a bit of language but they ask if its ok and change them as soon as any children come in. They also ask me questions and make suggestions for services based on my answers. Very professional.

Ive gone here a couple of times before and they were okay but my last experience was awful. I ask for manicure and she kept talking with her coworkers she wasn’t really paying attention to my nails and they were horrible. So once shes done, the nails arent the shape I asked for, they were uneven, and one of the cracked as I left. They charged me for $25 for a regular manicure and when I went back to talk to the manager, she offered to fix my nails but I needed to pay again and they would not refund me. And she started telling that she was in the business for more that 20 years and being super rude. Ill never return to this salon ever. I do not recommend. They should worry about doing their job better than speaking in another language and laughing about their customers.

Overall great pedicure but had an interesting experience with one of their employees. They sat near me and stared at me for 15 minutes while I was trying to dry my Toes . He then turned off the dryer 2 minutes into drying. He did this a total of two times, each time with no words spoken. I wasn’t looking to be a jerk to anyone, especially someone with special needs, so i just turned it back on each time he did that. He was persistent, seemed a bit aggitated with me for no reason and made me feel very uncomfortable the entire time I was drying. He did this to another girl before me. The staff didn’t seem to care or maybe they didn’t notice he was bothering their customers.

Ive always had good service, even though they may be busy if you dont get an appointment, you still get all the services you ask for, no rush jobs! Very friendly and helpful, I wont go any where else locally.

By far the worst acrylics Ive ever gotten. I asked for a completely different shape several times and eventually gave up. I went in wanting a full color and was talked into pink and white. All the nails were mismatched and uneven, cuticles were super rough looking. I cant believe how much I paid ($58). Went home and cried over it and tried to fix them up. Never again....

I travel 45 minutes to come to this salon. Very clean, very quick and very professional. The best! Vickie is very talented.

By far the WORST my nails have ever been. i kindly told the woman working on my nails that I wanted my nails square and even (which by the way she completely ignored) and i tried showing her how badly they were being done multiple times. too bad she was too busy on her phone, not paying attention to the paying client (ME). my nails are now completely different shapes. they kind of look like my 4 year old neighbor took some of her play-doh and made me fake nails to put on. overall, i’m not happy AT ALL. if you are looking to get even a DECENT set of nails, i wouldn’t plan on stopping by, and save yourself the money:))

Got my nails done here they charged me extra cause I picked four colors and then I kept telling her I didn’t want them long and she wouldn’t shorten them my nails weren’t dry when she told me to leave so they got smudged and it’s now four days later and one of my nails already broke don’t go here rude af

Very disappointed. Got matte black acrylics. A week after and the paint is chipping, denting, and creating air bubbles some how. Paid 48$ and was not worth it..

Clean absolutely clean and nice people

I have never wrote a review, but when you tip over 50% consistently I expect my easy nude nail dip to be done correctly! Never will I waste money like that again, I value their time and effort, but these were basics they were getting horribly wrong....and the phrase no I fix for you doesnt apply when you just filed my nail so far crooked it points left when I point right!! I dont want tips, and unless you can glue my nail shavings back on Im walking around looking foolish!! Time to switch to a new nail place!! So hard to find someone who takes pride in their work!! Id love suggestions! !

Best Nail Salon around! I have been to others for a Shellac and Precious Nails does an excellent job. Others file the nails before application which when it comes off your nails are trashed, but not these guys! If you take your Shellac off alone your nails still look healthy underneath! And I cant say enough positive things about their pedicures too!! All around A+++ Salon!

I have been here a couple of times and I love it.The first time I got a mani and pedi and I was satisfied with the end results.I know that there are many mani/pedi options around, but at Precious Nails, Salon & Spa you get sterilized materials, therefore, you run less of a chance of getting nail fungus or some bacteria. Also, they use quality nail polishes.

Worst nail salon ever!! i made an appt for a fill and the lady took my nails off and was going to put new ones on and when i said that’s not what i wanted she STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT

I had a mani today. The guy who worked on my nails cut me twice with the nail clipper. Then, after I left the salon and had a shower, one of my nails peeled off. I drove all the way back and a woman fixed my nail. It was kinda dark and I did not notice the difference, but the color was different. Then, later in the evening (its all the same day) my second nail peeled off! They freaking painted on the skin, of course its going to peel off! Now I ended up with one unpainted nail, another one is different color, and overall the mani is crappy. Defenetley not coming back, very disappointed. Save your time, money and nerve, dont go there.

You should ask your landlord about better ventilation in the building. It smells very strong.

Went in on Saturday with an appointment as soon as they opened, wanted a pedi and french manicure but not acrylics. After an hour of bleeding from each toe and finger, I left and less than 24 hours later all of my GEL nails are chipped! Have a gift card and wont be back to use it 😡

If I could give it negative stars I would. I called them before my appointment with 2 other Friends they said that it would be 80 dollars all together well when we get there they tell us that it will be 120 so we asked why and they said that gel nail polish is more so we brought up the fact that he had said it was 80. The man said that never happened so we continue mad about what just happened. Then they messed up the shape and i even showed them. Their excuse was that my nail curved that way but when I went in my nail was fine all I wanted was a fill. Awful place never going back.

Last few times ive been here the quality has been horrible got a new full set the next day the thumb nail popped right off i called them asking if i could come down the said sure! I was only getting one nail fixed so it wasnt going to take long when i walked in the guy who had done my nails and cashed me out the same guy i gave a nice tip to did not remember seeing me .... And was questioning if i did get my nails done to were i had to pull up my bank statement as i didnt have a receipt .... I am also a regular . i go in i finally sit down the guy puts a new nail on hasnt done any of the powder filling or even cut the nail and he takes his phone out leans back in the chair and continues to stay on his phone for ten minutes.... It came to the point were i had to ask should i just finish this myself? He looked at me laughed said no no and went back to his phone to finish what he was doing then finished my nail it didnt even match the length of my other nails. 8 nails have broke off in 3 days including the one that got redone! I used to love this place but i have no idea what is going on with staff recently, being a regualr aswell i was shocked by the service.

My friend and I were able to just walk in and get pedicures .. the man that did mine was rough not very relaxing , water was very hot like burning ! Then freezing he didnt even take the time to check it .. he was rude when I asked him to slow down during the scrubbing and heated rocks part I was like where was the fire ??? He then proceeded to Im sure talk about me to the lady doing my friends .. he didnt make any effort to make my 45$ 45 mins of a pedicure enjoyable at all ! I would never return to this place ... and to boot my color looks like a 10 year old did it .. have color all over my toes very sloppy .. all I wanted to do was leave def NOT a great experience for 45$ !

Im only rating 5 stars so everyone sees this. I went here for the first time to try them I read reviews they were half good half bad. I had the worst experience here the guy that did my nails was SO RUDE and I did nothing to receive being treated this way he literally hurt me when he moved my hands. These are the worst set of nails not only did it take an hr and a half to do but the shape was strange every nail was a different length they were so many imperfections theyre the WORST EVER NTM I paid $55 when I complained the next day they said to come in theyll fix and I didnt have time I came in 7 days later and she said shes going to charge me $30 instead of the normal $35 I could go on about how mad I am and disrespectful these people were but it is what it is I will NOT be back and I will warn anyone I talk to DO NOT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!

Literally came in an hour before my graduation ceremony to get my nails done....My technician was like,we know who the procrastinators are LOL...finals have been crazy so i couldnt get my nails done until the morning of graduation...i came in without an appointment (first time here) but ive heard great things about this place from friends and the location is convenient so why not (;. They were able to squeeze me in for an acrylic and gel set even though they are so busy. Rushed my nail lady (i didnt get her name) and she worked fasssst like a machine. She told me shes been in the business for 2 years already and her work really shows her experience! My almond shape nails came out beautiful and perfect. I felt really bad for rushing her.. I made it to my graduation though haha! Better late and fabulous.

This is the worst nail salon Ive been to. When I walked in and sat down waiting for my nails to be filled, a woman got upset with her pedicure. She said after having a cold pedicure with the woman only talking to the technician next to her, she didnt want a manicure anymore. She said it was the worst pedicure she had. I should have taken that as a sign and left, but I really needed my nails done. When the girl started drilling them she had it on too high and it was hurting and I told her. She said, Honey, you never had you nails done? It always hurts. I said, No, getting your nails done is not supposed to hurt. Another girl came over and asked what the problem was and said she would do my nails for me. When i walked away from her, the girl that was drilling really hard started talking about me in chinese and laughing. I got very uncomfortable and asked why she was laughing at me and the technician denied she was. I would never, ever in my life go to that nail salon again since they are so unprofessional. Not only that, my nails werent even filed straight, they were diagonal. I paid $20 for unfilled nails, tipped the girl, and walked out. I dont care how good of reviews this place gets, its not a good salon and I know Im not the only unhappy customer.

Best pedicure Ive gotten

The staff is extremely nice and happy to help anyway they can, I always have fun when I go there and I love my nails every time I go :)

I had always gone here to get my nails done, but now I will make sure to find somewhere new.Im extremely disappointed with the lack of effort given while getting my acrylic nails done today. It was painful, and my fingers are extremely sensitive now. She was speaking on her iPhone for sometime, I was even coughed on multiple times by the women doing my nails in which made me disgusted. The staff was also rude to my friend. I will make sure to never come back here again.

Made an appointment for 6:30pm, after watching two people go in front of me that said they didn’t make an appointment, I walked out. Stop telling people you have time to take them when you don’t.

I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure, the pedicure itself was awesome but other than that I felt extremely rushed into picking out colors. The color I chose for my toes, I have gotten before, but it was NOT the same color that I have had in the past. My gel manicure was awful! She never even asked me to what shape I wanted for my nails, they came out uneven and overall it came out very sloppy. This place was also extremely over priced, I have never spent this much money on a mani pedi and I get them regularly. I am extremely disappointed and will not go back to this place again.

Love love them there. The Salon is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly.

They have little chairs for when I bring my daughters to get pedicures!! Theyre so cute!!

I came in about two weeks ago; I got a pedicure. I really enjoyed the service the employers were really nice to me and I cant wait to come back.

Prices are fairly nice, but the one time I went, the guy who was doing my acrylics cut me to a point I was bleeding.
