This clinic is amazing. The staff here is amazing especially Amy, thank you for all you did and do. Being that this is a smaller clinic you get really personalize experiences That you do not get a larger hospitals. If you’re looking for a clinic that really listens to your individual needs and caters to your specific need and doesn’t grat. You like an ID number. This is your clinic. Had my first appointment with nurse practitioner Erin and Dr. Moore. They are extremely professional, informative, and just easy to talk to. I could not give a higher recommendation of these two practitioners.

I used to go here and stop going because of the previous practice owners. since I was going here they have changed owners and Ive started coming again. Brandy in the office is amazing and super helpful to all the patients. She really makes using them as my primary care a smooth and easy process. Thanks so much!

I read the reviews after making my appointment. I almost cancelled. I am so glad I didnt. The staff were busy but so very pleasant. Dr Glassman was very knowledgeable while displaying exceptional patient communication and empathy. I am thrilled to have found my new Family Doctor!

Do not waste your time and your money in this place.They can not even keep in truck with their customers appointments.They messed up with my appointment time on Friday , and they told me I need to Re-do everything on Monday , and I have to pay it again. (ha ha) I had to call higher position to explain myself. Customer Service is really bad.Nurse was young , nervous, not a lot experience. Please do not waste your money

I love Dr. Moore. The only issue I ever have is scheduling because he works at 2 locations, but its never been a major issue. It was a little shaky with the front desk when I first started going 3 years ago, but it seems to have significantly improved. Dr. Moore talks to me like a regular person, and does a great job as working WITH me as my health care provider, rather than making me feel like just another number or patient he has to get through. Id recommend this place for sure. Anytime Ive had a complaint, it was dealt with quickly and professionally.

My appointment itself was fine. However, they made a mistake and sent my samples to the wrong labs. After talking to the labs and my insurance I only had to pay a few hundred dollars. I was very lucky my bill could have been over $1,000. They were unhelpful and unwilling to take any responsibility for their mistake. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

I have been charged for a no show after i was mis-diagonsed at this location and sent to the emergency room. I have now been fighting with the billing company to get the charge reversed because south logan family practice would not contact them to have the charge which has now gone to collections reversed. I would NEVER recommend this place after doing some investigating and determining this has been done to others also.

Terrible people they diagnose you incorrectly all they care about is money not about your health Care they proscribe pills to you you dont need because they have investments in those medicines they dont care how the side effects may affect you they just want money Fernandez needs his license to practice medicine PERMANENTLY REVOKED! Pure trash is all I can say about him.

The doctors at this practice are great, but it is difficult to deal with all subordinate staff. The staff do not particularly seem to care about their patients, and often are rude or agressive. One nurse left me in a room after doing an initial exam and did not communicate to me that a doctor would be in soon. I sat in that room for over 20 minutes, unsure whether or not my exam was complete (it was a workplace required health assessment). Communication seems to be a big problem. We do have a doctor at the practice that we really love, and there is one nurse that gives exceptional care (male, older).

I saw Dr Moore for my new patient exam yesterday at this South Logan practice. I appreciated the compassion, haste, professionalism, and expertise he and his staff expressed. My high blood pressure is now being treated and I have a great GP for the first time in years. Moreover, As someone who is also in long-term opioid recovery, Its nice having a GP who understands where Ive been. Also Dr Moore was at work yesterday with broken ribs, taking care of others instead of himself. It was obvious he was uncomfortable. What a trooper.

Dr Saproo is absolutely fantastic. Warm, caring, and excellent bedside rapport. However, the receptionists and Medical Assistants need some serious customer service and sensitivity training. The unprofessional demeanor that the ancillary staff exudes is concerning.

That is a tricky one. Have been for ages with this practice over the years. Dr. Salano used to be such a stellar caretaker (really, as in taking care of you, always). The front office used to be sometimes a let down. Dr. Salano passed away and things seemed to go south for a while. Fast forward a few years and this is really the place to be. Dr Glassman is taking care of you. The front office is fun to work with, and the rest of the staff is just a pleasure to work with. Its not the fashionable place with bazillions of TVs around ... just a good old fashion place that gets the job done.

Poor service from the start we called to notify them that we were lost and needed help getting there. Right when we get there they tell us they cant take us because we dont have the right doctor on our insurance card. Overall front desk has horrible manners and very rude to elders. Nathaniel J. Moore get new help because the ones you have are horrible! Rude rude rude. Plane nasty! They could have told us from the start that we needed to have a specific doctor on the insurance card but they didnt notify us. What type of service is that?

Billing is always incorrect which means I have to take time out of my work day to be spend upwards of 45 mins between this office and my insurance company to find a resolution. I certainly understand mistakes happen but this has been a recurring issue with this office. It really deters me from going in to see a doctor when I need to. I expressed my concerns and I did not get one apology. I pay a lot for my insurance to be treated as if I am being annoying to have to call in and fix my billing. Be weary of every bill you receive from this office.The PA was fine but the women who drew my blood left a large bruise which has not happened before. All in all I am disappointed with my experience time and time again with this office.j

Takes forever to refill a prescription! Horrible service. I called into my pharmacy for a refill a week ago. They sent over the request. Sent it again. No response from the provider. I have called South Logan 5 times now. We will give the Dr the message.How do they stay in business?!?Horrible way to treat patients!

One star is being generous. I recently moved to Denver from ATL, I adored my doctors back home and maybe that is was I was taken back with this terrible experience. I called to make an appointment for a specific need to refill a medication I have been on since January. I took a day off of work only to be told that I needed to see a different doctor and that they would give me a referral. I was able to get in with a different doctor and get my prescription without a referral which this doctor said was impossible. I felt like the time I took off was wasted and that this doctor didnt listen to my needs and then lied to me about a situation I am already well aware of and have been treated for in the past. I have loved everything about Denver but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I highly recommend that you make an appointment at a different Family Practice before wasting your time here or being disappointed. Wish I would have read these other bad reviews prior to making an appointment. Also I am not much of a review leaver- but I had to because this was so bad and I want to what I can to warn others of a bad practice.

This place is absolutely horrible, Im sorry but they are worse than the DMV. They never pick up the phone, they are extremely rude and act like youre not even a person. This is healthcare, why do you make it worse for your patients? The fact they are in Wash Park blows my mind as well.

I have been a patient here since Solano and ever since he’s been gone it’s been a dissapointment on how this clinic is being run. I have come multiple times in the past 6 months just to get my perscription re filled and blood taken even though I had endless refills before. They never answer the phone even if you call multiples times at different times and days instead of calling I then I had to go in physically to ask for my prescription to be refilled or to make a appointment. I would not waste my time here at all.

Wife came here for an immigration physical. The front desk staff are rude, and they charged my wife for an unnecessary pregnancy test, which they agreed to refund (still pending). Their website also states that Tuberculosis tests are $20 and we were charged $80. It feels like they hope to make money off of people in vulnerable situation. At the very least, they did accept her foreign vaccination records.

Dr. Solano had been my primary care doc for more than ten years. My new doc, from that practice, I mean from the guys who bought it is, well, alarming. Dr. Raymond Fernandez - The pharmacy called him and left a message at the beginning of the week - never returned my call - nor did the office. Its Thursday night and I am headed out of town, really hurting, without any response after multiple calls since then. If you knew Solano, you know that youd never be hung out to dry like that. New money. New values. HUGE disappointment. Pick another doctor.

I attended this practice from 1998-2005 under the care of Dr. Mark Solano and he was a miracle worker! The only doctor to ever catch my extreme medical conditions. He did it in 5 minutes and i had been going to every doctor under the sun for years. I just learned of Dr. Solanos passing back in 2014 and am deeply saddened. He and this facility will always hold a special place in my heart! I was a medical mess and they saved me! God Bless Dr. Mark Solano!
